Hi Community,

I need some help on below and any insights will be really helpful.

is it possible to set up two groups/roles in ACS like companyname-Admin and compnayname-STD and within these groups, I want to add specific users.

example abc.com user added to companyname-Admin group will have admin level access and xyz.com user added to the compnayname-STD group will have everything but not admin.

Hi @mandm123,

It is possible to create two groups and add specific users to that group you will need to make use of the admin console and your propper Adobe Campaign Standard instance to set permissions under Administration-Users & Security-Security Groups.

Additionally you can check the following documentation:

Managing groups and users

Hope it helps, and if you need more just let me know.

Best,

Celia

Hi @ccg1706

appreciate your help, can you please let me know if my approach is correct?

1) I created a product profile (Campaign Standard- Companyname- New_Admiin) via the admin console and added user abc.com to it.

2) created an organizational unit in Adobe campaign standard instance and named it as Admin and for Parent, I selected All.

3) created a security group in adobe campaign standard instance with the exact same as in Admin console and added the user abc.com and used org Admin that I created in step 2.

4) in the security group , in roles , I selected the the "Administration" role.

@mandm123 The steps are correct, and it should work. You can follow similar steps to setup another security group.

Thanks, Sathees
