Adobe Workfront Fusion

It is just me or do the log files seem to be even slower to process and post? I am looking at a history screen with 9 runs that have yet to process the history - all of them are at least 15 mins old. Makes it hard to diagnosis issues... just sayin

We’ve built a Fusion workflow that creates new Programs within Portfolios as Child Campaigns, storing specific custom field information on the Program object using custom forms that collect the information on the request. I’ve been able to add additional fields to the mapping, but for some reason, the fields I’ve added in the last week don’t want to appear.I’ve checked the that the Read a Record (Fetch Request) IS pulling in the data to the correct fields:and that the Create a Record (Create Program) is showing the fields as things I can map, but it’s not showing them as fields I can pull in (similar to Regions, it should be showing 2. DE:Primary Solution SingSel as a mapping options): Underneath the Read a Record, there SHOULD be Primary Solution SingSel, Is this For, Campaign Type, etc, but they don’t show up. I’ve checked every custom form, made sure the fields are on all of them, run the workflow dozens for times, I’m at a loss for way to get Create a Record to actually give me the

Has anybody been able to successfully create a connection in Fusion with Power BI?Last night I attempted to create a connection.  A dialog box opened up indicating I needed approval from my organization’s admin.  I filled out the request, and overnight I received an email from Microsoft confirming that my request for access to Workfront Fusion PowerBI Connector was approved.I tried again just now to create the connection--a pop-up window opens, but the login authorization doesn’t work; I get a message: “An error occurred.  Connection failed.”Has anybody else seen this?  I wanted to check before filing a ticket.

Hello, Hopefully a simple question but I am curious the most efficient way to make the elements from a collection within an array ‘mappable’. Say I have an array such as this: What is the most efficient way to map specific elements in a collection? Additionally, in a collection number that I also specify (in this case, #1). I am looking to filter later in the scenario based on these fields.  

Is it possible to trigger a scenario using proof hq api s , on making a comment on the proof.

How can I dynamically capture custom form, fields and values submitted on a request and map them to a Program? The goal is to convert requests into Program while carrying over all its custom form data. The requests can be from different queues with different custom forms.

Workfront used to offer Bootcamp trainings for Admin and Fusion for a fee. Now I am only seeing “Manage Connections and Workflows in Adobe Workfront Fusion” offered OnDemand but it requires an Enterprise Learning Subscription. Are the bootcamps no longer offered?

Hello! I have a scenario that has stopped working as intended on proofs. It shows no errors within the scenario so I know it’s active and running, but it doesn’t do what it used to and I’m a novice at Fusion so I can’t seem to figure out what’s happened. Anyone know a good resource to use to troubleshoot? 

We have been asked to reword a dropdown choice in a field that we use in several Fusion modules. Is there any way to search to locate these modules?

Hi. I have a Fusion scenario that take a document, creates a proof, and adds reviewers and approvals. Over the last month, we have been experiencing inconsistent behavior with the createProof module found under Misc Action > Document. Proofs are failing to generate automatically. However, when we go back and do it manually it works. Nothing new has changed in our scenario. I was wondering if anyone has noticed similar behaviors and what you were able to do to address? Thanks! 

I’m looking for suggestions for validating an issue property against a list of valid values in Fusion.  I considered importing the valid list from a CSV file, but I haven’t been able to determine how to compare the property value to the list and confirm that it is valid.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I’m parsing a downloaded CSV like I have done many times before but for this scenario I am getting bad encoding.  Any ideas what could be wrong?     

Recently some of our documents attached to projects are giving an AWS error when opened.  This seems to be happening with issues that are converted to projects with fusion (convert to project module).  We have Preserve Issue noted so the document attaches automatically to the new project.  The attachment is fine on the request but corrupt on the project. I have a support ticket in but haven’t been able to resolve.  Anyone else running into this issue?

Hi,Is it possible to automate the step below when a new issue is created?Our process: There is a particular type of issue (queue topic), whenever it is created, we create a copy of a SharePoint Excel template and attach it to the issue. The copy file lives in SharePoint. After creating the copy using Fusion, how do I link that file to the new issue? Any suggestions?

