I have relationship between these two schemas: profile schema with ID of user’s favourite petrol station  non profile schema with relationship to schema from point A. All the details about petrol station - what is available etc Does it make sense to use the schema from point B as a lookup schema in AJO?

In the Marketo New Email Editor, snippets aren’t supported and fragments can’t be segmented. Marketo Support says dynamic content must be handled via conditional content inside each email, which we want to avoid.We need centrally managed, language‑/locale‑based variations (e.g., country‑specific social links and email footers).Question:Is there any supported or scalable way to manage segmented/dynamic content centrally in the New Email Editor without adding conditional content per email (e.g., template‑level, Velocity, or another pattern)?

Each time a new project is created, Workfront generates a new reference/form number. However, our business process requires different behavior based on project type:Revisions: Should retain the original form/reference number from the previous project/version Example: XX-1A-XX Variants: Should generate a new reference number using the same base identifier, but increment the alphabetical suffix sequentially Example progression: XX-1A-XX → XX-1B-XX → XX-1C-XX The core “XX” values remain the same; only the revision/variant letter changes based on the number of versions created Has anyone implemented a similar setup in Adobe Workfront?How are you handling reference number retention for revisions? we recently got beefree and are using it to push emails/templates into marketo. The one thing I am struggling with is using the beefree display conditions to work with segements/fields in marketo to show the correct content. Does anyone know or have expeience using the correct statements/syntax to get things to work?

I am struggling with saving the data on a custom form when I use an external lookup field with a webhook. I have successfully connected a webhook to a lookup field that returns results that match the user’s input. However, it sometimes saves the option the user clicks on and sometimes wipes the field back out when the user clicks away. From my searching, it may be that the form has nothing to “grab onto”, as in an id.  I don’t know if that’s the cause of my issue or not, but I haven’t been successful creating a json path to return linked label/value pairs, only a single label or ‘all fields’. I also haven’t been able to pass the data somewhere else without it still being linked to the original field, so as soon as the original field goes blank, everything else does as well.  I was toying with having a WF webhook listen for when the fields populate, but in my initial test, it doesn’t seem to see a change while the form is still being edited. Can anyone offer me some insight into how I c

I’ve tried everything to create a support ticket and keep getting the run around.  I’m the only user on the account which means I’m also the admin. It either says I’m not entitled, or I’m not authorized to log into the various support tools.  I’ve tried everything and am pulling my hair out to create a ticket. Please advise how I get my account setup as the admin so I can create a ticket. Steven

Looking for some best practices on how to manage/contain all of our audiences. As more and more campaigns come through, our audience list gets larger and larger with some not being deactivated after the campaign is finished, duplicates, etc. Some questions about capabilities are below. Thanks for your help! Is it possible to look at inactive/deactivated audiences? For audit purposes, we would like to keep a list of audiences we are deactivating to show they aren’t in use anymore. Obviously we can use the UI tool and filter, but this might quickly become not enough. Looking into using a query/API but unsure if possible.   Is there a way to see audiences that are being used in a live journey currently? With out large list of audiences, some might have been used in multiple journeys and before deactivating them, we would like to check if they are actively being used. Hi All, We recently signed an AI addendum to enable the new AI capabilities within Marketo, such as the AI assistant feature that can help generate email subject lines, email body text, ect. I checked our Roles settings in the Admin menu, and I can see that Access AI Assistant is enabled for our user accounts. However, I have not seen any artificial intelligence features available when I am building emails. Does anyone have any info on why these features wouldn’t be available for us? Any info is appreciated here.Thank you!

This is the second day in a row that Adobe express is not working for me. Yesterday when I tried opening files I got a 404 error over and over again. Last night the error message told me I was offline, I was not. Today I still cannot open my files and the error message says "something went wrong please wait” - I’ve been waiting for hours. Refreshing not worked.DownDector reports that Express is down… but Adobe says it’s up.What’s going on?

I have a list of 3,784 users that I want to target with specific data. To achieve this, I created segments in Adobe Analytics, where I defined the condition as User ID equals any of x, y, z, using approximately 500 user IDs per segment. These segments are visible in Adobe Target via A4T, and I have used them to create an experience. However, I am unable to see the experience being delivered to the intended audience. Could you help identify what might be causing this issue?

We’re trying to implement a server to server integration with AEM 6.5 AMS (not Cloud), and I’ve been trying to set it up locally.I got the OAuth2.0 client working (created the client in the OAuth Clients section of the Security Tools.Given the access to the oauthserver service users, created a ScopeWithPrivileges class giving read/write access to the /content/dam path for the service to use.I’m able to get the Bearer token correctly, but when I tried to upload an asset by posting to  http://localhost:4502/api/assets/companies/product-staging/new_test.pngI’m getting a 500with a status.message "status.message": "Can't create child on a synthetic root",the same call using basic auth for the same user (admin), works correctly. Anyone ever done this with the AssetAPI or are we stuck using basic auth for this?I’m half guessing something isn’t right with the ScopeWithPrivilege class, if anyone succeeded knows what we’re doing wrong would be greatly appreciated.
