Overview:Enhance the navigation experience within the Adobe Journey Optimizer canvas by introducing modern, intuitive controls aligned with industry-standard tools. The current navigation model requires users to independently manage vertical scrolling, horizontal scrolling, and zooming through separate UI controls. This creates friction when working with complex or large-scale journeys. This idea introduces:Omnidirectional canvas movement via middle mouse click + drag Scroll wheel-based zoom functionality A more fluid, continuous navigation experience Current challenge:The existing navigation approach has several usability limitations: Fragmented navigation controls Vertical movement: scroll wheel or scrollbar Horizontal movement: bottom scrollbar drag Zoom: separate UI buttons Linear movement only Users cannot move diagonally across the canvas Requires switching between horizontal and vertical controls High interaction cost Multiple clicks and manual dragging required Navigation
Fusion currently supports Google forms only. MS Forms would be a great addition.

Why is this feature important to you -My PMO manages projects for a Creative Studio Resource. At any given time there are more than 100 projects open. When we are looking at that teams Workload Balancer we can't tell easily which projects are running ahead or behind as there is no way to see the Priority. The Priority is a field in the Overview section on a Project under Basic Information that is an out of the box field. Today we utilize Flexible and Firm Deadline to know if the Creative Studio has more time or not for their task. They appear in green (Flexible) and red (Firm Deadline). How would you like the feature to work -If Priority was added as one of the Color Theme, then it would color code the projects on the Workload Balancer - green (Flexible) and red (Firm Deadline). Benefits - Team members can see which projects are most critical (green and red), fostering alignment and urgency. Color-coded priorities help visualize workload distribution and plan for capacity more effectiv
Description - Would like to be able to have a portal set up where vendors could upload assets into projects without giving them any access to Workfront. Why is this feature important to you - This would allow vendor partners the ability to supply assets without needing to be a native user of Workfront. This would also help with internal security to intake assets that are needed but not granting accounts to external partners. This would eliminate manual uploads from internal employees after receiving the assets from the vendors via email, vendor tools, etc.How would you like the feature to work - Potentially leverage existing request area but allow them to be external facing and password protected to allow vendors to submit assets and have them map to the appropriate projects without using Fusion. Current Behavior: This does not exist. Currently, trying to leverage SharePoint and OneDrive integrations but there have been issues in the past with vendor partners not being able to these too
We are exploring ways on how we can receive files from vendors without having them in Workfront as a user. Our use case is that we need to be able to receive upload files for projects but we do not want to have our vendor in the system as a user for security purposes. We are thinking of using the Sharepoint Integration and have the vendor upload through there and then connect to the projects as one possible solution but there have been issues with using SharePoint in the past with vendors. We are exploring Planning and are wondering if there could be a way to intake assets through a public form and then have an automation direct documents to the appropriate projects. Essentially using this form like a portal for vendors. Curious if anyone has done this before? Also, open to any ideas and recommendations for other solutions on how others are working to receive assets from vendors without giving Workfront access. Thank you!
