Hello - I am using v15 of the API to insert items as issues. I have a subset of items that inserted with an incorrect entry date and need to troubleshoot. Note this is not happening for all items. 

We have requests that are affecting 2 or more projects. We are trying to see how we can take one request and tie it to multuple projects. So then when users make updates to teh request, teams/users on other projects can see those updates as they may not be the same users on the different projects.
