When uploading graphic and video files to Workfront as Proofs is there any compression of the files upon upload?

Hi there, I don't think it automatically compresses it but it's generally recommended to upload a lo res version to save space and to not have it take forever to upload. Bigger the file, longer time to upload. File max size is 4GB. Often people will upload lo res just for review/approval in the proof and then of course save the hi res final file/distribute as needed.
