Does anyone know if there is a way to pull an hours report that shows the priority and/or status of a Request/Issue at the time that the Hours were entered?

I have a user that often works from home and every time she logs into Workfront she doesn't get her usual home page, but instead gets a blank page with only the side bar and header appearing. Anyone else experience this?

I'm trying to understand the benefit. Is it for display purposes only? I embedded a fillable PDF in a request form, converted it to a project and the filled in fields did not carry over. I could be doing something wrong however.
