Workfront

Need to know how to add an instruction/tooltip for the subject field in a request queue. Mainly to instruct the user to follow a specific nomenclature for the Subject. 

Another department in our organization is moving from Monday to our instance of Workfront. Has anyone had experience with moving data/current projects/forms/etc., from Monday to Workfront? Wanted to make sure there weren't automated options available before starting to do this manually. Thank you. 

I know I am missing something, but can we follow profiles on Experience League?When I click on a profile, there is not an option to follow them or add to a favourites. Any help would be appreciated!

I don't know how else to describe this other than my pages are dancing. I have a project open and my tasks look like this one second and like this the next second I have cleared cache and history, cursed,  refreshed my pages cursed some more. Has anyone else seen this and found a fix?
