My organization manages dozens of SSL certificates across multiple AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) websites and environments. Adobe notifications regarding certificate renewals do not identify the specific certificate that requires action, forcing administrators to manually search through the certificate list.I would like the SSL Certificates overview in Cloud Manager to support both ascending and descending sorting on the column headers, particularly the "Valid Until" column. This would enable administrators to quickly identify certificates that are nearing expiration and significantly improve operational efficiency when managing large numbers of certificates. The ability to sort certificates by expiration date would reduce the time spent searching for the affected certificate after receiving a renewal notification and help prevent overlooked renewals.
Hi there! Is there a way to verify whether a record already exists in Salesforce before syncing it over? For example, when a new record comes into Marketo (and it may have been purged from Marketo in the past) — Marketo checks Salesforce to see whether the record/email ID already exists, and syncs only if it does not.Thank you!
In a freeform table, I frequently want to put in a specific valued dimension, and then a second dimension. If you select a specific value from a dimension, you cannot put a second dimension side by side. Can you fix this?I know we could use breakdown. but I like the side by side.At the moment I use filter to filter on the value I want. So, there are work-arounds, but it is annoying.
Text in a Rich Text custom field in a custom form isn’t displaying when this field is added to a board card. The ask is that custom Rich Text fields are supported for direct display on Workfront Board cards.
I’m exploring options for using Unified Approvals to review Word documents stored in SharePoint. Since Unified Approvals doesn’t create approval workflows from linked documents—and Frame.io doesn’t allow native copyediting for Word files—I’m trying to figure out whether anyone has built a workaround. The workflow I’m aiming for looks like this:Author uploads a Word doc to SharePoint. Author shares the SharePoint link with reviewers/approvers via Workfront (names vary by project). Reviewers/approvers receive an approval request. A dashboard displays all pending approvals. Reviewers/approvers open the link and make edits in Word. Approvers log their decision in Workfront. If anyone has tackled something similar—or found a creative solution—I'd appreciate your insights.
I’m trying to create a project level report that captures issue “wait time” -- the time between when an issue was entered (convertedOpTaskEntryDate) and the date the issue was converted into a project. I cannot seem to find a way to do this. I can create a new field to time stamp the conversion date, but how would I do that? Thanks!
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: AEMAACS Enhancement Request to automate reports sending to other AEM Users Use-case: In other Adobe Products (ACS,etc.) there is the ability to send reports to other users with a login. Would like this automated functionality in AEMAACS. When you Current/Experienced Behavior: Under Tools -> Assets -> Reports -> Create -> Upload (Report of uploaded assets) Unable to automate report to send to other AEM users. I realize this is currently not a feature that I would like included a future feature request. Improved/Expected Behavior: automate reports sending Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): AEMAACS Customer-name/Organization name: Epsilon Screenshot (if applicable): Code package (if applicable):
I am new to working with Captivate 13.1. Previously worked with Captivate Classic. I am not able to regenerate AI text to speech using new voices for testing and review purposes. I have tried to follow the online help instructions, but the images on the help instructions are from a version prior to Captivate 13. What are the steps to regenerate AI text to speech audio using an existing narration script?Link to Adobe Captivate help:Add and edit audio in Adobe Captivate | Captivate Category selected below as a best guess Thank you in advance
Hi, We currently have problem to install large package through SOAP call which contains our custom schema definitions - currently XML package definition is a little bit bigger than 1.2 MB. In logs we can find messages likeSRV-810019 The server process 'web@default' (pid=xxxxx) has unexpectedly crashed. It will be restarted. (iRc=-53) when package was a little bit larger than 1MB then we had no such problems Any advice ? Thanks in advance
Hello,We would like to implement a typology rule so that transactional emails can only be sent to certain domains. We have added a "filtering" typology rule to the Transactional Message typology in several different targeting dimensions (rtEvent, address, recipient) but it does not appear to be working. Does this need to be done on the RT instance? We are looking for guidance on how to achieve this filter. Thanks,Skyler
Hello,I am wondering how to build a segment to identify visitors who added a product to their cart but did not place an order within a specific period, and subsequently placed an order after a certain date. For example, I would like to identify visitors who added a product to their cart but did not place an order between 2025/1/1 and 2026/7/30, but subsequently placed an order from 2026/7/31 onward. The following is what I built so far:I’d be grateful if any can enlighten me!
You can now access your Fusion objects from inside a scenario. The new Workfront Fusion connector lets scenarios call Fusion’s own API to create, inspect, modify, and operate Fusion resources.OverviewThis release introduces a first‑party Workfront Fusion connector that exposes Fusion APIs directly inside the scenario canvas. Use it to back up or clone scenarios, inspect dependencies, export activity logs, and gather operational telemetry — all as part of your automation flows. What’s newFull record lifecycle — Create, read, update, delete, list, and clone Fusion records from scenarios. Dependency insights — Retrieve a record’s dependencies so you can understand or safely update resources that are referenced elsewhere. Activity exports — Export activity logs for auditing, troubleshooting, or archival workflows. Queue and hook visibility — List hook queues, read queue items, and get queue statistics to monitor trigger backlogs and failure patterns. Connection & scenario mapping — List
Problem StatementCurrently, AEM Sites only supports tenant-level distribution lists for proactive notifications and communications. This creates operational challenges for global organizations managing multiple regional instances, as there is no capability to:- Configure separate distribution lists per AEM instance/program- Differentiate notification recipients based on regional responsibility- Manage admin-level notifications independently for different instancesThis limitation forces organizations to either:1. Include all regional users in a single tenant-level list (resulting in irrelevant notifications)2. Remove regional users entirely and rely on global admins to manually redistribute communicationsProposed EnhancementImplement granular distribution list management at the program/instance level within AEM Sites, allowing:1. Instance-specific distribution lists: Configure separate recipient lists for each AEM instance (e.g., Instance X recipients ≠ Instance Y recipients)2. Role-bas
I have an running AEM 6.5.1 LTS instance that contains a lot of own content and code packages, as well as own configurations. Now I want to upgrade this instance to 6.5.2. I download the release service pack and figured out, the “service pack” is a jar and not a single zip file.My current experience is when I execute this jar file I will get an instance with default and lose my content. Does not really exists another way?
