How can I dynamically capture custom form, fields and values submitted on a request and map them to a Program? The goal is to convert requests into Program while carrying over all its custom form data. The requests can be from different queues with different custom forms.
We are on a retail 4-5-4 calendar and Adobe WILL NOT fix the monthly automated sends to send by the end of the 4-5-4 calendar. They only send by gregorian calendar, meaning 1st of the month through the end of the month. Its not that they can’t fix it, they WON’T fix it. I’ve been trying to get them to fix it for 3 years now. All they will do is pat me on the head and say there, there. Infuriating.
Hello, When I schedule a macro-enabled Excel file (.xlsm) in the New Report builder, it gets stuck in status “Refresh in Progress”.The same file saved as .xlsx (without macros) run without problems. I suppose this must be a bug, since it’s not documented anywhere that .xlsm files are not supported (which would render the new Report Builder useless for our use case).Any ideas?Best
Hi community! Has anyone run into issues with watch events not triggering in Fusion scenarios for Workfront Planning? It works as expected when the record isn’t connected, but as soon as I connect the record, the watch event doesn’t seem to pick it up. Curious if others have seen this or found a workaround. Have a support ticket but wanted to check here as well.
Are these transferable from AA to CJA somehow?
Hello! I have a question on difference in data for sequential segments vs. stacked segments. I am helping another team attribute conversions for users who have come from natural search and visited then homepage and then completed a conversion. They have two versions of this report, one from their vendor and one from our internal team, and the data is not adding up.Their vendors version of the segment is as follows (this is not the literal segment, just how it is set up with our own specific dimensions):Visits (only after sequence)Page = homepage- AND -Search Engine - Natural exists- THEN Within 1 Page View(s) –A user enters the conversion flow (URL based)They place this segment in a freeform table and place the conversion dimension on top, layered with UV’s The internal team set up their report by stacking segments. They have the three below segments stacked on top of each other as well as UV’s: Segment 1Hits Page = HomepageSegment 2HitsSearch Engine - Natural existsSegment 3VisitsPage
Hi all,We’re experiencing an issue in our production environment where iOS orders are not being correctly tracked under the Platform (eVarX) dimension in Adobe Analytics. Instead, the data is falling under Unspecified. However, android traffic is being tracked correctly. Here's our existing setup:We’re using Processing Rules to map platform context data to eVarX. Here's the screenshot for your reference.Despite this configuration, iOS traffic does not get mapped and appears under "Unspecified", while Android works as expected. We do not have a staging environment, so this is directly affecting our production reporting.Has anyone else faced this issue with iOS mapping in processing rules? Are there any debugging best practices you'd recommend to validate the exact context data values received?Appreciate any insights or suggestions.Thank you in advance!
We’ve set up our Organic Social channel with the following rule: traffic is classified as Organic Social when the query string parameter “umedium” does not exist and the referring domain contains social domains (e.g., fb.com, instagram.com, etc.).Recently, we observed that some traffic from chatgpt.com is being bucketed into the Organic Social channel, even though chatgpt.com is not included in our social domain list. Based on our current rules, this classification seems unexpected.Could this be due to how the referrer is being passed or interpreted, or is there a known behavior that would cause chatgpt.com traffic to fall into Organic Social under these conditions? Any guidance on whether our rules need adjustment—or if this outcome is expected—would be appreciated.
Hi Community,We recently encountered an issue with Dynamic Media Video Viewer Presets on our AEM 6.5.21 and wanted to share our findings in case others run into something similar.IssueIn the Dynamic Media component, one author was able to see all custom Video Viewer Presets, while another author could see only a subset of the available presets. The behavior was inconsistent across users even though the presets existed and were correctly configured.InvestigationAfter comparing permissions and user groups, we found that the affected user was a member of the Administrators group. While authoring the Dynamic Media component, errors were appearing in the logs. The issue was traced to:/libs/dam/components/scene7/common/viewerpresetdatasource/viewerpresetdatasource.jsp The JSP iterates through the preset nodes and attempts to retrieve:preset.getNode(Node.JCR_CONTENT)For administrator users, the iteration also includes the rep:policy node because they have permission to view it. Since rep:polic
Hi Community,I am experiencing an issue where a page in the AEM Author environment displays a grey/blank screen when opened in Edit mode. The page is accessible on the published environment and appears to function as expected there. We are trying to understand the possible causes and recommended troubleshooting approaches for this type of behavior.A few questions:What are the common reasons an AEM page might display a grey/blank screen in Author while working correctly on Publish? Are there specific logs, tools, or debugging techniques you typically use to identify the root cause? Have you encountered situations where page components or page content caused Author rendering issues? What is the best approach to isolate the problematic component or configuration when the page itself cannot be opened normally in the editor?Any suggestions, best practices, or experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Allow the selection of Email channel configurations in the OCM UI even if they contain more than one target dimension. Why is this feature important to you Enterprise setups often utilize configurations with a target plus secondary dimensions. Forcing architects to change their design and create a dedicated channel setup specifically for OC adds administrative overhead and fragments channel governance. How would you like the feature to work The OCM UI should gracefully handle and permit the use of channel configurations that include multiple target dimensions without causing canvas failures. Current Behaviour Orchestrated Campaigns require a channel configuration with exactly one target dimension, and configurations with a secondary dimension fail in the campaign canvas
Hi @Community I created two fields in a profile-enabled dataset : customer_id (primary string) and customer_number. The dataset is enabled for Profile and upsert. Both attributes are visible in the XDM union schema and in the Profile UI. However, after running the ProfileSnapshot job, the new attribute customer_number does not appear in the ProfileSnapshot dataset and is therefore not available for export. The customer_id (primary attribute) is available in other datasets as well and helps in stitching..I have verified the dataset and it contains values for customer_number and same is visible in profile UI. Please assist in finding why the profilesnapshot dataset is not getting populated with the new attribute from profile enabled dataset.
