I have tried to change the first name of a colleague multiple times and saved it but it resets to their old name the next day. I thought maybe it had to do with the SSO configuration, but our IT department said they have the name correct on their end. Any ideas why this could be happening?

I am trying to make a Task Report that has ONE filter - Task Name Equals Webinar.   Every time I try to make that filter it won't accept this.
