Anyone know how to report on any time that the planned complete date of a specific task changes, either directly or indirectly.

Journal Entry report will report captures if has been directly changed by an user, but if indirectly (such as a predecessor caused the changed) we can not find a way to report that the task changed. Any suggestions?
