it's not unusual to have more than one browser tab open. Our average user may often have a report on one browser tab and have used it to open several of the report rows in different tabs (e.g. a report of tasks they are assigned to, and then opening those tasks in other tabs to work on or close them...

every task has a different ID. This is why you have to go with "contains Webinar" rather than "equals Webinar", or use something else, like "everything with the same template task ID", for example.

I think the name filter is kind of like a typeahead field. In those cases, using "equals" will enable you to pick exactly one existing Webinar task, and it will then translate to task ID.   If this is the case, you should probably use "contains" which will be much less specific.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. If you were able to create an interactive proof from your link, it's expected that the login page would be the first thing you see, and you would have to log in inside the proof. This may be related to your earlier issue where you were unable to load certain pages.   If it's not related, and if you are the system admin, you can log in as this person, and try to edit their profile while logged in as them. If you can do it, and they can't, then it's a browser/PC issue -- you c...

my personal opinion is that mega projects aren't scaleable.   I've seen these in use at inception (seems to be a popular option to start with) but then as folks start becoming more evolved and want to make changes, it has run a risk of quickly getting out of hand and being very high maintenance.   A...

it's not unusual for companies to decide that people should not have permission to delete something. You can prevent this either via the access level you gave to the user, or on a per-project basis (in the project settings there is an Access section), so I would check both.
