Hi there, We have a requirement to trigger scenario whenever Task PlannedCompletiondate or Priority fields are changed or if a task is deleted from a project. I'm checking Watch Field module but don't see any options to add filters to pick up tasks from a specific project ID or watch for multiple fields. Is this the right module to use to pick Tasks based on field updates? Also how to trigger a workflow if a task is deleted ? ( requirement is we sent out a outlook event whenever a task is created. So if Task is deleted, we want to delete that outlook event). Thanks.

Description - Within Monitoring > Dashboard > Profiles > Any failed dataflow ingestion to Unified Profile Store > "Error Summary" Why is this feature important to you - Troubleshooting Ingestion failures to UPS as a developer, since many times the error is based on data quality checks. How would you like the feature to work - A slightly more helpful error code can be found with the catalog API at the batches/ GET endpoint under the "errors" object array, and the payload also displays the corresponding batch ID when that error occurred. So instead of current behavior, displaying the error from the error array. Current Behaviour - Currently, batch ingestion failures to the UPS displays"UPINGT-007002-500: There was an error, the profile batch ingest job failed. Please contact UPS support" for most ingestion errors. This error summary is too generic for Developers to take action on before contacting Adobe support.
I was trying out for QR Code Generator on one of the AEM page. So, I enabled the QR Code Generator in AEM tools. But on authoring and publishing the particular page, I couldn't find the QR code icon. How should I proceed on this? Thanks!
I rely heavily on the folders in Adobe Analytics but have been running into several issues lately. About a week ago, I noticed that I could no longer sort my folders by ascending or descending order. We reported this to Adobe and they were able to reproduce the issue, but now it has gone to their engineering team to address the issue. When I create a project, I save that project into the appropriate folder, but today I am getting error messages "Failed to save (with the project name)". However, the project does actually get saved, but it is saved to my Projects. When I try to move it to the correct folder, I am getting another error message stating "folderId is required". I have tried different browsers, clearing my cache etc., but I still am not able to move my projects to the correct folders. We will be opening another case with Adobe, but I was curious if anyone else was having issues?
I see same email address (but difference due to case sensitive) is marked as identities twice in the identity graph. is identities in the email namespace is case sensitive?
What happens if we ingest dataset into CJA which is not enabled for profile. Create segment in CJA and publish to AEP.Once audience is available in AEP, would that really reflect under profiel snapshot ?how would that go into profile store if it was not even set a profile enabled dataset ?

Description -When using external lookup fields in Workfront (e.g., dropdowns that fetch values from external systems via webhook), there's currently no way to know which Workfront object or record the user is editing or interacting with when the webhook call is triggered. This limitation hinders the ability to tailor results or logic based on the specific context of the Workfront record, such as a project, task, or custom form. Why is this feature important to you - As an integration architect working extensively with Workfront Fusion and other middleware platforms, we frequently design experiences where dynamic dropdowns should return context-aware results. For example, showing different vendor lists, funding sources, or templates based on the portfolio, project type, or requestor. Without knowing which Workfront record the user is interacting with, we are forced to build complex workarounds, cache lookups, or create duplicative forms, all of which introduce fragility and increase
Hi, I need to build a 30-day IP warming campaign divided into 6 phases. I can't use the OOTB AJO feature because some profiles may be contacted more than once. For example, someone who received a communication on day 3 might also receive one on day 17, which isn’t possible with the new IP warming feature. What would you recommend for handling this? Should I create one campaign per day or one journey per day (meaning one campaign/journey for each day)? I'd really appreciate your best practice recommendations on this. Thanks a lot!
Hi everyone, Does anyone know how long it typically takes for the Stage and Prod environments to update their AEM release version after the Dev environment is manually updated? Also, once the version is updated in AEM Cloud, what are the correct next steps we should follow? Thanks in advance!
Hello! I am trying to create a Report Builder request and I am experiencing some issues when trying to sign in into my Adobe Analytics account. I get this error that I don't have access to this service. A month ago I was able to sign in and to create request in Report Builder, but now, for some reason I can't. I have tried with another account (my colleague account) and it is the same situation, even though he can sign in into his account from his laptop. So why from one laptop I can't sign in anymore, but on another laptop everything works just fine. Does anybody encounter this issue and how to solve this?
Hi there,i m new to Target and i know that for tracking revenue revenue and order information on the target-global-mbox, “mbox parameters” must be sent to Target. For the orderConfirmPage, you should pass in orderTotal, orderId, and productPurchasedId.These parameters must be sent to the target-global-mbox via targetPageParams().2 questions:is there an example of javascript of how this is done? i guess this is done via a TMS (Launch)do i have to use the target-global-mbox or can i create another mbox?
Hi Team, We are working on creating an audience that qualifies profiles based on the Edge Merge Policy where the ECID and attributes of the profile will be added to "Hub" option, that converts into "Edge" which takes around 10 to 15mins for the attribute to get added into Edge segment. We have observed that not all profiles are getting converted into Edge even after 4 to 5 hours. Have anyone experienced similar issue and any isights can greatly help us moving forward. Thanks in advance! Kind regards,Kiran Buthpur
The Increasing Demand for Content in 2025As increasing content demands and AI acceleration force a new pace for organizations, many with outdated content supply chains struggle with hurdles and bottlenecks. According to Adobe's 2025 AI and Digital Trends Report, compared to 2024, marketers face escalating accountability as there is a greater demand to deliver more content in 2025. The survey finds that 43% of marketers anticipate an increasing need to amplify content output while ensuring the content personalized and pertinent to customers.1 Leveraging advanced tools to automate a content supply chain is becoming key, especially as GenAI begins to permeate across all industries. However, the integration of GenAI into content supply chains has moved more slowly than anticipated. According to IBM, only 50% of organizations had accomplished their anticipated AI adoption into content supply chains by the end of 2024.2Serving as the heart of high-velocity content supply chains is
Description:Introduce a "Pause" functionality for journeys, allowing temporary halts without permanently stopping them. This would help address short-term issues while preserving the integrity of the journey data. Why is this feature important to you:A "Pause" feature provides flexibility in managing journeys by enabling quick fixes without disrupting the entire process. It ensures that IDs remain consistent and avoids mixing or fragmenting reports, which is essential for accurate performance analysis. How would you like the feature to work:The system should include a "Pause" button alongside the existing "Run," "Stop," and "Close" options. When paused, the journey should retain its current state and resume seamlessly once issues are resolved, with all IDs and reporting data remaining intact. Current Behaviour:Currently, the only available options are to run, close, or stop a journey. Stopping a journey disrupts continuity, alters IDs, and complicates reporting, making i
In our AEM React SPA project, we're facing an issue where the dialog fields are not appearing in the model.json when fetching data for a container component. Despite the dialog being configured properly, the model doesn't expose the fields as expected. model.json "container": { "columnClassNames": { "promobanner": "aem-GridColumn aem-GridColumn--default--12" }, "gridClassNames": "aem-Grid aem-Grid--12 aem-Grid--default--12", "columnCount": 12, "allowedComponents": { "components": [], "applicable": false }, ":items": { "promobanner": { "fileReference": "/content/dam/mysiteLogo.jpeg", "altText": "mysite", "title": "Mysite", "subtitle": "test", "description": "test", "buttonLink": "#", "buttonLabel"

