What’s new in Adobe Workfront? 

• 25.1 Adobe Workfront Release: Have you taken advantage of the new features released last month in the 25.1 Adobe Workfront Release? Things like a new calendar view in Priorities, the expansion of the AI Assistant for projects, tasks, and issues, the ability to change the owner of a Board, and more. 
• The second quarter 25.2 Adobe Workfront Release is coming in April. Be sure to check back or bookmark the Release Notes page to see what's coming, what's changing, and what's being deprecated.

[Workfront AMA] Ask Me ANYTHING about Workfront Governance 

We’re back with the recurring Ask Me Anything series, formerly known as Coffee Breaks, this time featuring experts who will answer ANYTHING about Workfront Governance. Missed the live event? You can still visit the thread to see what other members discussed!  
 
Please note, like its Coffee Breaks predecessor, all Ask Me Anything events are text-only conversations that occur on the Workfront Community. There will be no meeting invite link, video call, or anything of the like – the event will exist solely on the linked Community event thread.

Visit and bookmark this step-by-step guide, which walks through the Experience League website navigation, how to update your profile, the different types of available resources (from short video tutorials to long-form documentation), how to connect to the Workfront Community, and so much more.  

Whether you're new to Workfront or looking to advance your skills, this is a fantastic resource to explore what's possible.

• Manage proof versions: Learn how to find the details of proof, how to download all versions of a proof, and how to delete a proof version. 
• Find and manage requests: Learn how to find requests you’re assigned to, requests you've created, and requests that you manage. 
• Log and review hours: Record outstanding hours and review logged hours before closing a project. 
• Record lessons learned : Learn how to benefit from “lessons learned” when closing a project. 
• Understand work and people charts: Work charts show you activity from the project and task perspective, while People charts show you activity from the perspective of a home team. 
• Understand basic navigation: Learn to navigate the Enhanced Analytics area.

Community Questions: Can You Answer This? 

The Community is an invaluable space to ask for feedback from a wide range of Workfront experts. However, sometimes a question can go unanswered. If you’re up for the challenge – take a look at some of these unsolved questions and see if you have the know-how to answer!  

• External Lookup when the dependency is multi-select (array): Can you assist Manish with answering his question on using External Lookup to dynamically display options in the Tech Platforms field? 
• Projects for Groups vs. Teams: What’s the best way for people in different request queues to work together on a particular request. Let Paula know what the best way to do this is! 
• Only connect/show tasks from active projects on kanban board: Let user Andy know if there’s a method to show only tasks from projects with a status of ‘Current,’ as it relates to Kanban boards.
