Workfront

Is anyone else encountering this (see screen capture) where Workfront courses are no longer loading? I've adjusted my preferences in every which way, yet this message continues to occur. Thanks in advance. 

When a requestor completes the custom form, all fields are initially visible and completed correctly. However, upon converting it to a project, one of the fields becomes empty, leading to inconvenience. How we can resolve it?

I recently updated a task assigned to multiple users. I accidentally removed a user who had completed their part (i.e. previously selected "Done with My Part") and then reassigned the task to the same person. I am trying to add the option to exclude the queue setup when attaching a template and cannot find the correct syntax.  Attaching the template as is (default queue setup) is overwriting the queue setup already on the projects.