Description - Projected Date fields on projects and tasks dynamically update as progress is made (or not made) which is great, especially when using workload balancer. However, Projected Dates on issues do not work the same way. It is possible to have projected dates on issues that are in the past, causing them to "disappear" from the current view in the workload balancer. Why is this feature important to you - This makes measuring true workload extremely difficult. Instead, we have to manually change the planned dates, which causes us to lose the original data, making it impossible to measure true turnaround rates. How would you like the feature to work - The projected dates on issues should work just like they do on tasks.Current Behaviour - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/manage-work/projects/plan-a-project/project-projected-completion-date#:~:text=Issues%3A%20The,the%20Commit%20Date
Certain users are not showing up as an option to tag in WF updates. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
Hi, This might seem like a straightforward issue, but I haven’t been able to resolve it. A user is unable to see the proof comment in the Documents area. The comment is visible once they click into the proof itself, but it doesn’t appear in the main Workfront UI. Do you know what might be causing this?
Hello All, We have a few streaming audiences setup with Default merge policies and the data is streamed into AEP. We came across this note this adobe doc and this post. My understanding is that, if we are streaming the data then the default merge policy would work. But I'm confused because of these two statements here - Note from Adobe documentation - In order to use streaming segmentation, you must use a merge policy that is “Active on Edge”. Note from the community response - When it comes to defining segments, you can choose which merge policy is used by the segment definition. The segment builder defaults to whichever merge policy is selected as your default merge policy. If you had multiple merge policies defined, you could change the one used by the segment by selecting the gear icon and then using the dropdown. An important thing to keep in mind with merge policies is that only one merge policy can be sele
We are looking to set up our AJO/AEP sandbox such that members who unsubscribe using our link in the email itself. However, we also want to make sure we can configure the email such that members who unsubscribe using the integrated Unsub feature in their ESP (gmail, outlook, etc) also unsubscribe from further communications from us. Any documentations on this, or info on how we could get this done?
Hi all,I've run into issues with mapping inside the data prep tool, specifically within productListItems. The solution would need to be able to iterate through an array.I am experiencing a dataset error where the Quantity is coming back as a string and not a number. I updated the code in my launch script so it would stop happening but am still getting this error about once a day. I tried using the following code within Data Prep Tool using a calculated field but it is still not working. My target field would productListItems[*].quantity but I cannot use that notation inside a calculated field because it does not accept [*].Mapping Triedto_integer(quantity). to_integer(productListItems.quantity)Error message in datasets: #/productListItems/0/quantity: expected type: Number, found: String.Sample Array:[{"sku": "HGYU_89","name": "Wireless Mouse","pricetotal": 29.99,"quantity": 2},{"sku": "ABC_01","name": "Mechanical Keyboard","pricetotal": 89.95,"quantity": 1},{"sku": "XYZ_02","
