I am setting up webhooks to send Teams alerts to Account and Sales Owners. I want to configure webhook adaptive cards that have a link for Sales Owners that takes them to the SFDC Contact record, no problem here using https://company.my.salesforce.com/{{lead.SFDC Id}} token. Is there a way to do the same so that I can send Account Owners to the SFDC Account record? I reviewed the field management section and only find a lead-function field for SFDC ID, there is not a lead-function field for SFDC Account ID.

I’m trying to do a redirect based on the email domain that they submitted, basically want to redirect them to page A if their non-customer domains, page B if their customer domains. As i know currenly there is no native functionality to cross check the domain to marketo lists correct? Or is there an alternative for this

Environment : AEM 6.5.21 , Issue do not see the persistent queries. endpoint can be seen on right side, but no persistent queries loaded, even though queries exist at crxde jcr node settings level for this specific project. This issue is on my local aem instance. configuration browser selected all the checkboxes, /content/site/jcr:content pointed to /conf/site where settings folder exist having all persistent queries
ADOBE MAKES ASKING QUESTIONS TOO DARN HARD.I have been struggling for an hour to understand my problem and THAT IS RIDICULOUS. I made a virtual copy of an image in LR and then chose “edit a copy in PS with lightroom adjustments”. When I sent the image back to LRc, there was no copy made and the new image overwrote the .TIF file original. My original (with Google AI adjustments that cannot be replicated ‘cuz I’m out of usage tokens) is ** COMPLETELY GONE **. I am quite beyond irritated. Yes, I still have the pre-Google raw file, but I am very much not happy. What should I have done?

Hello,We are getting this issue: The CSS that we add to the Template via the + Custom CSS button (and also in fact ALL CSS and meta tags) are not getting injected into the head tag area. This is only happening when we add in a hand-coded HTML Visual Fragment. The CSS IS getting added into the head when just the native drag and drop Adobe modules are used. Please can anyone identify why this is the case and how to solve please?

When we create projects, we would like it to be easily identifiable by a docket number, something sequential eg 17-xxxx and should increment only by the specific object type eg Project. Unfortunately, the only available autonumbering available on Workfront is through all objects, meaning if I have 2 projects created, this could be 17-ABX1 and 17-1257 because of all objects created in between. We need this number to be sequential to the object only.
Hi,I have come across a problem, where the checkbox which is on Static tagged PDF, is not read correctly by screen readers such as voice over.It reads the title, but not if the checkbox is checked /unchecked. The static PDF which is tagged, as cross mark on the check box, but voice over is not able to recognize it and read it aloud. hence it reads only the title of the checkbox. Please note: The static pdf is rendered using outputservice.generatePDF API and is tagged. NVDA screen reader, is reading check box unavailable checked read only, after the title is read aloud. But Voice over and acrobat pro read aloud is not able to recognize this.Anyone seen this issue before.?

Hi, I have enrolled in a Journey Optimizer course (AJO-BP200) but have come to a shuddering halt at an early stage. One of the first instructions is ‘Start the Simulation’. Where is this? This doesn’t appear to be a paid course, but I’m thinking it is and at the point of payment you get access to the Simulation? I’m unable to find it via the AJO within my standard working interface. I am in the process of connecting Adobe Target with AEP. When I select the audience, AEP asks me to select the profile attribute as well. My doubt is if I select First Name, Email, Adress XDM fields and these fields are PII fields, will the data be stored in Target somewhere or visible to Target users. Is it safe to map these attributes.I am asking this double with respect to security of PII data. Because, if I have to personalize the webpage, I would require PII data, but I am not sure if sending this data from AEP to Adobe target along with audience is safe ?

Hello all,We have standard setup in AEP to collect the event data for our application, don’t have any source and destination model to ingest data. I want to setup any alert system when there is any data ingestion failure. Is there any OOTB alert system provided by Adobe itself to trigger emails or is there any api to check if there are any failed batches to recursively?If anyone come across this kind of requirements or done already implementation, please help me.I have gone through the below link but it’s not working for us.Thank you in advance!-Kishore
Hi All We are facing a challenge in capturing the correct ECID value in one of the custom eVar (v23). But because of the CSP policies on the platform the ECID is not available on the client when the rule trigger hence name of the data element as a string is being passed like %ECID% in eVar23. To get this fixed and replace %ECID% with an empty string , I am using this expression in data stream as iif(content.xdm._experience.analytics.customDimensions.eVars.eVar23 == '%ECID%', '', _experience.analytics.customDimensions.eVars.eVar23)But still getting the same string (%ECID%) in v23 and causing a failed batch in AEP Dataset.Any advice or suggestion to get this addressed is appreciated.
