Hello,I have a question regarding Content Fragment permissions in AEM as a Cloud Service.A user can publish Content Fragments from the Assets console, but when opening the Content Fragment Editor, the Publish button is not visible.The user currently has: jcr:all on /content/site jcr:all on /content/dam/site Membership in groups such as Authors, Contributors, and AEM Sites Content Managers (author). The user can edit and save the fragment without issues.Is there any additional permission or group required for the Publish button to appear in the Content Fragment Editor (for example jcr:replicate or workflow permissions)?Thank you for your help.

In the past few months I noticed more maintenance updates for AEM Experience Cloud. What I also noticed and I see as a problem is that more and more maintenance updates are not being scheduled and appear out of nowhere. Example is of the maintenance release from today.  Why is this problem?When the maintenance release happens, we noticed issues with deployment pipelines. Deployment either fails compeletly after running for over 1h30 mins, or gets stuck for over an hour This is becoming serious problem for us because if we have important release to be done, this impacts our release capabilities.  I see here two issuesScheduling Maintenance release mid day More serious one, which is maintenance release mid day, out of nowhereI want to understand why this is becoming standard? Are there any plans to improve release process from Adobe side?

Hi everyone,Hoping someone can help me out here. I’ve been tasked to figure out how to create a multi-stage proofing workflow but if an approver in stage 1 rejects the proof, stage 2 and any subsequent stages will not be activated. I’ve tested this and it does not seem to work. In my stage 2, I’ve made sure to select “All decisions are Approved or Approved with changes on parent stage” in order to activate Stage 2. I had one approver reject and one approver approve in stage 1 and stage 2 was still activated. I had also tested using “All decisions are Approved on parent stage” to see if that would work but it did not. Stage 2 was still activated even when 1 approver rejects…. Any tips on what went wrong or how this should be set up differently? Any insights would be appreciated!Thanks!

We deal with students coming into our chat and like to “prank” us. Is there a way to block them from chatting back in besides taking them as a oneoff and adding them to a smart list. Also is there a way to upload canned responses that our agents can quickly select when they are in a conversation?

Hi! I created a query audience in an effort to test out the EXCEPT logical operator. I never have issues with adding or changing the AND or OR operators. However, when I add the EXCEPT, I can’t seem to figure out how to undo it and change it to a different operator again. Would love if someone could share how to switch it back, if at all possible. I am trying to create a dashboard for a director who wants to see not only the info of those she manages, but also the ones below her. For example:Director manages A and B. A manages person 1 and person 2. B manages person 3 and person 4.The director wants to see info about A, B, as well as person 1, 2, 3, and 4.Right now, I am only able to see those she manages directly, using the User > Manager ID = $$USER.ID.I would also like this report to be use-able with other directors down the line.Is there a way to show in reports (both reports and calendar reports) not only her direct manages, but those below?It might be a common need so if there’s a plethora of existing resources for this, please let me know!Thank you!

Anyone else notices that proportional column resizing is not working in the last day or too? Dragging the left hand column of a table used to resize all columns equally but this isn’t happing at the moment and now I’m having to resize each column separately. Is this a bug?

Is it possible to retain the original intra-project ID on a Request that has been routed to a Request queue?We have Requests that are intra-project Requests. These Requests route to a certain Request Queue. We want to find a way using a calculated field or use Fusion to determine the Project that this Request originated from. When we use a calculated field or use Fusion, the Project info for the Request is always showing the Request Queue that the Request has been routed to.Please advise.

I recently created a Recommendation activity, but the products are not appearing on the website. The activity qualifies, but the recommendation slot is not rendering any products.Has anyone else faced a similar issue while setting up recommendation activities?Also, are there any specific troubleshooting steps to identify why the recommendations are not showing? For example, checks related to criteria, entity attributes, mbox calls, catalog ingestion, or delivery calls.

The requirement was to build a segment of – “Investors who bounced from the website i.e., made no hits after the initial page view” preferably in last 90 days. And to verify this we know that Bounce rate is about 56% of the page view traffic. For this I went through two approaches –Approach A -  – Building a sequential audience where the first rule will determine Investors who have had a page view and then did not have any link click value/event. This sequence would happen in Last 90 days.   Approach B –  -  Building two audiences where 1st audience will be Investors who have had a page view event/value in last 90 days. -  2nd Audience will be Investors who have had a page view followed by having a link click event/value in last 90 days (Sequential Segment). -  3rd   Audience contains above two audiences
