Workfront

I have a new team but not everyone needs to manage the new Dynamic Board in Workfront.  Is there an option to provide VIEW only access to maybe a Reader/Requestor license?  Or does anyone that wants to VIEW a Dynamic Board require Worker or higher license?Thanks

I have been tasked by Manager to see if there is a way to Report on how much time passes between marking off specific tasks. Also how much time it takes for users to reply to messages in Updates.Is this possible? I've never seen a report like this. Thank you.
