Access to AJO Pre-release notes

How are organization planning for changes to AJO platform which take you by surprise?
Are there any pre-release notes that your Account Manager shares a month before new releases? Or is a there a release plan that you have aligned with your Account Manager so that new releases are first done in DEV environment and then pushed to PROD a week or so later.

@PoojaMo2

AJO is a continuously updated Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, and Adobe manages the release schedule. Usually it happens on a monthly cadence. You can find the release model and how to get subscribed to the latest release notes here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/whats-new/releases

AJO employs a continuous delivery model, enabling Adobe to deliver new features, enhancements, and bug fixes on an ongoing basis. This approach facilitates a scalable, phased rollout of capabilities, ensuring optimal performance and stability across all environments.

If you want enrolling in Beta programs, LA for features that align with your roadmap before rolling into GA. Also you can subscribe to release notes page.

Thanks, Sathees

@PoojaMo2

pre-release notes are not shared by Account Manager AFAIK. You can subscribe to email and in-product alerts for AJO product releases.

Adobe follows a monthly release cadence, with deployments usually taking place during the last week of each month. The release notes and related documentation are published on Tuesdays of the release week. Pre-release notes are published on Fridays before the release week.
