Projected Hours, Revenue, Completion Date on projects - Workfront 24-05-2019
Hello, Can anyone recommend best practices for adding projected hours, revenue, and completion dates for projects into reports? We would like to have a more accurate forecast of predicted measurements to report on and feedback to our teams, if possible. Thanks 🙂 Alex Mannings Nomensa

Audit trail for finance changes on projects - Workfront 01-04-2019
Hi folks, We've recently had some discrepancies show up in our projects regarding billing rates and finances that had been changed without prior knowledge. As there is no update that gets logged when finances are altered, is there something that can be created so project managers and/or administrators can see when: Billing rates are changed/added. Job roles are changed. Does that make sense? Alex Mannings Studio Administrator

Re: Report Column that shows the last update date on a project by a specific user - Workfront 27-03-2019
Thanks for your response, Terry! One snag - I'm looking to filter data out, I'm looking to keep the list of projects as is, but filter the 'Last Update Date' column so that the data (i.e. the date) only changes when I update the project. Does that make sense? Alex Mannings Studio Administrator - Nomensa

Report Column that shows the last update date on a project by a specific user - Workfront 27-03-2019
Hi everyone, I would like to be able to create a column that allows me to show the last date of a project being updated by a specific user - namely: me. I want to have an easy way to cycle through projects that might need updating or have not been checked by myself in the last month. The last update date column is useful, but it applies to any update made by anyone, and I'd like to make that user-specific. Is this possible? Thanks, Alex Mannings Studio Administrator - Nomensa

Re: Introduce Yourself! - Workfront 26-03-2019
Hi everyone, I'm Alex, the current Studio Administrator for Nomensa, a UX Digital Design Company based in the UK. We use Workfront extensively for project management and are in the process of expanding our usage into other areas, such as the My Work area for users and other features such as automated reminders and the Kanban board. If anyone has any advice or information on how they do this in their company, this would be much appreciated. I use Workfront 95% of the time. I'm the most knowledgea...

Reporting calculations - Workfront 17-09-2018
I am in the process of creating a Studio Report for my company that includes several custom columns. Planned Revenue and Expenses (sum of Planned Revenue + Planned Expenses) Actual Revenue and Expenses (sum of Actual Revenue + Actual Expenses) valueexpression=SUM({plannedRevenue},{plannedExpenseCost}) valueexpression=SUM({actualRevenue},{actualExpenseCost}) What I need to do is, using a customised version of Remaining Revenue, create code in Text Mode that subtracts the Actual Revenue and Expens...
