One group of users has decided to retroactively add predecessors to
tasks on their template. Adding predecessors to the template is easy;
adding the predecessors to their existing projects based on that
template is harder. I'm trying to build a report for them that filters
the task they want to add the predecessor *to* - we'll call it "Task X".

Has anyone else been experiencing slowness with Fusion this week? It's
been near-freezing for me at times and buttons don't respond, and I've
experienced it on both my work and home wi-fi while other web pages/apps
have been performing fine. I'm including a video of me trying to clear a
queue. It's doing nothing. I give it 10 seconds then refresh (in the

I'm creating a set of custom Request/Issue Statuses for a new group. Can
any other administrator duplicate this (the missing Edit link?) The Edit
link *does* appear when I mouse over Project Statuses, just not Tasks or
Issues. I was successful at renaming the default Project Statuses, but
unable to do the same for Issues. Per the documentation, an Edit link
should appear as you mouse over each status like in the image below.
However, for Tasks and Issues, that Edit link isn't coming up. (Image

Yes, Workfront responded that it is a problem specific to Chrome
browsers and confirmed that it will not reproduce in Safari and Firefox,
so we've offered our users that workaround. They will not be fixing it
because Workfront is intended to be an all-electronic platform and so

In our instance, users who want to print an Updates thread (either a
hard copy to a printer or to a PDF file) are taken to the print dialog
box, where the page preview hangs indefinitely because the printer
appears to be spooling 20,000-30,000 pages for printing. Users are
basically unable to print these threads. While we already have a ticket
