Hello, I am Have kept collect user agent and client headers settings in datastream. Assuming this will collect device type information correctly forexample desktop vs mobile or tablet. However I do not see that.  I have more no-values and I believe the desktop is falling into this, not sure why or what additional settings needs to be done in either datastream or data view

Grok and I have been trying to crack this nut for an hour now. (I asked the AI Assistant and….let’s just say there were many 👎🏻s) Figured I’d ask the hive mind and--if I figure it out before anyone else does--I’ll post it here for everyone else.The ask: I want to be able to determine the ID of an approval attached to an issue. The only pieces of data I have are the approvalProcessID (which I know because I have Fusion apply an approval process to these issues) and currentApprovalStepID. No matter what I do with that currentApprovalStepID, I just cannot get to the approval. If I try to use that to search for the APPROVAL object, I get a 400. If I try searching via the ARVSTP object, I get scolded that it’s “...not a top level object and can't be requested directly in internal”There has to be something that both Grok and I are missing here. Any thoughts?

One of our teams would like have their task start and end dates update based on the predecessor task completion. If the predecessor task is completed late, they’d like to see the start and end dates for their task update to reflect the completion date of the predecessor task so that they can prioritize their tasks accordingly. For example, if the predecessor task is due 2/9 but not completed until 2/11, they’d like the start date of their task to be 2/12 instead of 2/10 (when the task constraint is “As Soon as Possible”). This would not be a universal rule but only applied to specific template tasks and/or for specific teams based on the way that they work. They do have a report that sorts tasks by Handoff Date, but this does not fully meet their needs.

I need to see a report of Tasks and Requests that do not have hours logged by every assignee on each task/request so that we can see what Tasks/Requests are missing hours for which assignees.There’s a thread here that identifies a way for an individual user to see their own Tasks that have not been assigned hours, but I can’t seem to find anything that shows how to see multiple users who do not have assigned hours. Any advice is appreciated.

Does anyone have any experience using the Dry Run mode in AJO with either events as a condition within a journey or as an entry point?  I’ve been using it recently and whilst it works fine for batch qualified audiences, I’ve not seen any results when using events?Thanks,Paul

I’m trying to permanently Stop a journey that is currently in a Paused state, as we have no intention of resuming it. However, the 'Stop' button is disabled/greyed out in the UI.Is this a permissions issue (e.g., lacking some permission as I have publishing rights), or does the system require a journey to be Live before it can be stopped? Additionally, is it possible to force a termination via the AJO API?

we have requirement to design website header.requirements dynamic tabs/menu (header).when we over on any tab/menu it should display sub header/ sub menu and this submenu items are dynamic.when we over on subheader/sub menu it should show its nested menu (nested menu is also dynamic).i dont want to use multifield design for nested menu’s.is there any ways we can design this configuration in dialog?

Hi Everyone, I am working on a use case where I need to capture ‘Open’ Reaction and send a Re-send email to people who have not opened first email. I used the reaction event but despite the audience profile capturing opens, the reaction event is unable to identify/capture the opens. As a result the entire audience base ends up receiving the re-send email even the ones who have opened. Please help me understand this and any workaround if anyone has any awareness on this. After upgrading to the latest LTS version of AEM, we have encountered an issue with the Rich Text field using the resource type cq/gui/components/authoring/dialog/richtext. When saving any sentence containing two consecutive curly braces {{, the data is not being stored correctly in CRX. Hi,I have created a calculated column in an Adobe Workfront report using text mode, and the column displays correct numeric values (0/1) in the report grid. However, this column does not appear in the “Values” dropdown when configuring a chart for the same report.What I have done Report Type: Project / Task Report Created a calculated column using text mode: The column correctly shows: 1 for on-time 0 for late Attempted to use this column in: Pie / Column / Gauge charts Different “Summarized by” options (Average, Sum, Count) Issue The calculated column does not appear in the Chart → Values dropdown. Native numeric fields and custom number fields do appear correctly. Questions Are calculated columns (text-mode columns) supported as chart values in Workfront? Is there a known limitation that prevents calculated columns from being used in charts? Is creating a custom calculated field on the object the only supported way to chart this data?

Hello,We’re in the process of setting up our AEM Guides instance and have that link to our Workfront projects. I’ve noticed that the Workfront tasks list of AEM Guides has a limited number of columns. It would be helpful to our users to see the task percent complete, start dates, and predecessors on this view. Is it possible to add more columns to this view either through the native connector between the two or through Fusion?
