  • Hi @Kurt_Jones, in both scenarios, sharing settings are not carried over automatically. They need to be reconfigured for the respective document folders in the new projects or work items that are created from templates or copied work items, right?

  • Hi. Have you tried including "Task > Number of Children" within both the first and last logic? Since you're using an OR statement, you also need to include the same filter (Task > Number of Children) in the other logic. Please refer to the example screenshot. I hope this solution helps you.
