Hi team,I use Power Apps to automate many of the tasks that we have as part of our projects. To help users access the app direct from Workfront, I have created a custom calculated task field that stings together a URL that will open the app on the page needed with the project loaded. The issue is, the URL is long and takes up a lot of room. Is there a way I can have this URL behind text such as "Go To Power App". Like you would if you were doing HTML (<a href="url">Go To Power App</a>)The calculation I am using is...CONCAT("https://apps.powerapps.com/play/e/10ce04bd-ba11-e353-9800-82af01dab1cb/a/f31e71a2-b125-4314-bcd7-511edf6fd56f?DeepLink=",{DE:SAAT Screen Code},"&PID=",{project}.{referenceNumber})Can I display this URL on each task as  "Go To Power App"? Thanks for your help.

Hi team, I’m trying to understand an unexpected delivery timing behavior.ScenarioThe journey started on 01/28/2026 at 16:23 Profile entered the journey and completed the email node at 01/28/2026 17:14. However, the email was actually received by the user on 01/29/2026 at 06:15 (next day).ObservationsIn ajo_message_feedback_event_dataset, the feedbackStatus = sent retryCount = 0 No failure reason or exclusion reason is present. This was a Journey email, not a Campaign. The journey starts with a Read Audience of ~1M profiles. The reading rate is set to 5,000 profiles per second.QuestionGiven that:the profile finished the journey node on 01/28, the message shows sent with retryCount = 0, and there are no failures or retries, why would the actual email delivery occur many hours later (next morning)?Could this be related to:internal message queueing or batching? journey scale / audience size? MTA or deliverability throttling handled by Adobe? deferred execution even when retryCount = 0?Any c

We are using the Adobe Analytics Source Connector to ingest data into Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) using an Experience Event schema with the out-of-the-box Adobe Analytics template field group. In the dataflow, Standard Mapping is enabled. However, we observe that eventType is not available and as a result, in the Profile UI the event name is shown as “Unknown.”Since eventType cannot be mapped explicitly, what is the recommended way to populate eventType for Adobe Analytics ingested data so that the Profile event name is resolved correctly? Is this expected behaviour for the Adobe Analytics source connector, and how should it be handled?

is there a way to maintain upsert count in OCM table without getting this information from source ? This is just to track how many time a record was having upsert from the upstream system. relation table has version description but it expect that value from the upstream system. any way it can maintain internally based on number of time that row was upsert ?

when we use DB viewer or any other external DB which uses AEP dataLake, the postgres credential expires in 24hr. is there a way to automatically refresh the credentials so that we dont have to reconfigure the query service connection in every 24hr?

Hi All, I need a some help on reading the below rtevent expressions and put it in table format using while  loop or for loop,<soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:urn="urn:nms:rtEvent"> <soapenv:Header/> <soapenv:Body>  <urn:PushEvent>   <urn:sessiontoken>?</urn:sessiontoken>   <urn:domEvent>    <rtEventtype="Welcome_N" email="veera@gmail.com" wishedChannel="email">    <ctx><schedulePaymentData><schedule>        <schedulePaymentDate> 03/03/2026 </schedulePaymentDate>         <schedulePaymentAmount> 599.34 </schedulePaymentAmount></schedule><schedule>        <schedulePaymentDate> 03/04/2026 </schedulePaymentDate>         <schedulePaymentAmount> 499.34 </schedulePaymentAmount></schedule><schedule>        <schedulePaymentDate> 03/05/2026 </schedulePaymentDate>         <schedulePaymentAmount>

I am on AEM 6.5 and i have implemented the Color picker as a plugin in my RTE using https://experience-aem.blogspot.com/2017/06/aem-63-touch-ui-rte-rich-text-editor-color-picker-plugin-inplace-dialog-edit.htmlBut when i use it on the page , I see a blank pop up while inspecting i found html is getting rendered but display : none style is getting applied. So is this supported in AEM 6.5 and AEM cloud because i will be shifting to cloud soon. How can i fix this or is there any better way to get the Color picker (AEM coral color picker) as a plugin in my RTEI want this type of color picker which AEM provides

We have a customer dataset and dataflow already set up. The data structure is set up to accommodate a one to one key-value pair; one key and one value such as gender (key) = male (value). We are looking to ingest data into RTCDP with a one-to-many relationship; i.e. one key with multiple values.Sample use case:We want to set up a key called “Products held”. There is no set number of products held for each customer. A customer could have 1 product held, or 10 or up to 100; it’s different for each customer.E.g.Customer001: products_held = product1; he has a single product held.Customer002: products_held = product5, product15, product23…and so on; he has 16 products held.Customer003: products_held = product4, product18, product30…and so on; he has 50 products held.I assume that we will need a new schema for this and perhaps a new dataset. Please advise as to how this can be set up. If there is documentation on this, please let me know. Thanks!

