I'm sure this is basic but what am I missing - what is the link between tasks from the project pulling into the workload balancer? I have 4 tasks assigned to a worker but only 3 of the tasks show up in the workload balancer. What is the link that creates or causes this? Screenshts attachedThank you!
I can see in the Workload balance settings there an option 'show completed work' and to also turn this off. Is there a filter or further option where you could for example automatically remove the completed work from the workload balancer after 4 weeks?