Two new MCP connectors bring conversational, model-driven automation to Fusion. Instead of wiring together many individual modules, a single MCP module accepts an open-ended instruction and lets an AI model determine which Workfront or AEM operations are needed to fulfill it.OverviewThis release adds two first‑party connectors that speak to Adobe's Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Adobe Workfront MCP and Adobe AEM MCP. Each connector exposes a single, flexible module you place on a scenario canvas and drive with natural‑language instructions (prompts). The MCP module synthesizes the required API calls, executes them, and returns a consolidated, human‑readable result — reducing the need to build long chains of Get/Filter/Transform/Write modules for many common tasks. What’s newSingle conversational module — One module accepts an instruction and lets the MCP model plan and run the necessary Workfront or AEM operations, returning a synthesized answer or structured output. Im using the following query to consult ClientIDs that entered a specific action (Email action): SELECTDISTINCT identityMap['clientId'] [0] ['id'] AS node_enter_profilesFROMjourney_step_eventsWHERE_experience.journeyOrchestration.stepEvents.journeyVersionID = 'd67b3772-71a9-4d4c-b78f-a7c5373f8034'AND _experience.journeyOrchestration.stepEvents.actionID = 'b5a8420a-899b-437b-97fd-4a425f7a4e71'AND COALESCE(_experience.journeyOrchestration.stepEvents.journeyNodeProcessed,false) = trueAND (_experience.journeyOrchestration.stepEvents.dryRunID IS NULLOR _experience.journeyOrchestration.stepEvents.dryRunID = '')AND COALESCE(_experience.journeyOrchestration.stepEvents.inTest,false) = false Is there a way to include in this query, the date of the start of the journey as well as tags related to the journey?
1. Content Fragments aren't a drop-in replacement for page componentsContent Fragments (CFs) model structured content well product data, article bodies, reusable content blocks but they're not meant to replace your entire page authoring model. Teams that try to force every page into pure CF + GraphQL often end up rebuilding layout/personalization logic that AEM Sites already gave them for free. Headless works best for content that's genuinely reused across channels (app, web, kiosk, partner feed), not for one-off marketing pages that only ever render in AEM Sites.2. GraphQL persisted queries are not optional in productionIf you're calling the GraphQL endpoint with ad-hoc queries from the front end, stop Cloud Service requires persisted queries for production use (arbitrary GraphQL queries against Publish are disabled by default for security/performance reasons). Every query needs to be registered as a persisted query via a content package or the endpoint. Teams that build their POC wit
Hi!I'm trying to understand why one of my Adobe Analytics alerts isn't triggering. My configuration is:"Any of these metrics" with 2 calculated metrics. An additional AND condition with a minimum number of visits. Segments applied to all the alert rules. Rolling time window and hourly alertThe alert works when I create two separate alerts—one for each calculated metric—while keeping all the other conditions exactly the same. However, it doesn't trigger when both metrics are included under "Any of these metrics", even when one of them clearly exceeds the threshold.Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there any limitation or known issue with using calculated metrics together with "Any of these metrics"?Thanks!

Today: In the web UI, to create a new version of an existing asset, the uploaded file must have the same filename in the same folder. If the filename is different, AEM treats it as a new, separate asset, not as a version.Desired behaviour:New versions of an asset can be added regardless of the file name, e.g. by selecting the asset and clicking “add new version”.Reasoning:Updated files often come with new names but should still be stored as versions of existing assets. E.g. if a legacy asset was uploaded (or migrated from our old DAM) with the file name: coporate-presentation-2022-v1.ppt, I want to be able to upload a new version that is called hbk-coporate-presentation-2026.ppt We are not starting a DAM from scratch or renaming 30,000 files. That means that even though we can update to newer versions in AEM Assets, any errors, bad naming or typos in old file names get carried over into the new version. When users download the updated file, it has the file name of the first version, e.
Hi Community,We are experiencing an issue with the Target Dataset filter in the Source Dataflows list in Adobe Experience Platform. When we select a specific Target Dataset as a filter, the Source Dataflows list does not appear to return the corresponding dataflows.Expected Behavior: When a Target Dataset is selected, the Source Dataflows list should display only the dataflows associated with that specific dataset.Actual Behavior: The list does not return any results when we apply the selected Target Dataset filter.Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is this a known limitation or issue with the current AEP UI?Any insights or workaround would be appreciated. Thanks!
