We appreciate the addition of Adobe Express image editing within Marketo Design Studio, as it enables faster, lightweight image adjustments directly in the platform. However, we’ve encountered two governance gaps that create risk for enterprise customers: No permission‑level controls There is currently no way to restrict or govern access to Adobe Express editing features by permission set in Marketo. This makes it difficult to limit usage to trained users or admins and to align with internal brand and compliance requirements. No in‑product warning about global image updates Editing an image in Design Studio updates that image everywhere it is currently being used (emails, landing pages, templates). This behavior is not obvious to users and can unintentionally alter live or previously approved assets. Requested enhancements:Add permission‑based controls to enable or disable Adobe Express image editing by role. Introduce a clear UI warning or banner when users attempt to edit an image t

Edge Delivery Services has changed the game for Lighthouse scores, but the authoring experience is now the big conversation. I’m looking to gather some real-world perspectives on the best 'flavor' of authoring for AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS).i see we have three distinct paths and I'd love to hear from anyone who has moved between them:Pure Document Authoring (Google Drive/SharePoint): The speed is unmatched, but how are you handling complex governance at scale?DA.live (Document Authoring): Is this the 'Goldilocks' zone for asset integration, or does it add an unnecessary layer?Universal Editor with AEM Sites: For those who need MSM and heavy localization, does the performance of EDS still feel 'magical' when coming from a full AEM Cloud Service backend?Which combination have you found offers the best balance of author velocity and developer sanity? Looking forward to your insights!"

You should already know a non-default domainLevel (for example, an .io or .ai domain) requires customizing the Munchkin embed code. Easy on a 3rd-party site, where you already control the embed code; on a Marketo LP, you must disable Munchkin at the template level (Template Actions » Disable Munchkin Tracking) and substitute your custom version.[1] Another case for disabling auto-Munchkin and injecting it yourself is managing cookie consent.[2] And today’s case: if you’re using (as everyone should) a Redirector LP for email links to downloads, where the next-hop URL is passed via the URL hash, you must use custom Munchkin to see the logs you expect. Why use the hash, though?First of all, using the hash, like https://pages.example.com/download#https://assets.example.com/my.pdfoffers better caching than using a query param. The hash is never sent outside the browser, so a cached version of https://pages.example.com/download can be used.[3] But more important, Marketo defines the “web pa
Need to have better UI to upload documents currently when drag and doping the documents Its a small black box not very easy to do the upload when adding documents in bulk if go little below the black drop while drag the documents the document opens in a new tab instead of uploading.
Dragging the lefthand edge of the first metric column in a freeform table no longer proportionally scales the width of ALL columns at the same time and instead only impacts that SINGLE column. You then need to change the width of every column individually. While the new behaviour can be useful, the original behaviour was easier to use.My suggestion is to revert back to the original behaviour where all column widths are scaled when you click and drag the lefthand edge, but maybe add a modifier key (Shift, Ctrl, etc) to just change the width of a single column.
Those who regularly attend the CS Scale webinars know this topic occasionally comes up, but I’d like to crowdsource here: What are the pros and cons of allowing users to copy projects? Currently copying projects is prohibited in our instance, but I have project managers begging me to allow copying. I promised I would re-evaluate. I’m asking y’all to get into the weeds so my PMS better understand what they’re getting into:What junk comes with copying projects? Think about both the PM and system admin. If we allow copying, what are the best practices for keeping copied projects clean? What are the alternate approaches? I’ll start:What junk comes with copying projects? You can opt out of copying a bunch of things, which seems to solve a lot of this problem, but it comes with other problems:When you clear Assignments, it also removes job roles. When you clear Documents, it also clears folder structures. (Consider these neutral/dependent on your governance) Whether you like it or not, copyin
Description: The current process for updating the calculation within an existing calculated form field requires a highly manual and time-consuming workflow. This involves removing the field from every form where it's used, saving each form, then re-adding the field to each form, re-entering the calculation, and saving again. Why is this feature important to you? This feature is critical for efficiency and accuracy. The current manual process is extremely time-consuming, especially given that we have approximately 30 active and 30 inactive forms that utilize these fields. This creates a significant administrative burden and increases the risk of errors during the re-entry process. Automating this would free up valuable time and ensure consistent application of calculations across all relevant forms. How would you like the feature to work? Ideally, there would be a more streamlined method to manage calculated custom form fields. This could involve:Bulk Field Management: The ability to bulk

We have two custom actions in our journey. Based on these custom actions we personalize content in our channels.Eg:ProductCustomActionv1 and PriceCustomActionv1According to the setup, we first call ProductCustomActionv1 and then use the information in ProductCustomActionv1 to call PriceCustomActionv1 to find out the price and we use the price information in our channel(sms and email). Now if something changes in ProductCustomActionv1 and we created a new version ProductCustomActionv2 now we have to go manually to all steps within our journey to change the custom action reference. Instead if there is a custom action alias reference that is possible to set within the journey custom action configuration. then we don’t have to change anything within our journey.for ex: ProductCustomActionv1 is set with an alias pdtCustomAction, any new custom action I create I will also give the same alias then all the references of the custom action within the journey would automatically resolve. Hey AJO practitioners, One thing that keeps coming up when I talk to teams across the industry: staying on top of Adobe release notes is genuinely hard. Not because the documentation isn't there - it is - but because carving out time to check it regularly just doesn't happen when day-to-day work takes over. I built DXP Intel to solve exactly that. It monitors release notes across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions weekly, summarises what's new, and surfaces it in one place. You subscribe to the products you care about - Target, AEP, CJA, AJO, whatever's relevant to you - and only get an email when there's actually something new. No noise, no digest of nothing. Check it out → dxpintel.com Happy to hear any feedback - this is early days and I'm actively improving it.
