Workfront

Journal Entry report will report captures if has been directly changed by an user, but if indirectly (such as a predecessor caused the changed) we can not find a way to report that the task changed. Any suggestions?

I could export one from our instance via Preview/Sandbox but we have over 8,000 projects I would need to delete to collect just one to build from. Perhaps I'm going about it the wrong way any suggestions are welcome.

Hello! I'm looking to get an idea of how other Workfront clients handle their incoming report requests. Do your system admins typically build all reports for the users or do you have some of your users trained on building reports on their own?

The challenge we have is that these tasks have multiple resources on them. So even if a resource marks their part complete it will show in their report until all resources mark their part complete. We started out by creating one portfolio and was putting everything under there for the ease of reporting, but as we have matured we are starting to create multiple portfolios, wondering what is better and any advantages, disadvantages on creating just one portfolio or having multiple portfolios.
