Hi Adobe Community / Support Team,I am testing a use case in Adobe Journey Optimizer / AEP and need confirmation on whether this architecture is supported.Scenario:I have two journeys.Journey 2 is triggered by a unitary event. Once the event qualifies, Journey 2 sends an email using an email action node. After Journey 2 sends the email, I can see send/bounce/message feedback events written into the AJO Message Feedback Experience Event dataset. This dataset is enabled for Profile.I created Journey 3 with a unitary event trigger. The intention is for Journey 3 to listen for new message feedback records written after Journey 2 sends the email, filtered by Journey 2’s journeyVersionID. Once Journey 3 is triggered, it uses a custom action to send the latest message feedback data to an external system for immediate feedback of email. What I observed:1. Journey 2 is successfully triggered by the unitary event.2. Journey 2 successfully sends the email.3. Message feedback events are generated fo
Hi There,I am trying to set up a new automated drip nurture campaign and want to make sure I’m leveraging best practices for a completely hands-off, "always-on" setup. Here is the scenario: The Audience: Leads created > 90 days ago AND who have not reached MQL status in the past 61 days. The Cadence: Weekly emails (4 emails total in the drip). The Goal: Fully automated. As soon as a lead meets the criteria, they should automatically enter the nurture stream and start receiving the weekly emails without any manual list pulls. I have used a mix of triggers and filters to capture both historical leads and newly qualifying leads: Trigger 1: Data Value Changes -> Attribute: MQL Date Constraint: New Value is empty Trigger 2: Data Value Changes -> Attribute: MQL Date Constraint: New Value is in past before -61 days Trigger 3: Lead is Created Constraint: In past before 90 days Filter 1: Created Date -> In Past: 90 days ago. (Since I don't see a constraint to us
Hi, I am trying to learn more about AEM Assets Power users. How should we define and manage AEM Assets Power User roles, permissions, and enablement (bulk edits, custom workflows, rendition controls) to maximize productivity while preventing governance drift, security risks, and performance bottlenecks?Do we mandatorily require this license seats since most of day to day operation is covered in basic user license?
Is there any way or place I could find the account manager assigned to my organization?
Is there any doc regarding the meaning of bot_clicks and bot_opens in reports? What are those? Thanks.

Is it best practice to use an attribution as a time decay between dimension (page view) and metric (call)?
It is just me or do the log files seem to be even slower to process and post? I am looking at a history screen with 9 runs that have yet to process the history - all of them are at least 15 mins old. Makes it hard to diagnosis issues... just sayin
I like the Question asked by @Viktor Lazar here The 2026 question is "what is the content supply chain that produces the experiences, and where does the component library fit inside it?" If New Age AI Architecture looks like this (taken reference from https://www.trainyfi.ai/post/aem-is-no-longer-the-brain-ai-is) AI Agent Layer ↓Calls into:- AEM (content)- AEP (data)- Target/Journeys (activation) ↓Continuous optimization loopI have a few key questions from an AEM developer’s perspective:How should AEM components be designed within this new AI-driven ecosystem? What should AEM developers specifically focus on when building solutions in this model? Where is the “working model” in practice, given that it no longer resides solely within AEM? How will this shift toward AI-driven orchestration shape the future role of AEM and its component architecture?Given that the “working model” is now distributed across AI agents, AEP, AEM, and activation layers, how do we practically design and al
I have a requirement on designing Aem content fragment models & graphql endpoint for a mega menu. Where the menu items stored in content fragments currently. I am facing challenge with deeply nested fragment structure( Around 4-5 levels). I want to avoid this nested structure and the requirement is to use the content fragments. Using json objects is also not suggestable because of business authoring.Suggest the best way to solve this any new way of using CF.

Does AJO generate some dataset which contains all the details regarding what type of:content peronsonalization / syntax which specific fragments Were sent to customer?
There used to be an interface within Marketo that allowed the deactivation of multiple trigger campaigns at once. This was a great time saver and would be very useful to reimplement. It is painful and severely time-consuming to have to manually go to each folder within each program to deactivate trigger campaigns.
Please ping me at John@syncpointdigital.com if you are interested in learning more.
Please update UI so that when smart campaigns (and possible other items) are deleted, the UI doesn't scroll to the top of the instance. This is highly irritating and wastes time for end users who have to scroll back down to the folder they were working in.
