Hi All, I'm trying to change the issue share permission to only view for all users including inherited permission but I'm getting error But getting The operation failed with an error. [422] unrecognized URI format: too many parts errorBut getting  Any Idea ? Thanks in Advance.   

I want to know the feasibility of setting up a client account with limited view access to only projects that they are on. This is something that is new to me and I have not worked with setting up accounts before. Is this something that is possible or would it be better to setup an external app with the information?

Is there any update on when Calendars can be added to Canvas Dashboards?I assumed we needed to wait for the new UI, though with that released is there an updated date? Similarly, are their plans to bring Planning views, like Timelines and Calendars, into Canvas Dashboards relatively soon?

I took over a Workfront instance and have. had quite a few of our users who have raised issues regarding their proofing permission where they can no longer update and manage other users proofs - which they have done up until now. This is resolved by updating their permission form Standard  to Supervisor. Did something change recently with these permissions that I'm unaware of?

Hello, I have noticed that proof copying should be possible in Workfront Proof. But I am unable to find the Copy -button. I checked with documentation, but cannot find a Copy -option. We use Workfront as an asset approval platform. The Large Thumbnail column we have included in our report for reviewing assets does not always display the file. Is this feature limited to file type or file size?Thanks! Niall

Hello Workfront Community, I need to create a report to find projects that do not have a specific SharePoint folder in the Documents section.How can I do this?

Is there a way to carry over unresolved proof comments into new proof versions in Workfront Proof?  This would be extremely helpful to keep track of edits needed when we are ready to review some of the changes, but some longer term resolutions are still outstanding. Thanks

We have a request form that includes a field dropdown that lists all active programs. is it possible to have the dropdown selection from the request form then autopopulate the Project association's program? 

We have been experiencing issues opening Workfront Proofs directly from a Workfront Proof Email on our iphones.  I did delete the "Proof App" in case that was the issue, but it still does not work for me on Safari.  I can open the proof through the Workfront app but that is very inefficient, especially for upper management, to have to go in and search through projects to find proofs.  We should be able to open it through an email link directly.  Please advise.  Thanks.

I need to use 3 Sorting columns in Adobe workfront report in text mode but i'm able to sort only one column in text mode rest two columns are not allowing me to sort in text mode only sorting in Standard mode is it possible to sort them in text mode all three sorting? Its showing Error "Unable to edit the column text mode data in the view builder"

Workfront Community,We're building a new project template that needs task #25 to start 10 days after task #24 ends. Task #24 is the predecessor to task #25, but the kicker is the project manager would only like task #25 to appear in the My Task widget once the ten days are up. I've tried a few variations of task constraints and filters on the My Tasks widget, but the task is still appearing in the widget. Any suggestions?

Hi,Is there a way to create a story in a team, let's say Team 1 (designers) and Team 2 (copy-writers), and then having that same story shown in another team, let's say Team 3 (managers), so that the managers from Team 3, can see the opportunities for cross-team optimizations?I hope this made sense, else let me know, and I'll try to re-phraze it to the best of my abilities.

Hi all, Has anyone else had trouble lately with users suddenly not being able to log time to projects (via either the updates OR the hours tabs, as if their permissions have changed)? We had several users suddenly lose their ability to do this starting this week. Nothing has changed with our settings. These users were previously logging time to a project last week just fine, then this week they're not able to log to that same project. These users need to be able to log time to the project and NOT a task to ensure we're tracking things a certain way and not skewing what is logged against our tasks specifically.  No group settings, team settings, project settings have changed. We have it turned on to log time to projects. These are users with work OR plan licenses, ensuring the contributors have it checked to log time. We have cleared cookies/cache, ensured browsers are up-to-date, everything I could think of. I have a ticket with Support, but it is taking a while and

Hello! Need a report that shows a proof name, the approvers on each stage, and the time it took for them to approve the proof.  I've tried writing a couple of different document version reports, but I can't seem to find a way to capture the time it took to approve.  Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hello,I need hepl to figure out what is happening ,  I have 2  users,  the first one can create task from request and add to specific project without problem. But the second one can't do it, both has the same access level and permission because the second is a copy from the firstone.   i tried to figured out  possible trouble  but i didnt get any possible solucion. Als0o im tried to use this  opcion (You do not have access to add tasks to this project. Please select a different project or request access. )But when I try to use  the opcion request access to admin  theres a mesage error An error has occurred and we are trying to resolve the issue. Hi all!I have a task report which pulls parent tasks with a certain name. I’ve been retrieving data from Workfront using both API key and Basic Auth. It works fine when I run the script locally, but when I run it inside an AWS Glue job, I get a JSONDecodeError. On checking the response, it’s actually HTML with the message "Invalid access token" — even though the credentials are correct. Has anyone faced this before? Could this be related to Glue’s environment, authentication method, or network configuration? Any guidance would be appreciated.

I have several workers that are in two different resource pools. How do I allocate their total weekly available time between the two different pools so they are not double-loaded with work? Example: Angie has a total of 22.4 available hours a week for project work.  She is in two different resource pools and both pools shows this 22.4 available hours.  I want to split that 22.4 available hours to show 11.2 hours for one and 11.2 hours for the other.