I’ve been spam blocklisted, what do I do?! 🫣Nobody wants that dreaded email from Adobe telling you that you are in violation of your agreement with them because you have hit a spam blocklist. In case that this unfortunate thing does happen, or for anyone trying to prevent this from happening, below are some tips to help out. It is worth noting, most of the points about mitigation and spam blocker removal apply to a dedicated IP address, but you can still be a bad actor on a shared IP address which Adobe will contact you about. The best practices and troubleshooting tips apply to everyone! There are different ‘rules’ depending on which spam blocklist you hit. Spamhaus is the most common one that requires an action plan to solve the issue, as well as to submit a request to be de-listed which you can do via their checklist tool. You will also want to check with your Adobe team if they will do this part once you complete the Adobe form with your action plan. It’s best to search and learn m
Excited to co-host with @DavidBarnes11 an open AEP / AJO community discussion on March 24 at 11 AM EST.This will be a fully audience-driven session - the challenges, blockers, and ideas we explore will come directly from the people who show up and share their experiences. If you work with Adobe Experience Platform or Adobe Journey Optimizer, bring your toughest questions:• What’s blocking you?• What limits are you hitting?• What do you wish the platform could do better? The goal is simple: learn from each other and tap into the collective knowledge of the community.🔗 Learn more & RSVP:https://lnkd.in/eYfJ8XWC💬 If you want to influence the discussion, message @Asheesh_Pandey or @DavidBarnes11 with the AEP / AJO challenge that’s keeping you up at night. @NimashaJain @Sukrity_Wadhwa @Stephanie Dam
Currently in Adobe Analytics Analysis Workspace, combo charts provide limited flexibility when visualizing multiple metrics together. Users often need more control to better represent different types of data (e.g., trends vs. volumes) within a single visualization. We propose enhancing combo chart functionality to allow customizable combinations such as:2 line metrics + 1 bar metric 2 bar metrics + 1 line metric Ability to freely assign chart types (line or bar) to each metric independentlyUse Case:In many reporting scenarios, analysts want to:Show trend-based KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, CTR) as line charts Display volume-based metrics (e.g., visits, revenue) as bar chartsCurrently, the lack of flexibility limits effective storytelling and forces users to create separate visualizations or compromise on clarity.Proposed Enhancement:Enable per-metric chart type selection within combo charts Allow dynamic switching between line and bar for each metric Improve legend/UI controls to support
In this session, Joe and Deepthi introduced the AI Assistant Brand Kit in Marketo Engage, a feature designed to help users maintain brand consistency across their digital assets. Deepthi detailed how administrators can define and manage specific brand guidelines for text and visuals, ensuring that all AI-generated content—including a new feature that extracts information directly from URLs—aligns with company standards. Beyond content creation, the session highlighted a brand alignment tool that scores both AI and manual content for quality and compliance, followed by a Q&A segment covering permissions, workspace scoping, and the commercial usage of generated images.AI Generated timestamps:Introduction & Feature Overview 01:01 Managing Brand Guidelines 03:34 Content Generation 11:10 Brand Alignment & Scoring 13:50 Q&A Session 16:49 Follow-Up Info 24:46 URL Content Generation 29:11
Product area: Audience builder UI (AEP Audiences / AJO Audiences) — field selection/search, audience enrichment dataset selectionProblem: When creating audiences in the UI (especially when leveraging audience enrichment datasets), the field/dataset picker becomes visually cluttered. Search returns too many similar results with limited ways to narrow or rank them, which slows down audience creation and increases the chance of selecting the wrong attribute/dataset.Request: Enhance the audience builder search experience to support filtering and prioritization so users can quickly find the right fields/datasets and reduce UI clutter.Requested enhancements:Filter by metadata (e.g., dataset, field group/object, namespace, label/tag, data type, source system, enabled for audience enrichment). Include / exclude logic in search (e.g., show items labeled X but exclude items also labeled Y). Prioritization / ranking controls so the most relevant attributes appear first (e.g., allow admins to mar
There should be a capability to either remove or disable the native Subject filed in Workfront request flows. If removal or disabling not possible at least should have capability to either modify its name or either move it to a different location on the form or within embedded custom form.We have been tackling with this issue from quite a while now, so having this adaptability of “Subject” field would be great feature.
Early in my time at Ansell, I had the wonderful opportunity to learn Marketo directly from my manager. When he eventually left the company, I was eager to step into his shoes. However, the initial feedback I received was a bit discouraging—I was told I was too "green" and simply didn't have the years of experience they were looking for.I deeply believed in my ability to do the job well, so I decided to show them rather than just tell them. I went into my interview and simply slid my Marketo Certified Expert certification across the table. That one gesture completely changed the conversation, and I walked out of that room with the role.I poured my energy into making sure they never regretted taking a chance on me. Over time, we were able to grow the scope of that position threefold. I also had the pleasure of leading our team through the successful launch of a brand new UTM process, along with a multi-touch attribution model to get a much clearer, more accurate picture of our marketing
ACC has a long-standing bug where images inside MSO conditionals are not detected during content upload. The parser appears to treat the conditional comment wrapper as a standard HTML comment, causing any <img> tags within to be skipped entirely during asset discovery.Affected pattern:html<!--[if mso | ie]> <img src="https://images.emlcdn.net/cdn/..." width="640" ...><![endif]-->This becomes particularly painful when a template uses MSO image fallbacks for animated media (GIFs/video posters) potentially dozens of images that all require manual intervention each deployment cycle.Current workaround (unacceptable at scale): Strip the conditional comment wrappers → upload → re-wrap. Completely counterproductive for templates with multiple fallback images.