We are curious if anyone has done the following in Fusion with Outlook: Receive a new email to a targeted email address in Outlook When the email hits the inbox, have Fusion read the email and download all attachments and once downloaded have the attachments move to targeted project folder We have a use case where we might also need to have a new folder created and then have files uploaded from the outlook email Can Fusion read metadata off the email to create a folder?   

Is anyone using Fusion to connect Frame IO and their Workfront projects? 

Hi all—looking for some ideas/best practices here!I’m exploring how to automate task completions in Workfront based on proof decisions. From what I understand, this requires the document to live at the task level. If that’s the case, I’m curious how others are handling version control across multiple rounds of edits.Do you typically reuse the same task for each round, or create new tasks for each version? Trying to avoid things getting messy while still enabling automation.Example of what I’m trying to achieve:Design R1 – Designer uploads file to the task and marks complete Creative Review R1 – Proof is created and routed for approval Approved → completes Creative Review and moves to execution Changes Required → completes Creative Review and moves to Design R2 → Creative Review R2 This cycle would repeat until final approval.Would love to hear how others are handling this—especially if you’ve found a clean way to manage versions + automation together. Hi all, working on making a connection between Workfront Core (Sandbox instance) and Workfront Proof. I'm trying to set up the connection module in Fusion, but I'm consistently getting a Request Timeout error when I attempt to authenticate.I've double-checked the credentials and endpoints, and everything seems to be configured correctly from my end. I've attached a screenshot for reference in case it helps identify the issue. 

Hello community - I am new to Fusion and looking to use Fusion to create a report (or notification if report isn’t an option) that is a list of a users current proofs they are a “reviewer” only on. I don’t see any templates remotely close to this so starting here to see if anyone has done something similar or has any recommendations to get this to work.  So far looking to do the following: watch event for new proof Read the record of the proof to pull role filter by the role “reviewer”  Create report (or notification) What am I missing? 

Summary:The native `workfront-maestro:createRecord` Fusion module does not fully abstract field IDs for linked/connection fields (many-to-many relationships), despite Workspace and Record Type being correctly selected by label from the UI. Expected behavior:The native module should handle the internal field key mapping automatically — developers should never need to know or use raw field IDs like `F69d64ac7f0097169d4b252c8` or construct objects with `_id` suffixed keys like `{"F69d64ac7f0097169d4b252c8_id": "Rc69..."}` manually. Actual behavior:For linked/connection fields, the module exposes `fieldID_id` suffixed keys in the nested object spec. Developers must manually construct payloads like:`[{"F69d64ac7f0097169d4b252c8_id": "Rc69..."}]`This defeats the primary value proposition of the native module over a Custom API Call, which is to abstract away raw field and record IDs. Impact:Teams building automations with linked fields are forced to hardcode field IDs into their Fusion scenar

I posted something about this a while ago. However, the problem just keeps getting worse. I’ll trigger a scenario I’m working on by performing an action. The automation will run. And regardless of it runs successfully, it errors out, or returns a warning, I’m waiting for minutes before I can see what’s actually happening. I’m not the only person on my instance who is experiencing this. My colleague in a different business unit has to deal with the same latencies.Yeah, I know that if you trigger individual modules when building, you get an almost instantaneous turnaround with execution data. Yeah, I know I manually start an automation, I’ll get execution data almost instantaneously. However, I’m in the midst of building a complicated automation which requires it get triggered from inside of Workfront. Every time I run it, I have to wait between three to five minutes before I get any data back. And even when I get a failure pop up on my screen, I’ll go to the scenario where I’m still wai

Hey all, I’m trying to build a Fusion automation to connect appropriate projects to records in Workfront Planning but the Planning Update Record module isn’t an append, it replaces any values currently in the field. What I’m trying to do is add a new project to the connected project field of a given record, while retaining the existing connected projects.Whether this was clean or not, my idea of a workaround was to re-map all of the existing connected projects plus the new one, so I’m using the Planning Get a Record module to pull in the pertinent information on the specific record type I need to connect the project to. This is outputting a “Project” array that contains as many collections as there are currently connected projects, with each collection containing the External ID.Then in a Planning Update Record module, I’m mapping the Project array external ID to the Project (Connection) field by using the array index number, plus the new project’s external ID as seen below.  This func