Hi Team,We're facing connectivity issues in Workfront Fusion when connecting to a client's Apigee endpoint for SAP integration using the HTTP module, despite sharing the official Fusion IP addresses list for whitelisting.Key Findings: Requests from Fusion hit Apigee showing source IP 52.123.145.90 in logs Whitelisting this specific IP in Apigee immediately resolves the issue and returns successful responses Problem: 52.123.145.90 is NOT listed in the official documentation https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront-fusion/using/set-up-and-manage-fusion/set-up-and-manage-orgs-and-teams/set-up-orgs-teams-and-users/set-up-ip-addresses-for-fusion#add-ip-addresses-and-domains-for-your-datacenter Questions: Does Fusion use additional cluster-specific IPs beyond the documented list? How to get the complete IP range for our specific Fusion datacenter/region? Adobe Workfront US Datacenter 54.244.142.219 52.39.217.230 44.241.82.96 100.20.126.137 34.223.32.4

I am currently using a document version report to show how many Approved proofs a user has for a certain period of time, along with the number of versions of the proof. Can I calculate the average number of proof version for the user? For example, in this screenshot, can I calculate the average number of proof versions from Kevin by totaling the “Ver” column and dividing the number of proofs (17)? I’m very open to getting this information with a different type of report, if needed. Thanks!

I’ve noticed a change in behavior when adding images to AJO Content templates via the AEM asset selector. Previously, the selector would persist in the last-used subfolder for subsequent image additions. Now, it resets to the root directory every time a new image is selected, forcing manual navigation through the folder hierarchy for each asset. Is there a configuration or setting to restore the previous behavior where the specific project folder remains open?

Hi All,I have to bring campaign performance data from Google AdWords to AEP. Can anyone suggest which schema type is best suited for this as the data is campaign performance data and not customer data ?In case I choose event schema , there is no fields in source to map with time stamp, can i use custom field for time stamp and event ID? Thanks,Sneha

Hi team, I need to replicate this python code from a custom provider into AJO Custom sms config.  When I run that piece of code is returning a 200 status (ok) but when I configure into AJO is returning this What am I doing wrong? Thanks!   I also have the user and password values so I can get the token from those values too if it’s neccesary. Here what I did in python

Has anyone used Carousels in Adobe Journey optimizer InApp Configuration? the requirements are to display multiple images under one In-App message content.Let me know if there are any feedback or findings across this. Thanks Prate

I thought that it would be fairly straight forwardhour/hourID?billingRecordID=billRecordID&method=PUTThis doesn’t throw any error at all but neither does it actually add the hour into that billing record.I tried the updates method and again, it doesn’t error out but it doesn’t also add the hour into the billing record.hour/hourID?updates={"billingRecordID":"billRecordID"}&method=PUTAnybody able to successfully add hours to billing record via api?

Is it possible to make JSON Modules in Adobe Fusion ignore null values? So, in the outputted JSON String, we need the parameters that are empty to be removed from the output JSON, rather than simply having an empty value.I can’t see any settings in the modules, so would appreciate anyone who has found a solution.

Hello Community,How do we map multiple select values to a multi-select field in Fusion when the options are the same? For example, I have an array of values like [‘EMEA’, ‘NA’, ‘APAC’, ‘LA’], and I want to map these values to a multi-select field.

Hi I am working on formula field in Workfront Planning .  My objective is to display the selected values  of connected field (Name : Test Field) in new Formula field separated by a delimiter.Currently what is happening is when I directly write this formuala: {Test Field}, it displays values in this format. ["ABC","PQR","XYZ"]. So I am assuming this is becoming like an array field. When I change the formula to Arrayjoin(“”,{ Test Field}, the formula field displays value as below without any delimiter.ABCPQRXYZ. Wondering how do I add a separator that will enable to get display of values like ABC, PQR, XYZ

We are experience lot of strange tings happening to out email when they are created during AJO updates. It seems to have some connection to our created email fragment that uses variables. Since it suddenly becomes problems with them, for a day or two. Then it goes back to normal. What happens is that fragments that uses variables, has a set av default values. In the templates where fragments is used and the default variables is changes to something else, they are reset to default in the templates they work on when the release is ongoing. This causes a lot of problems since out fragments has language and business areas values - when this changes it all becomes wrong. The logo changes to another business unit, and the footer becomes footer for another country and language. Can somebody confirm if our theory is correct, that a AJO release can effect emails that you are working on during the release.

Hi all,is there a shortcut to the latest "profile_snapshot_export_” dataset name of the default merge policy? As I understand it, each merge policy gets a nightly snapshot dataset with a dynamically changing name. Now, to query this for instance in query templates, do you know of a simple way how to resolve this name for the (let's start simple) default merge policy?Like an alias or similar?Cheers

Having an issue with Workload Balancer showing hours allocated to a user, even though they have no tasks against their name for that date. Similarly, seeing dates with inflated hours, where the assigned tasks add up to a certain number, but the number shown in balancer is significantly more. Is there a solve for this?

I am trying to have the Dam Metadata Writeback workflow set some attributes in a custom namespace back to a .NEF file (Nikon RAW camera file), but it’s not recognizing it. It does work for png and jpg files, interestingly enough. What might be the config that manages this in AEM? This is for AEM as a Cloud Service (SDK, running locally for now.)Thanks!
