Workfront

I am trying to use the compare tool and for some reason it will not bring up the previous version of the art on the left side like is shows in the demo video.  We have our routing art cycles in different folders to keep track, could this be the reason?  Do all the PDFs have to be in the same folder?

I have built a report that requires a Task / Name / Contains (keyword) filter AND a Task / Name / Does not contain (keyword2) filter, but only one will stick when it is applied. Has anyone run into this or does anyone have a solve this?Thanks! M.

Need to know how to add an instruction/tooltip for the subject field in a request queue. Mainly to instruct the user to follow a specific nomenclature for the Subject. 

Another department in our organization is moving from Monday to our instance of Workfront. Has anyone had experience with moving data/current projects/forms/etc., from Monday to Workfront?
