Description -Whenever an offer with status "Approved" has passed its offer end date, the offer is no longer available to customers but it still keeps the status "Approved". This can cause confusing for the AJO user since it's not clear whether the offer is available to customers or not. Why is this feature important to you -We mainly use offers as a way to communicate with our customers and we find it confusing and prone to mistakes when at first glance seeing an offer with status "Approved" but then also have to check the offer end date. We would also like to filter on "Approved" offers where the end date is passed or not. How would you like the feature to work -We would like to have a new offer status introduced called "Finished". The criteria for this status would be that any "Approved" offer that has passed its offer end date will change status to "Finished".
In CJA, For Full Table Export feature, is there any limit on how many times an export can be executed within a given time frame, or can it be triggered multiple times without restriction?Egress-use-cases-deep-div
How would you explain the container levels:session - pretty straight forward - separate session event - is it required to have separate container for that if we use event? logic group - what is that?

Description Allow practitioners to directly access and evaluate relational table data within the targeting rules of the AJO Orchestrated Campaign Module (OCM) Email Action, rather than restricting access exclusively to the Real-Time Customer Profile (UPS) store. Why is this feature important to you Creating audiences purely as a workaround to access relational attributes clutters the system and adds unnecessary overhead. Practitioners need to leverage relational data directly for efficient email targeting without building redundant intermediary audiences to evaluate disconnected custom lookups. How would you like the feature to work The targeting rules configuration UI within OCM Email Actions should expose linked relational XDM classes alongside UPS attributes, enabling direct rule evaluation natively based on relational data. Current Behaviour Dynamic content targeting rules within the AJO OCM Email Action strictly support the Real-Time Customer Profile (UPS) store; relational table

I thought about using Decisioning. Case is like this: User abandons cart with last search flight How to map automatically map the asset with the the specific flight which was searched? User looked for Poland - polish creation, user looked for US - us creation etc Can we do the 50 rules and then map these rules with creations? Do you know easier way? If I want to use JSON as a response for example for mobile app (creation would be mapped in Mobile app CMS) can I automatically use the map the searched country into event structure in one Decision?
Hello, In a workflow, we have a string field that is actually a date formatted as dd/mm/yyyy. We want to use that field within the workflow to filter entries from the last 30 days. How can we convert that string field to a date format? Thanks
We're doing a POC for a multi-tenant SaaS application that integrates with Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service to enable bulk asset import functionality. Our application uses OAuth Web App authentication to access the AEM Assets Author API on behalf of authenticated users.Core Requirement:Our application needs to:Browse AEM folder structures List assets within selected folders Retrieve asset metadata (title, description, tags) Download original asset binariesCurrent Setup (Successfully Completed):✅ OAuth Web App credential configured in Adobe Developer Console ✅ Scopes: openid, AdobeID, aem.assets.author, aem.folders ✅ Client ID allowlisted via api.yaml deployed through Cloud Manager Config Pipeline ✅ User assigned to "AEM Assets Collaborator Users" Product Profile with "AEM Assets API Users" service enabled ✅ OAuth authentication flow working (successfully obtaining access tokens) ✅ Able to list folders using: GET /adobe/folders Issue - Unable to List Assets:adobe/assets?limit
Hello Adobe-community, Adobe has introduced the live-copy behavior in experience fragments and it has cause an issue with our current structure - but we have a plan to fix it. For context, we have a lot of forms that exist in our project and they all live under language-masters:/content/experience-fragments/…/language-masters/forms We have two live copies and we’ll need to copy all of the forms under LM to a new location:/content/experience-fragments/…/<country-code>/forms Based on our playing-experience, (issue) we aren’t able to create a live-copy for all the forms in one go. Has anyone experienced this or does anyone know how to get around this? Any ideas will help,HardBalloon
Hi Team,I was referring to this page because I came across an email where I wanted to make emojis render properly in Outlook. However, when the emoji is added as an image, it does not work as expected. Our main goal is to have the emoji/icon work inside the CTA button.I referred to this page and created a token using the HTML hex entity, then used that token in the email body. With this approach, it does render correctly, but only when the emoji is placed beside text in the body content. It does not seem to work when used inside the CTA section, and I’m not sure why.Could you please help with the below questions? Is there a way to make the emoji work properly inside the CTA button as well? Is there a way to make the emoji color match the text color so it renders consistently with the CTA text? Has anyone faced a similar issue specifically with Outlook rendering for CTA buttons? Sharing this for reference so you can see how it currently looks when it renders correctly in the body con
Hi all, I am using the new email designer and have built emails with conditional content. I’ve been noticing that sometimes when I save them and come back the conditional content is broken up into code sections. Whilst it isn’t the end of the world, it does mean I can’t make changes to the segment. Sometimes if I click [ctrl + z] whilst in the email editor, it all goes back to normal but the segments are called ‘custom’. Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas about what is happening? Example below: Thanks!
Marketo Email Designer is escaping the slash in one </style> closing tag during send-time HTML processing — is there a known issue, or workaround, for HTML email templates with multiple user-managed <style> blocks?
