Workfront

Trying to put together an hours report that pulls in user hours if they are on a team containing specific letters. Not all users are on a "HomeTeam" that contain these letters but they are on a team that contains these letters. Is there any way to get to all user teams vs HomeTeam only ?

What is the difference between notifications in the upper right hand corner and the Recent Updates/My Updates sections? Some messages are populating both areas but some notifications do not show up in the Recent Updates section.
