Hi All, I’d like to trigger my Workfront Fusion scenario when a project is restored. How can I watch for this type of update? Thanks in Advance
Is it possible to sync an AEM email template for a transactional message in Message Center? I don't see documentation one way or another. This would be for a real-time event triggered campaign.
My company is exploring options for sharing information from Snowflake to Workfront, likely through Fusion. It doesn't look like Fusion has a Snowflake connection module, is there a way to connect directly or would we be forced to use an api? This question is similar but closed since it's 3 years old.https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/workfront-fusion-2-0-questions/does-anyone-here-have-any-experience-integrating-with-snowflake/td-p/492280
Hi,Good day, searching for your brilliant ideas regarding my project, scenario goes like this, 1 email to case: If new message received by email it automatically creates an issue to WF (scenario working)2 reply to email then close the case: if the assignee replied to the email that the issue is resolved, it will auto close the issue. here is my testing scenario. I dont know how to connect the WF module (record update) to WF module (create a record.)Maybe you have another way out. Thanks,
I have a use case where I need to pass a dynamic ID (such as a reward ID) from an email template to an AJO landing page. My goal is for the landing page to use JavaScript to fetch this ID from the URL and personalize the experience accordingly.I understand how to retrieve URL parameters on the landing page using JavaScript. However, I’m having trouble configuring my email template’s anchor tag to include the dynamic reward ID as a parameter in the URL when a recipient clicks the link. I tried using this HTML code but it didn't work:<script>function insertIdIntoURL(newId) { const url = new URL(window.location); url.searchParams.set('id', newId); window.history.replaceState({}, '', url);} document.addEventListener('DOMContentLoaded', function () { const button = document.getElementById('sendIdBtn'); if (button) { button.addEventListener('click', function () {
We use Workfront as our Operational System of Record (no Marketing). We are considering recording time in Workfront, but need a way to feed our payroll system ADP. Does anyone have experience with an API either through App Developer or Fusion to feed hours and projects into ADP?
Hi everyone,I am working on a use case in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and need some clarification around consent enforcement for transactional emails.Use Case: We want to send transactional emails (e.g., purchase confirmations) to all guests who have completed a transaction and for whom we have valid email addresses. These emails are service-related and not promotional. However, some of these guests may not have explicitly opted in to receive email communications.Question: Is it possible to configure AJO to send transactional emails without enforcing the consent flag—i.e., to send emails to all transacting guests with email addresses, regardless of their marketing consent status?Additional Context:The emails will contain transaction-specific details. We are not using these emails for marketing purposes. We want to ensure compliance with Adobe’s consent policies and best practices. If anyone has experience with this setup or can share some configuration tips, I would really appreciate it
I experience that problem using my desktop web
Here is the pathing report. What do you mean by these Red circle - is user existed the site? or what it is?
We are migrating to CJA from AA, and we have a number of data extracts that are sent to various other teams from Data Warehouse. I want to replicate these extracts using AEP scheduled queries. But I'm coming up against a few tricky bits... 1. Is this the right tool to do this? Or should I just use the Connections > Destinations and send directly from the data set to an S3 bucket? It feels like the manipulations available in the query SQL is going to be pretty useful... 2. I can't get the values from CJA derived fields via the query, presumably becuase the derived fields are calculated at report time and so not saved back to the data set. Has anyone come up with an elegant solution for things like Marketing Channels that are complicated derived fields that I'd rather not rebuild in SQL? 3. In Data Warehouse I can get the Adobe Visitor ID. I'm trying to pull the identityMap.ECID.id value from the data set but it is always blank, even though CJA is repo
I have a requirement to write a common reusable scenario mainly for logging purpose. so that 1 scenarios can be reused which will be used by multiple scenarios. How to implement the same, I didn't find suitable documentation for the same
On our site we are tracking clicks on banners with evar20, which is set to first touch, expiration of purchase.I have built a report using a freeform table with evar20 as rows and added the out-of-the box revenue dimension.I am getting the value: 40 000$.I thought that was saying to me that "40 000 $ can be attributed to evar20 as a first touch".However, when I am adding Revenue again and modifying the attribution to : Model : first touch, container: visits and Lookback window: Reporting window, I am getting a very different number: 10 000$. I was expecting this custom attribution to return the same results as the out-of-the-box one since they are essentially the same. But it does not. Why?So I tried different attribution settings to see which one would get closer to the out of the box revenue one, and the only one which is closer - but not identical - is the attribution with Last touch, Visitor container and lookback: reporting window. So, I am confused because if my e
Context:We are trying to block internal traffic for a specific domain using Adobe Analytics. The expectation is that no page URLs or hits from internal users should appear in the Dev Report Suite.Steps Taken:Went to Admin > Exclude by IP.Selected the Dev Report Suite.Added our list of internal IPs (public-facing IPs used by me) to the exclusion list.Configured the domain so that it is captured only by the Dev Report Suite.Problem:Even after adding the IPs to the exclusion list, we still see visits and page URLs in the Dev Report Suite. This is unexpected because the Dev environment is only accessible to internal users, and those IPs should be excluded.Goal:Ensure that internal traffic is completely excluded from the Dev Report Suite so that no page URLs or hits appear. This is test and trail to exclude the internal traffic/users from our PROD suite. We just want to capture the external traffic/users for our website. Am I missing any steps in terms of Adobe Analytics to co
Hi Everyone, I am looking for help to setup DAM asset usage reports. We are version 6.5 on prem. What we expect out of it: visibility of how many times the asset has been used on a webpage, how many times it has been clicked on, how many times it has been used in a collection. Additionally it would be great to have data on how the asset was found within the DAM: what keywords were used to bring it to the search results. My dev team helped setup the Adobe Analytics for asset insights. The feature is currently on Stage and Test environment. However it is not picking up any data. I confirm that the asset is referenced in the webpage (even multiple times), but it does not reflect in the insights data. Adobe explains the asset has to be used on webpages by using the embed code. But that makes not sense in our case because we use asset pick tool when the asset is being added to the website component. Is there a way to see how many times the asset has been click
We shouldn't have to have our browser's zoom set to 100% in order for WF to display reports/lists properly without auto scrolling upward on its own.We didn't used to have to do this, but about a week ago something changed.I've already worked with support who said something changed and now it has to be at 100% zoom or when you scroll down to the bottom of a report, it automatically and on its own starts scrolling upward making it difficult to review the data.
