I'm not sure why but whenever I try to do a calculated column my brain goes foggy. I want to simply add a column to my report that calculates 8 weeks before a custom date field called "E-Comm Due Date". Can someone please put me out of my misery and give me the value expression??

The only way I have had luck creating this view for the team in our sandbox is by adding a system-wide status and "locking" it down... but then other groups that don't need that status can't remove it! Am I missing a key step here from the help articles on how to do this? Thank you for the help!
I have 2 planners working in the same project and trying to add proofs in specific document folders. Each time they do, the proof generates outside of the folder under the general Project folder. They both have system admin access -we have not encountered this before- anyone?
