How do I create a report that shows how much time a user spent on the duration and planned hours for multiple tasks on a project?

I have a team of designers that work on webpage design. And, I'm interested on showing the following:

1. Each designers planned hours and duration on a webpage project.
2. How much time they spent on each project.
3. Then, add that time together for multiple webpage projects during a duration of time. (Month X to Month Y)
