Considering that you mentioned you are a beginner, the first thing I would recommend is understanding the prerequisites and recommended experience level for each certification exam. You should also decide which certification path fits you best: the Business Practitioner path (which I believe is the best starting point for your current level) or the Professional path.
 

Something that has worked very well for me is taking each topic from the official Adobe Journey Optimizer documentation and practicing it directly in the platform. I also highly recommend reading Experience League forums and community discussions, since they help clarify many real-world questions and use cases.
 

Additionally, Adobe provides practice exams that can help you become familiar with the certification format and types of questions. However, keep in mind that the actual certification exam can differ significantly from the practice tests, both in complexity and in the way questions are presented. Because of this, it is important to complement practice exams with hands-on experience and documentation review.
 

Most importantly, do not give up on the learning process. It can be a long journey, but it is extremely rewarding because of the impact you can create through digital experiences and customer communications.
