Workfront Fusion

New user here, so bear with me.  We have a use case, where we would like to update new user settings with Fusion. As a part of that, we would like to be able to update the user's notifications settings on their profile. Is this something Fusion can do?

I'm trying to update multiple templates with two users for specific tasks. When I use an update module it only replaces the user with a single user. Is there a way to add multiple users? I know you can add multiple users to regular tasks, but I'm not seeing that option is there for template tasks.
