Hello,I'm prepping for a CJA training session with internal stakeholders. Is there a way to see which of our CJA projects is most used? Maybe most clicked on via the Workspace? Thanks,Nicole

I have a fusion scenario that builds a project "recertified" with tasks based on a template. if a user selects a certain Status "decommission" Fusion goes in and removes the tasks from the project and adds a new template with different "decom" tasks. Now, if the user didn't mean to choose that status or perhaps down the line, this project didnt need to be decom'd, can fusion be setup to undo, or re-add those old tasks back in and remove the decom tasks. Basically re-setting the project back to its original "recertified" state again? would this take a large level of work to build this scenario or would it be better to tell the users to be careful in their choice?

I am playing with the JWT module and with help from support got it to where I can exchange it for a bearer token. According to documentation, to authenticate on the API I'd send it as "Authorization" header - but so far the API just errors out with an authentication failure.  Have you successfully called the Workfront API with a bearer token? 

Is it possible to create an email template and attach it to a Proofing workflow? So every time we send a proof, the email is standardized? Right now we have our standardized language in a Word document and copy and paste into the email in the Proofing workflow, but we would love it if the language could live inside Workfront.

Stay with me... I'm part of a creative services team and we have 1 custom form for our requestors to fill out. This form has options of a print request, promo request, digital/paid media request, language translation as well as other options of types of work needed. Requestors are able to select multiple choices, perhaps print and digital together. With each choice the specific set of questions or section populates on the form for requestors to answer related to that specific request type. When multiple ones are chosen, you could have 2, 3 or more separate sections on the form that have been filled out. My designers are finding that it is very hard to sift through each section, reading the answers to the questions, checking the boxes they've selected for types of assets (flyer, brochure, ad, billboard....), sizes and instruction boxes and at the end knowing exactly what they need to do - how many print items, how many digital items? Sometimes we can end up with upwards of 30+ assets/fi

Social visits have been incorrectly categorized as Paid Search in Adobe Analytics. Specifically, visits where Medium = SOCIAL are being assigned to the Paid Search channel. Due to which paid instagram activity have been affected on apple devices, this issue correlates with recent ios update on instagram. Could you please help on this.    

I have a project template with proofreading as a task. I have created a custom form and attached it to my projects so our designers can communicate to our proofreading team and provide them the specifics on what needs to be proofread and where it’s located.Once the designers have completed the proofreading form, is there a way to automatically notify the proofreaders that the job is ready for them? Here are the only two scenarios I have come up with so far: The designers @ the proofreading team in the Updates section of the project, letting them know their job is ready to be reviewedI add a checkbox to the custom form that would trigger a fusion scenario to notify the team. The caveat there is that every job requires two proofreads, so I would then have to create two checkboxes, no? Is there something glaring obvious that I am not thinking about here?

Hello, I moved to the new version of report builder.  I have an existing daily dashboard that's been running daily for 5 years and I just made an update to the Excel file.  I want to replace the old file with the new file and schedule it to the same distribution list as previously and using the same cadence, etc.  Is this possible or do I need to recreate the entire thing (distribution list, cadence, file, etc) in the new report builder?  Thanks!-Peter

Has anybody used this health dashboard- as it is for testing your implementation and your data governance, auditing and QA efforts as well as all variables, success events/metrics hits/instances for the whole suite.  It is very helpful because it has some kind of anamoly detection built in it with confidence interval testing for custom success events extending past 100 as well as the evars and props.  It also populates an email screenshot and uses outlook via a macro from the trigger of a button for creating an alerts email.  I love this doc but it takes about 15-20 mins to run and we have about 20 different sites/report suites and it is not ideal for all of them.  A couple problems here:1) it seems to freeze or break at any point when it is running after you click "run dashboard" to audit your report suite.  I can't or dont know how to debug this to see where it is occuring - if it is some kind of setup/configuration I have (bc I haven't manipulated much of it other than the checkboxe

Hi, We have a requirement where we need to keep adding option in dropdown based on meta data we receive everyday. SO that user can select values through dropdown.Can we have some Workfront API through which we can do so or any fusion module can keep on adding option dynamically into Dropdown. Any help or suggestion is highly appreciated. Thanks

Hello Team, Long back, I have installed AEM author instance in my local. Did local setup of AEM project. I was not installing many asset packages or content packages. It was limited. After few months, Author instance size was around 95GB. Then, I have deleted entire crx-quickstart folder. Re-installed the necessary packages. Size was around 4GB. Able to run my application.Now, after a month, size is 25GB. Is there any way to delete the unwatned folders, files without deleteing the entire crx-quickstart folder?Note: logs, threaddumps folder size is not more than 100MB. cc @arunpatidar  @lukasz-m Thanks 

Hi, When I am trying to create a watch event scenario (for instant trigger) for a new issue to be created in a specific project (via request queue), It kept on running and end up giving error that "maximum time limit exceeds". Seems like its unable to read that data. Can anyone help me with that? Also, Was wondering if watch event support for new Issue in Workfront fusion? Any help/suggestion would be highly appreciated. TIA. 

I was wondering what the benefits are, if there are any, of creating a product Schema and add a relationship between the SKU from the productListItems and the SKU from the product schema. I would like to create a product schema in order to store all of our products and then, add a relationship between the SKU atribute of the Event schema. This way, I would only have to store few atributes in the purchase/pdp event, like price or discount for example. Everything else, I would have it already stored in my product DS.  At the moment, we are using the product schema to only ingest the Product Cathalog from our BBDD. This way, I can see the benefit of this implementation, but I would like to discuss if there are more and, if possible, hear some other ways of improving this implementation.

We have mongo cluster of 2 author instances and the sling jobs distribution is random. Adobe says, in author cluster by default sling jobs will be distributed to all nodes in the cluster. But in our case sling jobs are randomly distributing i.e. sometimes jobA is getting distributed two author instances and sometimes same jobA with different payload map is executing in only author1 instance but not in author2. Any suggestions for this random behaviour? Thanks,Ramesh.  

I have a bunch of folders that I keep certain projects in (one folder for target test workspaces, one folder for analysis workspaces, one for ecommerce, etc.).None of the other users in my org can see the folders. Is there a way to share them? Thanks.

Hi everyone, Is there a workaround for configuring listVars because of a limited amount? We are tracking a form where a user a provide multiple responses per question (i.e. select all that apply). These responses will be pushed to an array and assigned to a variable when the form is submitted. In Adobe Launch, will be captured as a Data Element, then mapped as a eVar/prop. These will be mapped to a listVar, to help with our reporting measures.  There are 5 of these questions we like to track using the above steps. However, we noticed that we are allotted only 3 listVars. Did anyone ever come across such an issue before? If so, what steps were taken to achieve this. Thanks!-Will
