We migrated our mobile application to use a different sandbox. In this process, we set up the data stream, tags, etc., in the same way as the previous sandbox. However, we are now getting an error when requesting content via the AEP Optimize - Decisioning SDK that we did not receive before. The error is: Decisioning Service error, type: https://ns.adobe.com/aep/errors/ODE-0001-404, status: 404, title: Not Found, detail: The Decisioning Package was not found., report: [:]" I'm not sure if anyone has encountered this before, but everything starts working fine again if we move back to the original sandbox.

I have two rules for page views. Once is the default Page view, and the other is the custom page view. I configured the page path evar with a value from the data Layer in the XDM object for both page views. However, the evar was not rendered in the network call or the debugger. For default page views I didn't get the value for the evar, and for the custom page views, the value was getting. I will attach the Rule approach for the default page views below. In this you can see the empty value for the evars 1. Here, PageView-test is a default page view, and PageView{AA} is a custom page view.2. This is the XDM object for the default page view. Here I gave the evar for the Path and web page details for the default page view.3. Rule for the default page view, can anyone, please help me to set the evar for this.
Hi Adobe Community, I got an error while building an audience saying that "this column exceeds allowed complexity. Please simplify or remove" (see below). Has anyone else experienced this and if so, any ideas on how to fix this? The data that I am using is event data. Would I be able to get around this if I converted it into attribute data. Looking to create a custom dashboard in AEP RTCDP which should contain what audiences were sent to which destination, when it was sent, audience size and the variables/fields that were sent to each destination - ( this includes user defined fields as well). Kindly suggest a good approach

Hi, I'm seeing something a little odd on the profiles in AEP. We are using AJO and sending emails. in the customer profile, under events, i can see all the message interactions like message open. but dont see the email sends (i would imagine its direct marketing email sent). In fact i dont see the 'direct marketing email opened' event either (as i would expect from an AJO send, which also makes building audiences tricky as those events when used, return zero). and why under message event type. I've set the channels up as marketing emails, so would expect to see all email interactions any ideas?
Just as the title says. I know that currently many of the batch sources allow you to use encryption keys that can be generated in Experience Platform, however, I haven't seen anything about streaming sources, particularly the HTTP API source. Is it possible?
Hi, We are planning to delete users/profiles from the AEP sandbox that have not been active for a year to remain under the licensing quota. There seem to be two ways we can delete them: 1. Datahygiene tool and 2. Delete APIs.Can we also use QS PSQL to delete profiles too? Also, I have a few questions.Does the API have a daily limit on data deletion? How is it different from other purge activities like data hygiene/PSQL?How does the delete happen? Does it only delete profile datasets, or does it also delete related records from the engagement datasets?What are your recommendations on setting up such a purge process for profiles/contact history in AEP? Hello Experts, I'm trying to create a dataset which has details like person_id, its qualification time in the audience, status and audience_name, audience_ID and audience origin.In segment_ingestion_dataset deatset I'm able to see audience's origin as (AO, AEP segment etc) which I want to ingest in a new dataset. In ACS, we used to Have Insert or Update for creating records inside schema but not sure while schema what consideration i can take so that they are part of profile enabled schema plus i do have an option for inserting all records and fetching that inside audience. I tried to create a new user group for the intention of having non-admins use package manager. As an admin login, access works fine, but I do not want to grant serval users admin level access when they just need to have the ability to create and replicate packages.The group is given access to:/lib/libs/cq/core/content/nav/tools/deployment/libs/cq/core/content/nav/tools/deployment/packages/etc/etc/packages /etc/packages/my_packagesBut they cannot access Deployment > Packages. No matter what I change, they get a 404 error "requested URL /crx/packmgr was not found." What am I missing to enable users access to package manager?

After removing one debug token from an email, subsequent script tokens stop evaluating and fall back to their default values. Re-adding the debug token “fixes” the issue, but I don’t fully understand why. ContextI’m working on an auto-renewal email that pulls fields from a related Opportunity with Velocity in a few tokens (Pre-AR notification date, plus 30-/90-day offsets).I had a temporary “debug” Velocity token in the template that printed out all calculated dates and metadata. Description - Today, when the Experience Platform Debugger is used by a logged-in user, the component name is pulled right into the debug output, which is great: However, this could be enhanced by a lot by pulling in more details. Some things I would love to see there: The component description Expiration/Persistence settings for eVars List settings for eVars and Props Event settings Existing Classifications This would help to make the debugging experience much easier for less-technical business users. Maybe others have some more ideas? 😊
