We have had a couple of Team names changed in our system and there doesn't seem to be a trail in the updates stating when the name was changed. Does anyone know a way I can find out who made this change?
We have only found to place them in a custom doc attached to the project - in the new experience it is buried and takes more click throughs - there must be a better way.

Most of our tasks have a single assignee and are organized under parent tasks. Some of the tasks are showing a simple duration type, but are not allowing me to switch them to a Calculated Assignment (or any other duration type). Does anyone know what could be causing this?
