Hi all—looking for some ideas/best practices here!I’m exploring how to automate task completions in Workfront based on proof decisions. From what I understand, this requires the document to live at the task level. If that’s the case, I’m curious how others are handling version control across multiple rounds of edits.Do you typically reuse the same task for each round, or create new tasks for each version? Trying to avoid things getting messy while still enabling automation.Example of what I’m trying to achieve:Design R1 – Designer uploads file to the task and marks complete Creative Review R1 – Proof is created and routed for approval Approved → completes Creative Review and moves to execution Changes Required → completes Creative Review and moves to Design R2 → Creative Review R2 This cycle would repeat until final approval.Would love to hear how others are handling this—especially if you’ve found a clean way to manage versions + automation together. Hi,We have installed AEM 6.5 on C drive and due to some disk space issue, we need to move the installation to E drive on Production. Its is a on premise AEMIs it safe to copy the entire AEM folder from C to E by stopping and then starting after the files are copied to E drive on production.Are are any internal references to C location within the application, once its installation and running.Appreciate any assistance here. I have a section of my site on EDS while the majority of it is on AEMAACS. My question was on how to include launch script to my EDS pages, since they are environment specific?

We are attempting to create the edge audience using the Adobe API endpoint, but the profiles are not being qualified when we use streaming ingestion with the streaming API. However, when we manually create an edge audience through the UI, the profiles are being qualified when we use streaming ingestion API(Postman). These 2 Audience are manually created edge Audiences by using UI, but we don't see any API created audiences' qualification for the same data.

I’m just wondering where your teams are getting the best value out of the AI assistant in Workfront. I’m not getting much feedback so far from our user base - I’d love to hear where it’s showing time efficiencies for your users

Is anyone using Fusion to connect Frame IO and their Workfront projects?

I keep getting a “Forbidden resource” pop-up when opening Fusion scenarios recently: Is anyone else getting this?  I can still run/edit the scenarios, but I can no longer access the Incomplete Executions tab.  Last week I got an email about an incomplete execution; the scenario in question runs once daily, so I was able to able to go into the History tab and look at the most recent entry to find the issue.  My concern is with scenarios that have instant triggers--if any runs have an incomplete execution, it may be harder to identify them using just the History tab (some scenarios have hundreds of executions per day).I wanted to check if anyone else has seen this behavior in their Fusion instance.

I used to be able to include multiple metrics as columns in a freeform table, and when I resized one column, they would all adjust evenly. Similarly, when I overlapped a metric on top of segments, it formatted correctly with all segments grouped under that single metric.What changed, and is there a way to get back to that original setup? I know this may seem minor, but I spend a lot of time working in freeform tables, and this change is starting to feel pretty tedious.  

Hi everyone, I have a scenario that attaches a couple of custom forms to an issue. It was working fine cca 4 hours ago, but all of the sudden I start getting the following error:The operation failed with an error. [422] APIModel V22_0 action assignCategory does not support argument named alreadyAttachedThe original module being used is Misc Action, with the following setup  And I also tried using a Custom API Call as such   Both modules give me the same error message. Hello,Is it possible to create dynamic templates that can be used when creating a project from either a template or a request?For example:When creating a new project and selecting a template, can related sub-templates be displayed under the main template for selection?If that is not possible, is there an alternative approach where, after selecting a template, certain fields on the project creation page can be used to dynamically adjust values—such as applying a different template configuration or modifying custom fields based on those inputs?

I'm developing an Adobe App Builder integration to sync product data present in Salsify to AEM Content Fragments via the OpenAPI in my RDE environment. IMS OAuth authentication is working correctly (I'm obtaining tokens with the correct scopes: aem.fragments.management,aem.folders), and I've added my OAuth Server-to-Server credential to the "AEM Sites Content Managers - Author" product profile in Admin Console.However, when my App Builder action calls the Content Fragments API (GET /adobe/sites/cf/fragments), I receive a 403 Forbidden error with: "IMS Client ID not allowlisted. I have a ticket open with Support about this, but I’m curious to know if anyone else is facing this. We have a large number of dashboards pinned via Layout Template to the Portfolio or Program object - things like a portfolio snapshot, program snapshot, air traffic control, that sort of thing. Previously, you could build the reports on those dashboards and not require a filter for a specific program or portfolio - they would automatically filter results down to the respective object you were viewing the pinned dashboard from. So if you were viewing the dashboard from within Portfolio A, it would NOT show you results from Portfolio B or Portfolio C. However, if you opened a specific report in another tab outside of the current Portfolio, it would show you results from the entire system (assuming you didn’t have something in your filter to prevent that from happening).Today, our Portfolio pinned dashboards work as expected, but our Program ones do not. I have added a few calculated metrics in my Template. I was wondering how do I replicate the same Workspace Project using the Template for another Org ID using the calculated metrics I created previously?The idea here is to basically analyze the same structure of data in the same manner but for different organizations. Do the calculated metrics get copied from the Template?
