Adobe Journey Optimizer

since orchestrated campaign doesnt have step even, how to determine if profile has entered into campaign but not yet exited ? this is to ensure that they dont re-enter the campaign which runs on scheduler every day which its already part of campaign from previous day but not yet exited the campaing.

I’m facing challenges while trying to map content to offer items in Experience Decisioning and need some clarification on the correct approach. -> using fragments? I attempted to use a visual fragment, but it does not appear in the list of available fragments.When I created an expression fragment, it was listed and selectable for the offer item.However, after applying the decision policy in the email, the fragment content is not getting rendered. -> using custom attributes? In documentation I observed that mapping can be done using custom attributes, but I’m unclear on: How exactly to configure this How the content gets linked and rendered in the email  -> Difference from Offer Decisioning: In Offer Decisioning, content mapping was straightforward using representations.In Experience Decisioning, the approach seems different.I couldn’t find clear guidance in the documentation on how content mapping is expected to work here. Request: Could you please clarify the correct way to

I am seeking some help regarding journey capabilities. In a lapsed traveler win-back journey I want to test the impact of entry cadence by splitting the audience into two cohorts within the same journey:Cohort A – Enters on a bi-weekly schedule (current setup) Cohort B – Enters on a daily schedule (proposed)All other journey elements would be identical — same messaging, same wait times between emails, same structure. The only variable being tested is how frequently users can enter the journey. Both cohorts would also share a 30-day re-entry suppression window.I was advised internally that this is not feasible in AJO because the two entry cadences represent distinct qualification paths and cannot exist within a single flow.My questions for the community:Is there any native way in AJO to support two different entry cadences within a single journey for a cohort test? Hi,what happens to a profile in a Journey if, during message delivery, the Channel Rule Set blocks the communication because a frequency cap has been reached?Does the Journey consider this step as completed and allow the profile to move on to the next step?Or does the profile drop out of the Journey path?

Hi Team,In AJO, I have created an API-triggered campaign for OTP delivery, which is used for application login. While setting up the campaign, I enabled the webhook option to capture the customer status.I have a couple of questions: Where is the feedback data stored in AJO? Specifically, which dataset contains the email/SMS tracking or feedback events? I have configured the feedback webhook as well. For this, do we need to create and host the webhook URL externally, or is there a way to generate it within Adobe? Could you please help clarify these points?Regards,Nikhil

I am in the process of migrating a transactional campaign from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) as an API-triggered transactional campaign.In SFMC, I can easily access all the JSON files used to trigger emails to customers via data extensions. These JSON files allow me to verify which customer received specific communications and cross-check the data in case of discrepancies. Additionally, I can conveniently filter profiles or emails based on order numbers to locate the corresponding JSON file used to trigger the email.However, in AJO, the data received via an API for a transactional campaign is not stored. How can I verify and identify which customer received specific information in this scenario?

Hi everyone,I am currently validating the behavior of the Journey Reaction Activity for Push Notifications and have observed a discrepancy in how interactions are tracked across different Operating Systems.In our implementation, we use a click_action key in the Custom Data section of the Push payload (e.g., click_action: "OPEN_BENEFITS"). Our data analysis in the Experience Event Dataset shows the following:On Android (FCM): The interaction is captured as eventType: pushTracking.customAction. Hi ,We are working on profile capping in a recurring journey. Profile capping should also work on a recurring journey which means the counter should get reset to zero .But from the adobe documentation i came to know that , When profile cap is defined on a recurring journey, the counter does not reset after each recurrence.The counter applies only to the selected journey version. The counter resets to zero when the journey is duplicated or when a new version is created. After a reset, the entering profiles take the nominal path again until the counter limit is reached.So, is it possible to reset the counter so that in a recurring journey profile limit will work . ThanksUsha

Hi Team,I am working on translating my email templates using AJO inbuilt translation capability. RWS is our translation provider and the client has a contract with RWS which is platform agnostic contract and is based on the volume of translations.I see in AJO translation provider UI, RWS is listed as one of the translation provider available and I have set up translation provider in AJO by choosing RWS from the list.I would like to know whether the AJO - RWS integration is a native one or  is there any additional integration needed from AJO side to make use of RWS translator to get email templates translated to other languages. All journey versions in our `dev-beta-testing` sandbox return ERR_JOURNEYVERSION_107 ("journey version can't be deserialized"). Even brand-new minimal journeys (Audience Qualification → End, no email/actions) fail immediately. The sandbox was previously working — we have deployed and stopped versions. The version store appears corrupted: `GET /journeyVersions?journey=<uid>` returns the same 10 versions for every journey regardless of the filter. Other sandboxes in the same org work fine.
