  • hi, we don't use proof approvals, so it would be difficult for me to test and confirm that this works; nevertheless, I'm wondering if you've considered an exists statement. Sample code you could use, would look like this: EXISTS:a:$$OBJCODE=PRFAPL EXISTS:a:documentVersionID=FIELD:currentVersionID EX...

  • I think the trick you are talking about might be this one: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/workfront/using/reporting/reports/custom-view-samples/filter-items-by-comparing-two-fields.html?lang=en   (substituting a "FIELD:" in place of your temporary value, using text mode, and then switching ...

  • hi, here's some info about kickstarts: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/workfront/using/administration-and-setup/manage-wf/kick-starts/import-data-via-kickstarts.html?lang=en   As you can see the limitation is that you are only able to use them to import new information, not update existing r...

  • I just got done reading about another admin having this issue, and it's apparently related to admin console, so now I guess we have to ask if you have admin console.   https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/workfront-questions/can-t-assign-back-system-administrator-access-level-to-a-user-i...

  • I think that's normal (from memory). In-app notifications do not mirror email notifications exactly, and I think in the past I haven't seen a lot of status change notifications in the in-app space.

  • If you're asking how Journal Entry reports work, I can point you to the documentation located on this website. I normally recommend either a notes report or journal entry report for this kind of tracking, so I've linked you to a post that has both these links: https://experienceleaguecommunities.ado...

  • I think this might still have to be an exists statement. I also have a feeling that exists statements don't work in a calendar? However, you could try the following in a Time Off report and see if that would suit your team/group?   EXISTS:a:$$OBJCODE=USRGPSEXISTS:a:userID=FIELD:userID EXISTS:a:group...

  • editing to add I would probably try for a new LEFT length that is a series of SUMs. e.g. the sum of the LEN in the original calculation, a LEN of the $$NOW, and add 2 for the spaces. Maybe something like   SUM(LEN(IF(ISBLANK({DE:Instructions}),"-",{DE:Instructions})),SUM(LEN($$NOW),2))

  • Apologies if I state the obvious -- I think it's really better if in general people understand the code before modifying it. (maybe you already did this part? I wasn't sure from your post what you had considered)   The "LEFT" expression is supposed to display a specific number of characters from the...