Hi folks, NEW (and improved) as of March 5, 2025 3pm Mountain With thanks to @sven-ix for this thought inspiring post, I am pleased to share this solution to the years-old "detect copy" challenge using a derivative work of my Targeted Auditing technique: create a custom form (e.g. Project Genealogy, as below) that you will attach it to all Projects of interest; or if you prefer, skip this step and instead repeat the remainders on your existing common Project Custom Form(s) of interest add two calculated parameters ("Project Genealogy" and "Project Original Or Copy", respectively; both Text format) to the custom form save the form (so Workfront "knows" that those parameters now exist) set the NEW Project Genealogy formula as follows (and as below): IF(ISBLANK({DE:Project Genealogy}) ,CONCAT("Created on ",{entryDate}," (",{referenceNumber},") as '",{name},"' by ",{enteredBy}.{name}) ,IF(CONTAINS(CONCAT(" (",{referenc

The Adobe Orchestrated Campaign Module (OCM) should allow filter criteria defined during the Build Audience step to be persisted and reused. Why is this feature important to you As an architect designing complex multi-step orchestration workflows, having to rebuild identical filters across different nodes introduces unnecessary friction, increases the time to value, and raises the risk of human error in audience targeting. How would you like the feature to work Once a user creates a filter in the Build Audience step, there should be an option to save or inherit this logic in subsequent Enrichment activities without manual recreation. Current Behaviour Filter criteria defined during the Build Audience step are not persisted or available for reuse in subsequent Enrichment activities
In the Workfront UI, converting an Issue to a Project establishes a native resolving/resolvable relationship, and the Issue status is automatically driven by the Project status. In Fusion, the Convert object module:Immediately resolves the Issue Removes it from active queue visibility Does not allow control over timing of resolutionUsing Create a record:Allows delayed resolution But does NOT create the native resolving object relationship Prevents automatic status synchronizationRequest:Enhance Fusion to support:Creating a Project from an Issue using a template Establishing the native resolving/resolvable relationship Allowing control over when the Issue is resolved (not forced immediately)This would enable automation scenarios that match the native Workfront UX while preserving queue visibility and lifecycle control.Business impact:Prevents automation of intake workflows Forces manual conversion Creates inconsistency between UI and Fusion behavior
Hi,I’m hoping someone has some ideas for a custom form or report that will help show all assignees on a task when work is done by fellow teammates. The team isn’t so thrilled with the “work is done button” as it makes it unclear to everyone else assigned (and this will always be different people from the team) who is done and when. There are also issues that prevent us from duplicating the request for each user to have their own request assigned. Any ideas on how I can get the assigned users a view on who is doing what? Right now the only thing I can think of is a freeform field where they can update each other in notes what is going on that would be included in their view/reports. However, they feel like this would be a lot of work and aren’t fully onboard with it. Any other ideas I may be missing? Thank you!
Back in 2020 when I was at Etumos I took the time to document that new UI’s tree sort order which was included in this blog post. When trying to lookup the full list today I noticed that there are some characters that were overlooked in that blog and also one anomaly that was not documented. Enjoy!-,;:!?.'"()[]{}@*\&#%`^+<=>|~$000011aaab_____a_a*Note the oddity in “_a” not showing after “_” for some reason even though “a” is higher than “_” in the single character sort.
Our users would like to be able to select, copy and submit as new an issue directly from a dashboard or a report. We have a popular project report where we have the Converted Issue: Name for the project as a column. Users would like to be able to select that issue and copy it to submit as a new request after modifying some data.
We have quite a bit of dirty data in our Marketo instance integrated with SFDC. While we establish internal alignment on deduplication logic to run via SFDC, we’d like a way to identify and segment Duplicates within our database. It seems the field “Duplicate Fields” is not available to be used within a segmentation. Could this please be reconsidered? Thank you, Raven McFarlane
