I have created a Fusion scenario that removes deactivated users from their Home Team. The issue is that they still have Other Teams. I tried everything I could think of and kept getting errors to set their other teams to null. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this?Maybe I need to come at this from the Team side and remove any inactive users versus using the user update scenario to do it. It’s just that I have the user one accomplishing other actions so I was hoping to get the user profile corrected using the same scenario.

Hi all! I’ve created several Fusion scenarios to create tasks based on a cadence and while everything is working as expected, the only portion I can’t figure out is adding planned hours to each of the tasks. I have a project I use to store the tasks and their planned hours and right before the create tasks module I have a search module to go through that project and match the task name and output the planned hours (work required), but when I map the planned hours section in the create task module the planned hours don’t get added. For context the tasks are being created on a Simple duration type with a Fixed Dates constraint and are initially unassigned. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
Is there a way in Fusion to generate a report of all scenarios that have turned off/errored out in the past week or so?
I think this has already been submitted somewhere, but it would be great to have a feature where you can join branches of a scenario (router paths) back to the main scenario. For example, I have a form with a multi-select dropdown for brands; the selected brand determines who owns the issues, then other people are notified based on other form fields - those additional users are universal, but we need to create new issues for each brand. Some issues will only have one brand selected, some will have multiple that require duplicate issues to be created with different owners. It would be great to be able to check if multiple brands are selected, and if so iterate through the brands, creating new issues for each in a branch (if only one brand is selected, continue with the main scenario), then have that branch rejoin the main scenario and iterate through the issues to set the rest of the “universal” users based on the shared fields.
Description - We can duplicate modules in Fusion. It's frustrating that we cannot do the same with filters. Why is this feature important to you - We all know what it's like when you're working on a Scenario and then you realize you need a filter to be on the other side of a module. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to move this like a module. Instead, you have to rebuild it. And, depending upon the complexity of the filter, it can be a pain. (I'm encountering this right now.) How would you like the feature to work - Just like you can clone a module, you should be able to copy/paste a filter. Current Behaviour - It doesn't do that and it's extremely annoying.
Product update: View and compare scenario versionsThis post introduces a new Review changes experience that makes it easy to see exactly what changed between two versions of a scenario so you can confidently restore older versions when needed. OverviewYou can now open a side-by-side comparison of any two versions of the same scenario to view detailed differences before you restore a version. The Review changes view highlights additions, removals, and edits (colored green and red) and groups changes by logical sections (Scenario, Scenario settings, Modules, Flows, Router routes, Error handlers, and Orphan groups). Restoring a version creates a new version, so all restores are reversible.How to compare scenario versionsClick Scenarios in the left panel and open the scenario you want to inspect. Does anyone know if there is a way to create a Fusion scenario that could add/remove users from a Proof Group?Thinking if we create a request queue that has proof group name, a field for the user they want added, and another field for any user they want removed. Then create a Fusion scenario to make those user updates to the Proof group. Is this possible? and if so what modules would we need to accomplish this?
