Workfront

Whenever I open a proof to view or edit it in Workfront, it displays at 1%, WAY too small to view. I always begin my proofing by updating this to "page height" or 100%. It is annoying to have to do this every time! I have restarted my computer and refreshed my Edge browser, but the problem continues...
