I am attempting to run a scenario that will get the entryDate of each document version in a document folder. I am successful there, but need to understand how I can extract the newest file (by entryDate) and move each other file into a specified folder. Can someone elaborate on how to go about this? Thanks!

Hi Team,I have a CSV file that includes first name, last name, and a delivery internal name. I want to use a fixed workflow in Adobe Campaign Classic—consisting of Data Loading → Enrichment → Delivery. The workflow should automatically select the correct email delivery template based on the delivery internal name provided in the CSV and then send the emails. Since a new CSV file arrives every day with different delivery templates, how can I automate this process? please share step by step process Note : This need to achieve in adobe campaign classic V8 @Jennifer_Dungan @AmitVishwakarma @SatheeskannaK@Heather_Kulbacki @giuseppebaglio @ParthaSarathy
Hi,I'm surprised to see that the custom header feature has still not been delivered in the latest build upgrade, especially since it was announced nearly two years ago. This is a key security feature for integrations with third-party tools, as it enables standard authentication via custom headers.Could anyone provide some visibility on this topic? At this point, should we assume that Adobe has no plans to implement this in V7?Any update would be greatly appreciated.
Hello! Is it possible to create for a report custom prompt a dynamic select? I want for the prompt to load all my projects from a desired program so I can make a chart for each of them without having to build a report for each project to create the desired chart, given that I would create more projects and complete some others. Thanks!
Hi all, Kindly point me a to a tutorial for each of a simple Content Fragment and an Experience Fragment (with just two fields, say name and address)Creation of Content/Experience Fragment Model Creation of Content/Experience Fragment from it and populating the fields with values. Process of Exposing it via GraphQL API Any Sling Model required ? If so its Code. Usage in AEM Front End (Sighly) with code.. I want to follow along this tutorial along and see this working. A similar tutorial for Experience Fragment also will help. Appreciate all your responses. Thanks,RK.
Hi Team , Is there any option in custom form that we can hide custom field .
I’m working on updates to Workfront custom form in our Sandbox 1 environment. I also set up a report based on test projects completed using that form, but when I try to send the generated report to anyone, it won’t send. Can I NOT send a report in the Sandbox environment?
Hi Team,We are currently working on a task-based report in Workfront. We have implemented parent and child project linking using cross-project predecessors. Our requirement is to display only the linked projects (i.e., tasks where the parent and child belong to different projects) in the report. We have tried multiple filters, but unfortunately, we have not been able to achieve this.Could anyone suggest a filter or approach to identify and display only cross-project linked tasks?

I noticed the new Functions area in Fusion and was intrigued. Although we don’t have a current use for the section, I can imagine that it can be extremely useful in the future.I’ll be honest: I’m a “refugee” from magazine publishing. I’ve got giant sucking-chest-wound-sized holes in my knowledge base. At this point, I’m trying to think through “unknown unknowns” when it comes to using such cool-looking new functionality. So, for people who didn’t yoke themselves to a dying industry for most of their careers, what are you most excited to do with this new functionality? And has Adobe considered a “cookbook” in the way that it has with Fusion?-j (wishing I had a degree in data science)
I would love to be able to filter a time off calendar on any team, rather than just on home team. We are an agency and our users are on many client “teams”, and sometimes a project manager may want to see all of the users that are out on a given client team rather than a given home team.
At the moment the designed solution is that when a Workfront user who has access to a project to which a proof has been added and who the proof has not been explicitly shared before opens the proof from within Workfront, they are added to the proof immediately afterwards. This is a poorly designed system setting. Just because a user clicks on a proof to open it does not mean that they should be added to the proofing process. Users should decide who and when someone is added to a proof. If a user clicks on a proof but is not part of the proofing process, they should be able to view it without having to become a reviewer. This is especially annoying for system admins and project managers who are just trying to see where something is at in a project and aren't actually involved in the review process.
Hi Team,We have three different data sources. One of them is Marketo. When Marketo deletes a record, we only see the isDeleted flag in the Data Lake, but the deletion is not reflected in the Profile Store. If the same profile later arrives from Source 2 or Source 3, it still qualifies for the segment and gets pushed back to Marketo through the Marketo Engage Destination Connector. Is there a way to prevent such deleted records from syncing back to Marketo again? Thanks in advance!
Hi,I initially was trying to add a custom field from a task form into a project report. I was informed that “Task custom form data is not natively available in a project report because tasks are a separate object. Even if you use text mode with nested (tasks) or similar, you can't directly pull multiple task custom form values into project-level columns. “One option I was given was to create a calculated field at the project level and use this but I’m having trouble with the syntax for pulling in the task fields. For example, one of the fields is “Project Planning Barriers” from the task form “Timeline Barrier for Project Planning”. Can you give me an example of the syntax to pull that into my If..then statement? Thanks!Heather
DearsI’m trying to use the hashicorp integration. There’s seems to be no documentation about it but some hints on the serverConf (useVault/vaultSecretPath/...).I enabled this configuration and I can see Adobe Campaign is fetching xtkKey from the vault successfully. How can I use this for other secrets in Adobe Campaign? I’m trying to set up an FDA connector that fetches its password from the vault. How do I do this ? Is there any special syntax to be used?