Has anyone worked with WorkFocus.io? We’re in the process of implementing Fusion within our Workfront environment and have purchased 40 hours of consulting support. We’ve outlined several automation scenarios we’d like to build and are hoping to learn from others’ experiences (see screenshot)A few questions for those who have worked with them:What was your overall experience like? How many Fusion scenarios were they able to help you set up within your allotted hours? Did they recommend or require purchasing additional hours? Did they provide training or explain what they were building behind the scenes? Did they conduct a discovery session and help estimate the effort required for each scenario upfront?Because Fusion consulting can be a significant investment, we want to make sure we're planning our time and budget appropriately. Hi Team, I'm working on a usecase where I need to create a Interactive Proof for a Web URL and need some ideas and suggestion on how to achieve this. I have a field attached to an object(TASK) where we will enter the URL of the webpage that needs to be proofed and I need to develop the fusion scenario that will automate Interactive Proof for that URL entered. I’m probably not the only “Accidental IT” guy who now works in Fusion for a living. And for those of us “People who have liberal arts degrees who are trying to catch up with people with real degrees,” some of the newer and more code-y aspects of our job may be a little bit of a challenge. (“Work in publishing,” they said. “You’ll have a job for life,” they said...)The thing which trips me up is that I’ll play with the JSONata exerciser and something which works perfectly fine there...doesn’t in Fusion. While Claude was trying to work with me on that, I asked it to come up with some pointers for future use. I really don’t like having AI write simple things if I can do it on my own. So, I had it come up with this helpful one-sheet for me when it comes to working with JSONata expressions. A native connector for Workfront's approval workflow, create and update approval stages, add participants, send reminders, make decisions, retrieve approval status, and even get suggested approvers. Previously you'd need custom API calls to automate any of this. Now it's native modules, which means cleaner scenarios and easier maintenance.I'm planning to use this as part of a content supply chain automation :- Fusion watches for an approval decision in Workfront, then automatically triggers the downstream action in AEM without anyone manually checking the outcome. Workfront Fusion does not account for Daylight Savings Time, which is confusing when mangaging Scenarios and evaluating Cycles/Executions, especially because Workfront does account for DST.

It is just me or do the log files seem to be even slower to process and post? I am looking at a history screen with 9 runs that have yet to process the history - all of them are at least 15 mins old. Makes it hard to diagnosis issues... just sayin
How can I dynamically capture custom form, fields and values submitted on a request and map them to a Program? The goal is to convert requests into Program while carrying over all its custom form data. The requests can be from different queues with different custom forms.
I know that there are some neat new tools available in Fusion--chained scenarios and functions being front of mind. And, to be honest, the documentation which follows these new releases isn’t great. Many of us want to use these new tools, but parsing through these texts is difficult when we’re juggling all the things most Workfront/Fusion admins do in the day-to-day operation of the system.Having some video tutorials along with the documentation (which used to be the norm with Workfront) should be a minimum ad. But what would be nice would be a webinar demo of these new features. Seeing how these tools are being used in addition with the documentation would be a huge help for many of us second/third career “accidental IT” admins.
Hello Everyone, I have a business requirement, where another application will call the Fusion webhook with payload which also included the url of a webpage. I need to create a interactive proof using that url. while investigating the proof API call(https://rest.proofhq.com/api/v1/upload) for upload and creating proof https://myhost.my.workfront.adobe.com/attask/api-internal/PROOF .
A helpful and efficient update that would help reduce the number of fusion scenario runs and modules needed after an Adobe Workfront Watch Event (instant) would be simply to include numberOfChildren as an Event Filter option for Task events webhook configuration. We are looking to drive automation once a task status changes but looking to limit the run on only actual tasks, not parent tasks. We are able to work around but see double the number of runs necessary and need to add extra modules to read the task after the webhook. I’m looking for suggestions for validating an issue property against a list of valid values in Fusion. I considered importing the valid list from a CSV file, but I haven’t been able to determine how to compare the property value to the list and confirm that it is valid. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
We’ve built a Fusion workflow that creates new Programs within Portfolios as Child Campaigns, storing specific custom field information on the Program object using custom forms that collect the information on the request. I’ve been able to add additional fields to the mapping, but for some reason, the fields I’ve added in the last week don’t want to appear.I’ve checked the that the Read a Record (Fetch Request) IS pulling in the data to the correct fields:and that the Create a Record (Create Program) is showing the fields as things I can map, but it’s not showing them as fields I can pull in (similar to Regions, it should be showing 2. DE:Primary Solution SingSel as a mapping options): Underneath the Read a Record, there SHOULD be Primary Solution SingSel, Is this For, Campaign Type, etc, but they don’t show up. I’ve checked every custom form, made sure the fields are on all of them, run the workflow dozens for times, I’m at a loss for way to get Create a Record to actually give me the
