Site Not Reachable from Workfront Fusion to Apigee After IP Whitelisting

Hi Team,

We're facing connectivity issues in Workfront Fusion when connecting to a client's Apigee endpoint for SAP integration using the HTTP module, despite sharing the official Fusion IP addresses list for whitelisting.

Key Findings:

Questions:

  1. Does Fusion use additional cluster-specific IPs beyond the documented list?

  2. How to get the complete IP range for our specific Fusion datacenter/region?

52.123.145.90 is an IP address that is used by Microsoft to load previews for URLs pasted into Microsoft Teams chat and not by Workfront Fusion

Are you using any Azure based Service? Is a public IP of Azure.

No, we are not using an Azure-based service. We access Fusion via app.workfrontfusion.com, which runs on Adobe's US datacenter per their documentation.

@Patrick-antegma I would create a support ticket and check it with Adobe. My guess is that Adobe might migrate some parts of Fusion to Azure and therefore using public IP of Azure.

Can you confirm which set of IPs need be whitelisted at Apigee end?  Is it “Adobe Workfront US Datacenter” or “Adobe Workfront Fusion on the Microsoft Azure cluster”?