Hi Team,We have a requirement where a field is currently not available in our CRM as a temporary solution which will be fixed in long term. To support this, we will be receiving an Excel file containing Marketo ID, dollar amount, and revenue for each record. The goal is to use this data within our emails.I’d like to better understand the feasible approach here, as we want to avoid creating new records and instead leverage existing ones and update them. Specifically, I have two questions: Displaying Excel-based values in emails Is it possible to take values such as dollar amount directly from the Excel file and display them in an email? If so, what would be the recommended approach? Applying calculations (e.g., 10% of revenue) We also need to display a calculated value—specifically, 10% of the revenue provided in the file (e.g., if revenue is 5,000, the email should display 500). Is there a way to handle this dynamically within Marketo, or would this need to be pre-calculated before i
If I check the box that I want to use authetication in the Streaming API then what is the best practice:generate token every time replace token manually (it expires ex. 90 days?)
Hi Everyone, We had a 3rd party DAM system which was tied to our dialog by a custom sling:resourceType “/apps/custom-connector/core/ui/components/content/custom-pathfield”This is now being replaced with “cq/gui/components/authoring/dialog/fileupload” modeled on Image V3 component to allow Remote Asset Picker feature on the dialog.Previously if we had a field say “heroImage” which hosted the old URL “https://media-www.abc.com/test.png” This is now replaced by having a fileReference field “heroImagefileReference” which hosts the delivery API URL when an author selects the image from remote DAM instance such as “/urn:aaid:aem:000a885c-3807-4fbb-9a2f-9a6ae3120ccf/58fb9408-test.png”The image renders well on both authoring dialog, editor.html view and even published page.We also have written the sling model such that if no value is present in “fileReference” then we read the value in original “heroImage” to continue rendering the image. This works fine on view mode but in the authoring dial
I’m exploring to start using Image Templates to generate composed Images with embedded text. Now that we are defining Template details, I would like to save the templates in our code repository so it can be versioned, replicated through different environments and protected from unwanted access or modifications. I looked through documentation but didn’t found explicitly where can these templates be stored and at the same time, be available to be used. Do you know if this templates can be saved in ui.apps, ui.config or ui.content modules and if there is any specific path allowed?I asked chatgpt and mentioned that it cna be under ui.apps directly below ui.apps as: /apps/your-project-name/dynamic-media-templates/ But I would like to know if anyone has already done this before. Thank you in advance for your help :) Luis Moreno
I'm opening up a discussion thread for the new functionality described here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/administration-and-setup/customize/custom-forms/design-a-form/display-skip-logic-form-designer (validation logic in custom forms) Please add questions/issues or discovered functionality below. If you build content-heavy AEM sites, you know the pain: designers live in Figma, content authors live in AEM, and someone is stuck manually copying text and assets between the two. This article walks through an n8n workflow that automates that pipeline end‑to‑end: from Figma designs to AEM Content Fragments, complete with uploaded assets and AI‑generated SEO tags.I built an n8n workflow that automates this pipeline end-to-end — from Figma designs straight into AEM Content Fragments, with DAM asset uploads and AI-generated SEO tags handled automatically. Thanks to everyone who joined today’s INCREDIBLY INSPIRING workshop, Rethinking Resource Management the Agile Way at Advisors Excel, to learn about Advisors Excel’s 3-year transformation from a manual, rigid resource management approach to an agile, queue-based system in Workfront. Lindsey Brown @lindselib , Creative Operations Product Manager, and Cathy Clifton, Project Coordinator Director, explained how shifting most work into shared queues, introducing structured backlogs, and redefining team roles improved flexibility, scalability, and visibility while reducing stress and bottlenecks. Highlights of the workshop included: They shifted 85% of work into shared backlog queues (“Friday” and “MARCO” queues) with automated prioritization using a custom priority score, improving flexibility and reducing bottlenecks. Key operational improvements included using queue blocks for capacity planning, standardized task durations (1 and 5 days) for accurate reporting, and increased autonomy
Hello, I am currently working on filtering a project report by task assignees manager. One of our design manager’s would like to see a full project report that is filtered for projects that their direct reports have been assigned tasks on. I think an exist statement would probably be the best way to do this but I could be overlooking something much simpler. If anyone has any suggestions that would be appreciated.
We have one app and several web properties tracked in abobe analytics. We use the LiveStream API to push our app and web data into an external repo. Mobile App ID is, in my opinion, the easiest and quickest way to segment out traffic to/within the app from the web properties. But Mobile App ID is not one of the fields sent in the Livestream API! Please do the engineering work to change that and include mobileappID in the livestream. You may be saying to yourself, now why don’t you just track them in separate report suites.. great question! I didn’t make the decision to combine them in the same suite - that predates my time here.
