I am frequently getting the below warnings in my error log whenever I access any page. Anyone know how to fix this. I am using AEM 6.5 and using editable templates for pages.*WARN* [40.77.167.42 [1787899933431] GET org.apache.sling.caconfig.resource.impl.def.DefaultConfigurationResourceResolvingStrategy Ignoring reference to /conf/ahn/settings from /conf/sites/settings - Probably misconfigured as it ends with '/settings'
Two of our GTW integrations are showing errors: The standard procedure of double clicking that line, hitting “Log Into GoToWebinar” just redirects to a Marketo login page. Even if we are logged in that GTW account. Anyone seeing that too and knowing a trick? Did something change on the GTW side?Thanks!Michael
Hi Community,We're working on a use case where we need to surface ExperienceEvent-derived values at the profile level so they can be activated to a destination specifically Adobe Campaign Classic for email personalization.Can we use Computed Attributes to aggregate ExperienceEvent data (e.g. last purchase date, total orders in last 90 days, last product viewed) onto the profile, and then have those values flow through standard Audience Activation to ACC as regular profile fields?Specifically looking to validate:Whether Computed Attributes are fully supported in the ACC destination activation flow Whether the aggregated values appear as mappable fields during the audience-to-destination mapping step Whether there are any limitations or gotchas with Computed Attributes in this context (e.g. lookback window limits, supported aggregation functions, refresh latency)Our current stack:AEP (Real-Time CDP) Adobe Campaign Classic as destination Azure Data Lake Storage as intermediaryAny guidanc

I have enabled integration between d365 crm and marketo engage - but the inbound sync is working between d365 and marketo.The outbound flow to D365 seems to be just queued in the pending list - and not syncing back to d365 - what could be the issue
Hello everyone, Good Morning. I have worked on Adobe reporting API previously and currently exploring the CJA API to extract data from Adobe workspaces I have created a project in console and adding CJA API to it and was able to establish a connection and can see data views via the /data/dataviews end point. However the subsequent calls via /data/dataviews/{dataview_id}/dimensions end point are failing with API error 403027 . The solution mentioned is to add AEP API into the project. Can some one explain me the dependency of AEP API for the same. Thanks in advance
I’m trying to create display logic for a field based on the value of a single-select internal lookup field. Does anyone know the validation code I should use? I’ve tried all of these and nothing is working:IF({DE:Lookup field}=”value1”, true)IF({DE:Lookup field}.{name}=”value1”, true)IF(CONTAINS(“value1”,{DE:Lookup field}), true)IF(CONTAINS(“value1”,{DE:Lookup field}.{name}), true) Thanks!
Hi AJO Community,I'm trying to confirm the exact behaviour of channel-level frequency capping within a multi-step journey, specifically when the Global Rule Set is involved. I'd appreciate any official confirmation or real-world validation of what I've outlined below.Our Setup:We have a Global Rule Set (channel domain) with two active email rules:Daily Email Limit: 1 email per dayWeekly Email Limit: 3 emails per weekOur journey is a Read Segment (batch) with the following structure:Email 1 → 10-Day Wait → Email 2My Understanding of the Behaviour:When a profile enters the journey and hits the daily or weekly cap at Email 1, the message is skipped but the profile continues moving through the journey canvas — it is not ejected. The exclusion is recorded at the message delivery level with reason code ExcludedForControlRules (050002).After the 10-day wait, both the daily and weekly caps will have fully reset (daily resets at midnight UTC, weekly resets Saturday at 23:59:59 UTC). So assuming
Most AEM migration guides talk about infrastructure and pipelines. Fewer talk about what actually breaks at the component level when you move AEM Sites code to Cloud Service. Here's a practical checklist based on real migration work.1. Audit every OSGi Console dependency in your componentsIf any component logic reads config directly from /system/console/configMgr assumptions, or your devs used the OSGi console to hot-patch configs in prod, that workflow is gone. Cloud Service requires all OSGi configs to be defined as .cfg.json files in your repo and deployed through the pipeline. Grep your codebase for any code that assumes runtime-editable config it needs to move to proper config nodes per run mode (dev, stage, prod).2. Replace JCR_SQL2 and XPath queries with indexed, cloud-safe queriesCloud Service's Oak indexing is stricter about unindexed traversal queries anything that ran fine on-prem with a small index footprint can silently time out or get throttled in the cloud. Run the Oak I
We are looking to create a report that pulls tasks into columns. The task column also needs to be a clickable/interactable link. Lets says I have a task called “Banana Slamma” and I want that task to be pulled in, with a link that takes you to that task page. Is this possible via textmode?
We have a number of Guest profiles in Workfront Proofing (not the standalone proofing product, we have proofing inside of Workfront) that we need to convert into users. We are needing to do this so that we can update their time zones and date/time display preferences in Proofing so they reflect correctly on their notifications. There are instructions for how to do this in the standalone proof product but not for proofing within Workfront. I am assuming that we can add them to Workfront and that will update their Proofing profiles from Guest to User however, we do not want to do this because these users do not need WF access and providing it would just cause confusion.
