Is anyone using Fusion to connect Frame IO and their Workfront projects? 

Hello!  We do gate approvals in Workfront.  Our approval flow is set up to send to Manager A and B, and if one of them approves the task, it’s approved.I have been asked if I can make a report that shows who approved each gate and when.  I have the date figured out, and I found a way to show both Manager A’s and Manager B’s names as “Approvers”, but I can’t figure out a way to pull which manager actually hit the approve button.Does anyone have any ideas?  Thank you!

We track the number of projects for KPI. Is there a way to filter for when a project status is changed to complete  so we know the date that was done.

We are migrating our AEM environment from AMS to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). In our current production environment (AMS), we have 1 Author instance and 4 Publisher instances. One of the custom feature: Whenever a Topic is published (replicated), we need to send Topic content to an external application (from publisher only).Currently, we compare configured sling id with 4 publisher’s sling ID and ensuring sending the content from 1 publisher only. After AEMaaCS migration, how we can achieve the same functionality (identify 1 pod publisher out of multi pod publishers) and then send the published content to external app from 1 pod publisher only.

If a unique visitor A came to the home page than to a product page. We will have +1 for the website unique visitors. However in the page breakdown, we will see +1 in home page unique visitor, but what about product page breakdown will we also see +1 or it will give 0?

Hi Everyone,I created an Assignment Report to view current projects for a selected users are working on. The report works as expected for admins, but I’m running into an issue the a non-admin user is unable to view theProject >> Line of Business columnIssue The report includes a column: Project >> Line of Business When I (admin) view the report, the Line of Business values display correctly When a non-admin views the same report (no filter/view changes), the entire Line of Business column is blank  What I’ve already tried Verified no filters, prompts, or views are changing between users Used Text Mode to reference the Project field directly Set Report Settings → “Run this report with the access rights of” an admin user → The column is still blank for non-admin users I appreciate any guidance or insight on this issue!

In Universal Editor, when trying to align text in Rich Text field by using default alignment option (left, center, right), it only adds inline style. Upon saving changes and exiting out of RTE, all inline styles are removed.I want to have per-paragraph alignment option within a rich text field so didn’t do this through custom model field. Any fix for this? Like adding a class instead of inline styling so this can actually work?

We started using Dynamic Chat and are finding some gaps in the reporting that we would love to have. Currently, the default just shows everyone that reached any goal within a dialogue. The issue is that 1 dialogue may have multiple different goals and not all are as  important as others (i.e. we have an MQL goal vs someone who is subscribing to receive content). We want to be able to see in the reports the conversations by goal to show over time how many people hit each different goal.What I’m also noticing is that the global reports are pretty good, but you cannot segment them at all by dialogue on that screen and it’s causing me to go into each dialogue to see it’s performance. I’d love a filter at the top for the different dialogues so you have it in 1 place and can view all the reports. I’d also like to have the ability to compare across different dialogues easier. For instance, we have so many people that engaged across all of our dialogues over time, but I’d like to see that 10 w

As javax.servlet dependency has been deprecated we are getting tidelift suggestions to upgrade to jakarta.servlet. However, when we update to that we are getting below error -Error: /apps/runner/_work/jabcd/japp-name/core/pom.xml [0:0]: Class org.ab.web.appname.core.servlet.FetchPDF is not assignable to specified service jakarta.servlet.Servlet Suggestions on this error asking again to revert back to javax.servlet. Just checking has anyone encountered this issue before? Hi Team,I’m testing an AJO Web channel (Inbound web) configuration and facing an issue where the experience is not delivered, and nothing appears under AJO→ Edge delivery in Assurance.Here is my setup:1.) Web SDK implemented via Tags(Launch)Datastream has : Ajo enabled, Offer decisioning enabled, edge segmentation enabledjourney is published, Profiles qualifies for JOAI segmentAssurance session connected and events are visibleQuestions: 1.) Is there any additional configuration required in web sdk to trigger AJO Web channel delivery(beyond renderDecisions and surfaces)?2.) How can we confirm whether the request is being evaluated by AJO vs ODE3.) Are there specific requriements around surface matching format(web://hostname/path)?4.) should the eventType be something for AJO Web Channel?Any guidance on what could cause AJO not to return propositions despite correct surface and journey qualification would be appreciated.Thanks in advance

Hi there,We’re currently building new email templates using the Design Studio email editor. While the new features are much more flexible from a branding perspective, we’re running into alignment issues with images and text.Specifically, when two modules are meant to sit side by side, the formatting breaks if the text lengths are not an exact match. If one module has more characters than the other, the alignment becomes uneven rather than shifting down while remaining aligned.In the previous email editor, longer text within one module would simply push content down while still keeping everything properly aligned. Is there a similar setting or workaround in the new editor to achieve this behavior? Inline modules because the text is the same line length Formatting gets messed up when the second title is longer and adds more lines vs shifting the text down and keeping the arrows are start of the titles inline 

Will the current workflow of proofs (making mark-ups, sending for approvals, etc.) be discontinued and the new workflow of the document approvals be the new process soon? We really use proof approvals because it's the best process for us instead of one-off approvals. Thanks so much!

Hi everyone,I am looking for a way to programmatically capture or reference the timestamp of the last node a profile passed through (Email - Pre Waits), directly within the Journey canvas (not via Query Service on the Step Events dataset later). I need to use the exact date/time a profile hit the Email step to calculate a Custom wait time.What I've tried: lastActionExecutionElapsedTime - but not sure if it’s helping me.Does anyone know of a way to "stamp" a profile with their last node date within the journey logic itself?
