HI ⁠Previously when I would click in the "assignment" cell in WF a drop down list of all my team would appear, where I could select the eng. from the drop down list.Now Nothing...  do you know why this has changed? how do I get this functionality back?

I have ran Best Practice Analyzer and found Content Area Violation on some of the shared fields across the project. I created a segment based on a fallout touchpoint in Adobe Analytics, and then used that segment within a calculated metric wrapped around an event.However, I’m noticing that the value of this metric changes depending on the overall date range selected in the report.For example, when I set the date range from January 1 to January 31, the metric count for January is 100. But when I expand the date range from January 1 to April 30 and then break the data down by month, the count for January increases to 200 instead of remaining at 100 (which I believe is the correct value).Can someone explain why this is happening? Is this expected behaviour when using a segment derived from a fallout touchpoint within a calculated metric?

I am creating forms in Indesign with specific font styles to export into interactive pdfs to be used by non-designers for in store signage. Certain elements are not available to set in the forms window such as leading and creating centered or flush left or right text. I need help from someone who know how to do this. I can’t find documentation to make this work.

I want to create a Time Bound Date of Birth Component, may be by extending the datepicker aem form core component, where user is allowed to select a date between a specific date range, so once i have created this component then i want to use it inside the adaptive form, but how can i do this, i dont see any AEM forms core components under /apps/core/fd…., i am trying to install the latest service package and the forms add on package my instance is breaking, Kindly help here

Hey Community,          I’m trying to edit an email content and save the changes of a live journey. However the issue is that I can’t find the save option even though there is a tip-tool box mentioning that option. This save button used to be present before the generic Action activity update and that used to republish the journey. And my updated content logic is not being rendered in the new subsequent emails. Note: I can see the modified changes within the email designer.Even in the documentation the save button is not present (in screenshot) and doesn’t provide clear & helpful steps to proceed. I’d not want to create new versions just for every frequent & small updates. Appreciate any help on this! Thanks,Ganesh Kumar

I am pulling a Task report and grouping by Project Name. One particular project meets the filter criteria, but I can’t figure out why it isn’t pulling into the report. Can someone please look at the screenshots and tell me what I’m missing? Filter Criteria Project Details - none of these tasks for this user are showing in the report, but meets the criteria. All of the other Projects for her are capture here, best I can tell. But I’m afraid if this one is missing, others may be too. 

We are curious if anyone has done the following in Fusion with Outlook: Receive a new email to a targeted email address in Outlook When the email hits the inbox, have Fusion read the email and download all attachments and once downloaded have the attachments move to targeted project folder We have a use case where we might also need to have a new folder created and then have files uploaded from the outlook email Can Fusion read metadata off the email to create a folder?   

Hi,I am seeing an issue on trying to load a custom js on Adaptive form (edit/preview mode) on AEM author instance, but the same custom js is loading fine on AEM publisher.Adaptive form in created on AEM 6.5.24 and using foundation component.The custom js is located here: /apps/<project_name>/clientlibs/clientlib-adaptive-forms/custom.jsI want to initiate this custom.js on a button click on adaptive form.So in the rule editor for the button, I see an error, on trying to search for the custom function within custom.js. It shows as undefined variable. The reason is that, the custom.js is not loading on both edit/preview mode.All the files within this /apps/<project_name>/clientlibs is not loading on AEM author, but the it loads fine when the adaptive form in published on aem publisher?Any suggestions please? 

Hi WF Community,Based on what I’ve read, I don’t believe you can automatically have a custom form attached to documents that users add to a record.  I know you can for project, task and issue records, but I just wanted to do a gut check here to ensure I’m not missing a feature.Thanks!Nick

Is there any hack to be able to show a calendar at the gantt view level to not show everyday in the month and just consolidate to a week or even a month view? This gantt view is not helpful to me because you have to dooms scroll to see how and where they overlap for a multi month program. the visual is not great. 

I’m working on a document report with filtering for documents on tasks titled “Engineering Review” that are pending a task approval. I’m filtering out the process guides that are on the tasks, and would like to have these results span across multiple programs in the same portfolio. Neither has worked thus far. Am I off base for thinking that filtering multiple programs is possible? Any insights are appreciated.

On a Marketo form, is there a way for me to use the checkboxes field type, but limit the number of boxes someone can check? For example, I have a list of 10 checkbox options on a form field, but I don’t want people to select more than two. Is there a rule I can set up to make this possible?

Hi everyone,we have implemented a dashboard in Power BI that pulls data from some Adobe Analytics segments.Some visuals, however, are connected to Databricks.Our goal is to set up an automatic refresh for this dashboard. For this reason, we created a Server-to-Server integration in Adobe Analytics, which provided us with an API Key to configure in Power BI.The API key has been configured in Power BI, but the refresh fails every day, or sometimes multiple times per day, especially for the visuals connected to Databricks.The error message shown is the following:It looks like the refresh token expired. My site recently added the ability to add tags to articles and we’re looking to segment out articles that have specific tags.The intended result: see the # of visits to a page with Tag=recipe from January 1, 2026-May 1, 2026Actual result: seeing the # of visits to a page with Tag=recipe from April (the tag implementation date) to May 1, 2026.The segment logic currently is: Hit levelTags = “Recipe” How do I fix this so that it shows the total visits for a page with a tag on it?

Hi community - hoping someone can help with this We have an intake form where requestors fill in an "Expected Completion Date." When the PM converts the request to a project using a template, the project's planned completion date and due date are driven by the template duration (5 days from conversion date) - not by what the user selected on the form.So for example if a request comes in May 18th and the template is 5 days, the project due date lands on May 23rd. But if the requestor said they need it by May 29th, that date is just sitting in a custom field on the project and we have to manually go in and update the planned completion date every time.I tried building a Fusion scenario to automate this - the idea was to watch for when a project gets created from a request and then update the planned completion date to match the custom field value - but couldn't get it working properly.Has anyone solved this either natively in Workfront or through Fusion? We are exporting a CJA dataset from AEP to Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 using the destinations connections in AEP. We have connected the account through the initial setup. However, we are receiving an error for the export job. We have confirmed the folder and path do exist and the account has all rights necessary to create the export. The documentation states: Folder path: Enter the path to the destination folder that will host the exported files.” We aren’t sure if this is an absolute path or relative path, but tried both. Any ideas?Error Code: ACTBTC-2400-400Error Message: An error has occurred when exporting data to the destination.