Hello! Our team is new to Workfront and I'd like to connect with anyone that uses Workfront for creative work and involves client feedback in the process. I desperately need feedback on our templates/processes and how we use the proofs. I'll buy you a coffee!! Thank you!!!!
I am in the process of integrating Workfront Fusion to Azure Dev Ops. I've successfully created multiple scenarios to create and retrieve tasks but am having issues with the "Watch For Work Items" function. We need visibility of changes to the tasks in Azure DevOps on the fusion side. When I creating a scenario with the Watch For Work Items function I get the following error. I can see that in the connection definition there is an advanced setting to specify App ID and Client Secret but this hasn't been previously required and it's not clear if this is the solution. If the advanced settings are needed I wonder why it's only this function and what is needed on the Azure DevOps side. The request failed due to failure of a previous request.Access Denied: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX needs the following permission(s) on the resource PublisherSecurity/YYYYYYYYYYYYYYY to perform this action: Edit Subscription
I have a custom view that I work from and I need it to show me one more thing (which I am so close!) but I need help. I am new to this, so really playing around with the API explorer and building in text mode. I found this code in reference collections and it did get me closer to what I was envisioning... but not exactly. I specifically want to include a column that shows the designer (job role) assigned to that project. The following code shows all the tasks with all the assignees, which is great, but not what I need. Can anyone point me in the right direction? valueformat=HTMLtextmode=truetype=iteratelistdelimiter=<p>displayname=Tasks Names - Primary Assigneelistmethod=nested(tasks).listsvalueexpression=CONCAT({name},' - ',{assignedTo}.{name})
Hi, We have several people in what step in a Trigger campaign (known people) 1. Is there a way to identify everyone who is in each of the wait steps? We have three wait steps.2. Does using "Override Campaign Priority" help move people through the wait step faster? Thank you!
Hi,I am trying to access mbox parameter in profile script, for WebSDK implementation. Below is the code- For triggering mbox in Target activity-alloy("sendEvent", { xdm: { eventType: "decisioning.propositionDisplay", _experience: { decisioning: { propositions: [{ scope: "test" }] } } }, data: { action: "testing", data: "recipe1" } }); In profile script- if(mbox.name === 'test'){return mbox.param('action') + mbox.param('data');} But I am not getting any value. I have enabled the response token as well. If anyone knows how to send adobe target mbox params in WebSDK, please let me know. Thanks in advance!
Hey guys, I was hoping you could help clarify. Our Salesforce admin noticed some activity in Salesforce indicating that the Marketo integration user has been deleting records. While we don’t have any campaigns in Marketo that perform deletions directly in Salesforce, the team is considering removing the integration user’s delete permissions to help isolate the issue. Before making that change, I wanted to understand if there could be any unintended consequences. Since Marketo does handle lead merges, and merges in Salesforce are treated as deletions of the losing record, I’m concerned that restricting delete access might cause sync errors or disrupt merge operations between the two systems. Could you shed some light on the potential impact of removing that permission?
I’m currently experiencing an issue in Workfront where I can see incoming requests, but the associated documents are not appearing on my end. I’ve confirmed with the requesters that the documents have been uploaded successfully.I’ve already tried updating my browser and clearing my cache, but unfortunately, that hasn’t resolved the issue.
I'm taking a break from college and am interested in learning to become a Java developer in hopes of becoming an AEM developer. I have a little bit of frontend development knowledge with HTML and CSS and am trying to create a roadmap of courses to learn, but I'm pretty much a beginner right now. Where can I find a list of skills I need to learn in order to become successful as an AEM developer? I found what appeared to be a helpful article, but noticed it was written in 2014. It mentions learning the following: Servlet and JSP developmentCSS, JavaScript, HTMLAJAX, jQuery, EXTJSOSGi/FELIXWeb services creation and consumptionCMS development experienceJava Content Repository (JCR)/CRXEclipse IDEMavenSVNJenkinsArtifactoryApache SlingLuceneTomcat/JBossApache Web ServerWhere should I start? How can I create an entire curriculum for myself, so that I can start learning online? Thank you.
Description - Calculate work effort based on planned hours on task instead of workday. Why is this feature important to you - It's a more realistic situation to calculate work effort based on the planned hours of the task rather than the workday. How would you like the feature to work -We would like our users to be able to change the work effort on their task based on the original planned hours of the task, not the workday. Current Behaviour - Work effort is calculated using 8hr workday.
