Hi Team,I wanted to check the feasibility of adding an email mirror/preview link/asset link from Marketo into our reporting in Tableau.Currently, we use Tableau for marketing reporting, with activity data pulled daily from Marketo via API into our data warehouse. This data is then used to report on tableau along with additional metrics such as opportunities generated, leads generated, and other KPIs based on our business logic.We now have a requirement to include a mirror link, preview link, or email asset link for the email so it can be reported alongside performance metrics in Tableau. The goal is to allow users to easily click the link and open the email to review its content. This would help us analyze top-performing emails over a given period and understand what contributed to their performance, so those learnings can be applied to future campaigns.Could you please advise if it’s feasible to extract and pass any of these email links from Marketo to our data warehouse via API and d

However, in the Bulk Edit flow, the editor clears the DRM Admin value for assets that already have DRM Admin = YES, and then allows the user to modify and save it—overriding the intended lock behavior.Preconditions:At least one asset exists with DRM Admin = YES (field should be locked in normal edit).Steps to Reproduce:Select multiple assets, including at least one asset where DRM Admin = YES. Open Bulk Edit. Observe the DRM Admin field in the bulk edit editor. I am using Google Docs to manage content in EDS, I am wanting to 'Insert Link' to other documents in the Google Drive, that will be converted to a proper external link at preview and publish. However, when I preview the document the link does not get converted to the externally rendered URL but stays pointing to the Google Docs file in a Google Drive Domain.Is there a configuration option at the .helix level that I would need to set to make this happen?

Hello everyone,I've a Fusion job where I create a folder in AEM and then through a custom call to Workfront, I add it as a linked folder in the desired project. I am investigating linking our Creative Cloud libraries to AEM as a cloud. I found the video linked below. My question is this:If I copy an asset into a Creative Cloud library am I still able to track its use? Hello all,We have several Request Queue Templates that our groups use to embed requests in their projects. These are configured to use the same routing rules as the corresponding “actual” Request Queues.However, none of the embedded requests are visible in the users’ Requests tab or in their Requests widget, even though the regular submitted requests from the main queues show up as expected.I’ve tried to find documentation of this or others in the community encountering the same issue with no luck.Is this a known/temporary issue tied to the new experience, or does this sound like a configuration problem/bug that warrants a Support ticket?Thank you for you input.

I have a site running on AEMAACS, I would like to create few pages of my site using EDS (universal editor).For the EDS pages, I want to re-use the header and footer from my AEMAACS site, which are experience fragments.What would be the best possible solution in this case? How do I get the header and footer content from experience fragments and place them on my EDS site pages?

Hi,  I am trying to figure out if I can make a segment that takes a time range calculated based on how many days have passed from a specific time.For example, if we have a new design/new campaign I can make a date range to start from the campaign start date to today, but if I want to compare the period before with the same amount of days is there a way to do it?  In this case the Before segment today will be these dates Aug 13, 2025 - Nov 18, 2025.But tomorrow I need it to be Aug 12, 2025 - Nov 18, 2025, as the other segment will now include Nov 19, 2025 - Feb 25, 2026.

I’m working in AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).I'm encountering an unexpected issue when publishing the XF parent folder multiple times. 1. First PublishI create a new Experience Fragment. I select the parent folder and trigger publishing using my custom workflow. Result: ✔️ Both the parent folder and the master XF node are published correctly.2. Second PublishI again select only the parent node and publish using the same workflow. Result: ⚠️ Only the parent folder is published. ❌ The master XF node is deleted on the publish instance.   Note: demo folder is created using program as a nt:folder, not the sling:Folder

Hi Team,I wanted to check on two items related to our upcoming A/B testing plans in Adobe Marketo Engage:1. A/B Testing ApproachCurrently, we use a single Email Program for our batch and blast campaigns. Each campaign is a monthly series with 4 to 6 emails, and we have separate Smart Campaigns set up to send each email. At the moment, these are standard sends without A/B testing. Going forward, we would like to run A/B tests for each email in the series (for example, 4 or 6 A/B tests within the same campaign). From what I understand, the out-of-the-box A/B testing functionality within an Email Program allows only one A/B test per program. If we want to run multiple A/B tests, one option might be to use Smart Campaigns and manage the test and winner selection manually. Please let me know if my understanding is correct?  I also wanted to check if there have been any recent updates or enhancements that allow multiple A/B tests within a single Email Program using the native functionality,

We have a requirement to create an Adobe Analytics report showing: Logins per user role Percentage of users in each role who logged in (i.e., Number of users in a particular role who logged in / Total number of users in that role) Currently, we can achieve this using a calculated metric with a static value for the total number of users in each role. However, this approach is impractical since the static numbers need to be manually updated whenever user counts change, and there are multiple roles to manage.Our development team is ready to update the total number of users per role in the data layer. We can then capture this value in an eVar, prop, or event.Question: How can we handle this in a way that ensures the total user count per role is dynamically updated in Adobe Analytics, without requiring manual intervention?Note: Since this is a weekly report, the number of users in a role who logged in during the week may not equal the total number of users in that role.Thank you in advanc
