There’s no way to set a sort order when you’re creating a View, as far as I know. I actually submitted a case to Support for this 4 or 5 years ago and that’s what they told me.

yes. I believe the task kickstart may already have a categoryID column (it would either be called categoryID or setcategoryID)   You would just add the columns for the fields. you mentioned "moving" a task... are your folks using the agile boards/cards view? I've never heard of a duration autocalculating just based on a status change, so would like to look a little more deeply into it (you could also submit a case to Workfront Support)
