I would like to add the same custom form to issues or tasks within a project when a new task or issue is created under the same project without doing this manually. Is there an option for this?

Does such a feature exist where once a request is closed, an auto generated custom message can be sent to the requestor?

We also do this with project updates and an additional column for "last updated date" to know how up to date the project is.