Description - Currently if a user sorts the task list by something other than task number, the tools for indenting/outdenting and adding tasks above/below the line become inaccessible. Instead of making them inaccessible, show those tools and pop up error messages telling the user the task list needs to be sorted by task number to use this feature and give them a button to immediately resort their task list by task number to proceed. Why is this feature important to you - Users are constantly sorting their list by another column, not realizing this, and then getting extremely frustrated when they cannot find the indent/outdent and add task above/below tools. I have users run into this issue pretty consistently. How would you like the feature to work - It would be a more user friendly approach to instead show the user the tools and tell them that they can't use them without re-sorting their task list by task number. It would be even better if you could also give th
Users need the ability to do fuzzy lookups in Marketo Design Studio so that we don’t waste time and resources within the platform recreating and uploading duplicate images and files. This feature was removed a while back without consulting users on whether they needed the ability to do this.
I regularly check the CJA release notes for updates and fixes using the link provided. However, I am trying to locate the descriptions and details for the ticket numbers listed in the ‘Fixes for Customer Journey Analytics’ section. In the past, I have opened several support tickets, but my tickets begin with ‘E-’, while the ones in the fixes section start with ‘AN-’. Can you help me understand where to find the information for these 'AN-' tickets?https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/analytics-platform/using/releases/latest#fixes-in-customer-journey-analytics
Hi there!I have a feeling some update happened to report builder in May?Today I tried to perform one of my monthly operations, and noticed that Report Builder wiped out Excel tables instance. Long story short: I pull the data with Report Builder and do some Power Query processing on the next stage. For Power Query to work the easiest way is to refer to table instance, named ranges. Today after the update Power Query broke and I noticed flat data instead of table instance is there. I tried to find corresponding feature in documentation or in setup and failed. Wondering if I can here get some feedback from Dev team why? Anyone except of me is affected by that? For the reference. Before Now
I am using Adobe Analytics Reporting API, where I have a custom dimension 'Page Name' and 'UserID'. 'Page views' and 'Unique Visitor' are the metrics that we want. Using the API we want a breakdown of every Page Name with the User ID - page views and unique visitors metrics. However, we are unable to get the desired response. Could someone help on this? Thanks.
I’m looking to learn from others who may have a similar setup or have solved a comparable challenge.Currently, our video workflow runs through Workfront, where metadata is captured and then pushed into AEM. However, the actual video files themselves are stored externally in Brightcove rather than in AEM.We’re exploring ways to improve the end-user experience in Content Hub by:Displaying video metadata coming from AEM Including a video thumbnail for visual context Providing a direct external link (stored in Workfront/AEM) so users can easily access the video in BrightcoveQuestion for the community:Have you implemented a similar approach where metadata lives in AEM (or another CMS), but the actual asset is hosted in a different platform? If so:How did you structure the integration? How are you surfacing the asset in your content hub or discovery layer? Any lessons learned or best practices you’d recommend?Appreciate any insights or examples you can share!
Hello, I’m a relatively new user and am trying to understand Marketing Channel Classification. For example, I have a table where I am pulling in Marketing Channels broken down by Marketing Channel Detail and Page Query String for Marketing Channel Instances.Looking for help understanding why campaign 710421 with the same Page Query String is being classified under Paid Social and Other Campaign. Our marketing channel is set to expire in 90 days, Paid Social and Other Campaign are set to Override the Last Touch Channel.Does the table below point to an issue in our Marketing Channel Processing rules?Appreciate any advice in understanding the table below. Marketing Channel Processing rules for Paid Social and Other Campaign:
We're delivering Content Fragments headlessly via the AEM as a Cloud Service GraphQL API for a multi-market site. We already use `_locale` to fetch the right language version of our fragments, and it works great OOTB. What I'm trying to figure out: Is there an equivalent OOTB system parameter for country or market the way `_locale` exists for language? Something like a _country OR / _market argument I could pass into the query? Our content structure looks like “/content/dam/<brand>/us/en/...”, “/content/dam/<brand>/uk/en/...”, etc. I know I could filter on `_path` with `STARTS_WITH`, but for this use case we'd prefer not to rely on path-based filtering.Question:1. Does AEM GraphQL expose any OOTB country/market parameter, or is “ _locale” the only geo-related system parameter?2. If there's nothing OOTB, what's the recommended way to model market so it filters cleanly in GraphQL?
One of the few concerns I have had with Workfront is that, for larger projects, there is nothing that I see that relates to a project charter that should be created in the Initation process group or the project management plans that are major parts of the Planning process group. The intake and custom form has been helpful for projects that require less detail or planning, but not for the major initiatives. For those projects I try to keep to PMI (Project Management Institute) standards. Are you able to develop or account for those needs within Workfront? Also, if you don't have a PMP professional or PMI professional consultant, I would recommend that you have one be heavily involved/ consulted in Workfront development.
