How to find out which attributes are being used from List in the live workflows. Eg : if a list have 100 attributes in the list, then how many are being used in live workflows and need to remove the unused from the list.  

Hi,I try to configure the manual publication script in the deployment wizard: then I want to use this option to upload images within deliveries. However, it gives me the error: (-53) when I try to upload images.My assumption is the path for the publication script I provided is incorrect, but I cannot find any documentation that provides the explanation when the script should be put.As for the script - connector.sh - it moves files to external storage and works fine outside ACC.Can you give me a hint what should I do to make it working?

I am currently using a document version report to show how many Approved proofs a user has for a certain period of time, along with the number of versions of the proof. Can I calculate the average number of proof version for the user?For example, in this screenshot, can I calculate the average number of proof versions from Kevin by totaling the “Ver” column and dividing the number of proofs (17)? I’m very open to getting this information with a different type of report, if needed.Thanks!

I’ve noticed a change in behavior when adding images to AJO Content templates via the AEM asset selector. Previously, the selector would persist in the last-used subfolder for subsequent image additions. Now, it resets to the root directory every time a new image is selected, forcing manual navigation through the folder hierarchy for each asset. Is there a configuration or setting to restore the previous behavior where the specific project folder remains open?

I’m exploring whether AEM data can be connected directly to Power BI for reporting and visualization.Our initial thought is to present the data in a Power BI dashboard, as that would be more digestible and useful than sharing raw data exports. I recall a similar question being asked several years ago (around 10 years back), and at the time the options were fairly limited.Has anyone implemented this more recently? Is there now a supported or practical way to connect AEM data to Power BI (e.g., via APIs, connectors, or intermediate data stores)? Any lessons learned or recommended approaches?

Hi All,I have to bring campaign performance data from Google AdWords to AEP. Can anyone suggest which schema type is best suited for this as the data is campaign performance data and not customer data ?In case I choose event schema , there is no fields in source to map with time stamp, can i use custom field for time stamp and event ID? Thanks,Sneha 

Hi team, I need to replicate this python code from a custom provider into AJO Custom sms config.  When I run that piece of code is returning a 200 status (ok) but when I configure into AJO is returning this What am I doing wrong? Till last week when I select a cell or multiple cell am able to see date range and segment used for the selected cells.however since this week am not able to see this also refresh selected cell is not working. anyi dea how to solve this ?

Is it possible to make JSON Modules in Adobe Fusion ignore null values? So, in the outputted JSON String, we need the parameters that are empty to be removed from the output JSON, rather than simply having an empty value.I can’t see any settings in the modules, so would appreciate anyone who has found a solution.

Hello Community,How do we map multiple select values to a multi-select field in Fusion when the options are the same? For example, I have an array of values like [‘EMEA’, ‘NA’, ‘APAC’, ‘LA’], and I want to map these values to a multi-select field.

Hi I am working on formula field in Workfront Planning .  My objective is to display the selected values  of connected field (Name : Test Field) in new Formula field separated by a delimiter.Currently what is happening is when I directly write this formuala: {Test Field}, it displays values in this format. ["ABC","PQR","XYZ"]. So I am assuming this is becoming like an array field.When I change the formula to Arrayjoin(“”,{ Test Field}, the formula field displays value as below without any delimiter.ABCPQRXYZ. Wondering how do I add a separator that will enable to get display of values like ABC, PQR, XYZ  

We are experience lot of strange tings happening to out email when they are created during AJO updates. It seems to have some connection to our created email fragment that uses variables. Since it suddenly becomes problems with them, for a day or two. Then it goes back to normal. What happens is that fragments that uses variables, has a set av default values. In the templates where fragments is used and the default variables is changes to something else, they are reset to default in the templates they work on when the release is ongoing. This causes a lot of problems since out fragments has language and business areas values - when this changes it all becomes wrong. The logo changes to another business unit, and the footer becomes footer for another country and language. Can somebody confirm if our theory is correct, that a AJO release can effect emails that you are working on during the release.

Hi all,is there a shortcut to the latest "profile_snapshot_export_” dataset name of the default merge policy?As I understand it, each merge policy gets a nightly snapshot dataset with a dynamically changing name. Now, to query this for instance in query templates, do you know of a simple way how to resolve this name for the (let's start simple) default merge policy?Like an alias or similar?Cheers

Having an issue with Workload Balancer showing hours allocated to a user, even though they have no tasks against their name for that date. Similarly, seeing dates with inflated hours, where the assigned tasks add up to a certain number, but the number shown in balancer is significantly more. Is there a solve for this?  

I am trying to have the Dam Metadata Writeback workflow set some attributes in a custom namespace back to a .NEF file (Nikon RAW camera file), but it’s not recognizing it. It does work for png and jpg files, interestingly enough. What might be the config that manages this in AEM? This is for AEM as a Cloud Service (SDK, running locally for now.)Thanks!
