Can we track users who saw our ads but came to the sites without clicking on the ads when Doubleclick is integrated with AA?

Is anyone having problems logging into AA? It keeps hanging for me after clicking on log-in

I am trying to run my reports in Analytics and when I apply a segment, the report just hangs. I have tried different browsers, different users and different reports and get the same issue, is anyone else experiencing this or have you seen this before?

I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 14.  When I make the first edit to my project the system stops working and the remainder of the video on the timeline goes blank.  Any idea why and can this be fixed?