I am seeking feedback on the Proof desktop app, in particular the volume of comments provided by reviewers.We have proofs that can range from 200-300 comments and would like to know if anyone has run into a capacity or tooling lag with the volume of screenshots attached in the proof.
I keep getting this error "This request was NOT successful because your browser stopped this request (net::ERR_ABORTED)" on a link click.The network call shows 'cancelled'. Same happens for any floodlight pixel implemented on these links. Does anyone know a solution to this? We have a campaign going live soon and need this urgently fixed.
@ParthaSarathy ,kindly help with below requirement in adobe campaign,The campaign needs to be executed twice a month (during the 1st and 3rd weeks) using one email template, and twice a month (during the 2nd and 4th weeks) using a different email template. Additionally, one template should be executed once every month during the 2nd week.
Hi Team,We have a AJO journey where we are fetching some data like TEXT and HTML using a API call in a custom action and then using the variable fields like: {{{offerEmail.body.text}}} and {{{offerEmail.body.html}}} to populate the details in the HTML email.Its working fine if i use {{{offerEmail.body.html}}} but breaks if i use {{{offerEmail.body.text}}} like: Hi Customer/n/nHere is your test email/n/nClick Here.Hence i used HTML as its populates the partagraphs and the email looks good. Now the issue is that the API contains few API specific personalisations as well like: {{profile.person.name.firstName}}, {{profile.person.name.lastName}} and many more and while populating the content inside of the email body in AJO it does not open up to show the respective value but just shows the personalisation fields including the handle bar like: Hi {{profile.person.name.firstName}}Here is your test emailClick Here. Is there a way to get the values populate the values from the profile instead o

Hi Community,I implemented predictive content in html template (not in editor with this code, in test all seems correct columns are displayed) <!-- COLUMN 1 --><div class="pred-col" style="display:inline-block;width:100%;max-width:300px;vertical-align:top;"><table role="presentation" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%" style="border-collapse:collapse;mso-table-lspace:0pt;mso-table-rspace:0pt;"><tr><td align="center" valign="top" bgcolor="#F3F0EC" style="padding:0 8px 20px 8px;background-color:#F3F0EC;"><div class="mktoImg" mktoname="Recommended 1" id="predictive-1" mktolockimgsize="true" mktolockimgstyle="false"><a href="{{predictive.content:default=layout-6;position-1735365;categories-4761,4763}}" target="_blank" style="text-decoration:none;"><img src="{{predictive.image:default=layout-6;position-1735365;categories-4761,4763}}" data-mkto-predictive-preview-url="https://rtp-static.marketo.com/rtp/rcmd/layout/6/static_4.p
Hi there, Is it possible to use a combination of batch and streaming audiences in a single journey (noting - both use active on edge evaluation method). I have created a journey with the following:audience qualification based on a streaming audience using events Node checks if the member is part of a batch audience One hour wait Node checks if member is part of a streaming audience Email Five day wait Node checks if the member is part of a batch audience. Will this journey reliably work with the combination of streaming and batch audiences?
I noticed that capping is not counter properly in Offer Decisioning. Which schema is responsible for that:1. ajo_inbound_activity_event_dataset2. ODE DecisionEventsDoes the event that the offer is displyed and clicked in Mobile SDK is generated automatically or manually? In order for the capping to work I need to include of these two datasets include in Datastreams (that is what Adobe support advised). However these two schemas has different structure then that specific for Mobile SDK?
I’m trying to set up a user on the publish instance to use as the author replication/transport user. It looks like jcr:read, rep:write, jcr:versionManagement on say /content generally work well for replication. When a specific report is loaded as a part of the dashboard it has different sorting compared to when i access the report directly. In particular, when loaded from dashboard, sorting by priority, descending creates this order: urgent, normal, low, high.When i click on the report from the dashboard, and just the single report loads i get the expected order: urgent, high, normal, low.i have tried removing report from dashboard, then adding again, creating a copy of the report, multiple report edits…Not sure why the display on the dashboard view is different.Thanks for the help.
Dear Community,As a part of our DOI process, one of the triggers for ‘DOI Confirmation’ Smart campaign is ‘Email Click’ behaviour.Configured business flow is;customers fills a form on the website, receives a DOI confirmation Email, clicks the confirmation button, redirected to the Confirmation Landing Page, receives the target Email content based on the form fulfilment.In Marketo, either of the following triggers the execution of the DOI confirmation;Email Click () Fills out Form (on the DOI Confirmation LP) Web Page Visit (DOI Confirmation LP with PURL)This process works as expected for most of our customers, which means that Marketo can track and receive the Email Click behaviour. Whenever the required trigger is recorded, the corresponding smart campaign starts correctly, the DOI confirmation is documented, and the Marketing Suspended flag is removed. This process is up and running for about many years now. We have testedby deleting all the cookies in the test users’ browser and als