Hi Adobe Community, Greetings! For a certain use case, we were exploring options to create calculated fields from events source table and map it to a profile type schema. Will this work?In the events source dataset, there are fields which says what is the account type of the user, whether its active or not (Active flag), Identifier, etc. What we wanted to build in AEP was to create flag/boolean fields for a particular user, accounting for each account type. For ex - A user can have multiple accounts, say Savings account, Spending account, tax saving account, high returns account. What we want to create is 4 fields for each user. So the schema would essentially have Identifier + 4 account type fields. Logic of each field-Identifier: would be mapped to Identifier. Savings Active: if Account type = Savings account AND Active account = True, then Savings Active field turns true else remains false. Spending Active: if Account type = Spending account AND Active account = True, then Spending
I have a requirement for bulk metadata schema creation in AEM Assets using a CSV file, and I’m looking for suggestions or recommended approaches.Currently, I know the manual process for creating a custom metadata schema:Go to Projects.html Open Adobe Experience Manager Navigate to Tools -> Assets Open Metadata Schema Select the Default schema and click Edit Add fields/tabs/properties manually in the metadata formThis approach works for a small number of schemas, but in my requirement we receive metadata definitions through a CSV file containing many fields and schema configurations.Requirement:Create multiple custom metadata schemas in bulk Reuse or extend the Default metadata schema Add new tabs and additional metadata properties dynamically Preferably automate through code instead of manual UI configurationNote: we cannot use any feature provided by ACS commons, how to create custom utility for bulk creation.Any suggestions, best practices, or Adobe-recommended approaches would be
Hi Community!I’m hoping to get some guidance on a verification flow we’re trying to build using Marketo Forms and Landing Pages. The goal is to have members complete a short “verification” form on Page 1 before being allowed to access another form on Page 2. Ideally, we’d like to keep the experience as seamless as possible and avoid adding extra clicks or requiring an email in between. We have a similar campaign today where a member fills out a form using proxy fields. Then, in an email, we use a Velocity script to compare those proxy fields against the real lead fields in Marketo to validate the member using their submitted information and email address. What I’m trying to do now is avoid needing that email step. I attempted to mimic the same validation concept using custom HTML/JavaScript on a landing page, but I’m running into issues. The Page 1 form submission is updating the lead record — I can see the data value changes in the activity log... but when the member is redirected to Pag
I am trying to build a calculated field in a Workfront custom form to automatically generate a complete UTM tracking URL based on user-entered campaign parameters. The goal is for users to populate fields such as Destination URL, UTM Medium, UTM Source, UTM Campaign, and Contact Type, and have the form dynamically concatenate those values into a finalized URL string.Example desired output:https://example.com?utm_medium=email&utm_source=newsletter&utm_campaign=springcampaign&contact_type=prospectWondering if anyone has done this before as I’m having issues getting the calculated field to generate the final url.
I have a requirement to add a custom column to the list view along with the other OOTB fields in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud instance. Could anyone guide me on how to achieve this? I want to add a column with header Content-Type that will fetch the value from jcr:content/metadata/content-type.I could achieve this with the reorder.jsp file pointed here: https://experience-aem.blogspot.com/2019/10/aem-6520-aem-assets-add-custom-metadata-columns-in-assets-console-list-view.html but this does not work in AEM Cloud.Again, this URL also explains in another way : https://experience-aem.blogspot.com/2019/08/aem-6510-adding-custom-metadata-columns-in-list-view-of-assets-search-console.html but again this conflicts with OOTB behavior and breaks the search functionality in AEMaaCS.Any concrete solution that works on cloud?
Hi! I’ve created a transactional campaign for SMS and in payload I need to send a link:{{context.link}} I’m using an SMS Channel with a configured SMS Subdomain but user’s receiving the full link, not the one used in SMS Subdomain. So, is SMS Subdomain working for transactional campaings? Thanks.
We LOVE the new sharable report folders feature- it is really helping us with organization and auditing of reports. One thing that would really be great is if we could add a sharable folder to the report when creating or editing it. Right now That can only be done through the native reports tab.
Hello! I’m a researcher on Adobe’s Design Research & Strategy team. I am looking for participants who work with digital content and assets directly in AEM or other enterprise-level CMS platforms. Specifically, we want to speak with people who are creating, reviewing, and/or managing digital content themselves. We seek to learn more about how you create, review, or manage content, what friction points, if any, you experience, and how you might be leveraging AI to assist with your work. Importantly, the design team also wants to get feedback on a new experience they’re considering building. If you think you’d be a good fit, reply here (please @ me so I’m notified) or email me at lauber@adobe.com
Hi , looking for guidance on a Scene7 + asset publish flow.We have a custom workflow where:We programmatically trigger the Scene7 workflow to generate renditions.Once processing appears complete, we publish the asset. After publish, we call an API on the Publish instance to retrieve asset details.Since Scene7 processing is asynchronous, we added an event listener to monitor the Scene7 status as publishComplete , before triggering publish. However, we are still seeing inconsistent API responses from Publish, which makes us think there may be a timing/replication/indexing/cache gap somewhere in the flow. One recurring issue we’ve observed:The asset shows “Publish Complete” status on AuthorBut the same asset appears with “ReprocessStart” status on PublishWe’re trying to understand why this discrepancy occurs and what the recommended integration pattern is for ensuring Scene7 processing is truly complete before publish/API consumption. We have already enabled the OOTB Scene7ActivationJobCons
HI Previously when I would click in the "assignment" cell in WF a drop down list of all my team would appear, where I could select the eng. from the drop down list. Now Nothing... do you know why this has changed? how do I get this functionality back?
I’d like to transfer my Adobe Community profile to a different email address. Is that doable?
In AEP - Profiles/Overview there are these two widgets:Customer AI scoring summaryCustomer AI distribution of scoresNothing is displayed, but a message saying: "You don’t have permission to access this feature.Permission needed: view-is-customer-ai, manage-is-customer-ai"What are these two permissions and how can they be granted? I checked under Administration/Permissions but couldn't find anything of the sorts. Adobe documentation didn't help either.Thanks.