I built an email using the new email template.I’ve been asked to publish the email to MSI.I can’t seem to find that option. Can someone point me in the right direction?
Adobe Experience Platform provides the foundational capabilities for collecting, unifying, activating, and analyzing customer experience data. But practitioners involved in implementation, production support, QA, migrations, and ongoing enhancements often need to move quickly between Query Service, dataset previews, Real-Time Customer Profile lookup, audience validation, and ingestion workflows. That day-to-day investigation can become difficult when business stakeholder question that requires more than a sample preview or a high-level UI view. Often, it is required to inspect a specific profile with hundreds of its attributes and events, extract and deep dive into a specific dataset, not just a preview and investigate all the profiles included in an audience, a capability not available in current AEP UI. In many cases, the question is not simply whether data exists, but whether the right data exists in the right place and can be validated efficiently.I faced these same challenges while
Workfront Planning currently offers the ability to share a public link to anyone without a Workfront license. The link allows them to access our information without being directed to our SSO. This is security issue for Marriott and we would like to turn this capability off.We would like an enhancement to be done to have this capability turned off.
Hello team! We are looking for people that have experience with AEM and lives in México, we at Capgemini have some opportunities for you :)

Large Language Models (LLMs) crawl and ingest origin-level URLs like /content/yoursite even when those URLs are rewritten or hidden from human users. Especially this is happening for home page URLs. How can we identify from where this is happening and how can we minimize this?
Enhancement idea to add WF Boards filter (on the left hand side) to allow to filter by custom field. We have a board with advanced input filter (in the board configuration) that pulls in cards from a custom field that is a user field. While this pulls in the right cards, it doesn’t allow the left hand side filter to filter by the custom user field. The idea is to allow a left hand side filter to be setup, similar to how assignment would work. This would allow users to just see their own cards. Let me know if any questions.
I know that there are some neat new tools available in Fusion--chained scenarios and functions being front of mind. And, to be honest, the documentation which follows these new releases isn’t great. Many of us want to use these new tools, but parsing through these texts is difficult when we’re juggling all the things most Workfront/Fusion admins do in the day-to-day operation of the system.Having some video tutorials along with the documentation (which used to be the norm with Workfront) should be a minimum ad. But what would be nice would be a webinar demo of these new features. Seeing how these tools are being used in addition with the documentation would be a huge help for many of us second/third career “accidental IT” admins.
Hi all, I know this question was raised in past multiple times but - from my perspective - wasn’t fully answered yet. I read through the exisitng posts here in the experience league but am still confused.First: I am aware about the differences between hit and visit segments and that fallout analysis handles dimension items as an visit (or visitor) segments. The question came up, when we comared visit numbers from a freeform table with a fallout analysis:As you can see in the fallout analysis it says 5.734 visits. When I create a visit segment which contains the same URL as the fallout I get the same number when populating a time dimension to it. But now the confusion: when I breakdown the single dimension items and take a look at the exact same dimension item, which is filtered in the visit segment / fallout, I get lower visit numbers? There are no other filters applied in the panel. Any ideas? Thanks you all in advance!Best, Paul
Is there any way for us to view the logs for all the events shared by the Adobe Event Forwarding service? Thanks, tyrese
First, the new business rule feature is extremely helpful as it greatly enhances the user experience and strengthens various processes tremendously. Idea: Allow for multiple business rules with the same object and operation (trigger)Current Behavior: System will not allow multiple business rules on same object and trigger Benefits of this idea: Allows enterprises to create multiple simple rules instead of extremely large and complex formulasEnables quicker implementation with simpler testingMultiple administrative team usage - ability to separate business rules by different areas in an organization (limits risk from other teams impacting your rules)Description and title could be customized for each rule for ease of understanding, expansion and correctionsMove from potential large formula chaos to simplified manageable and searchable lists of rules _____________________________________________________________________&nb
