Adobe Workfront

I am looking to pull a project report that shows the total remaining hours on a project for tasks that have not yet been completed. I was playing around with Completed Hours but that doesn't seem to solve it. Anyone else doing something similar?

In the updates section, how to format the text (i.e.,  change color) to differentiate from normal text. 

I have an existing WF user who has been using the program for years and has never had an issue with logging in before. Today however when she goes to log in she gets the following error message"You don't have access to the linked application for that organization an have been redirected to the Experience Cloud home page" I had her close wf and clear her cashe and now when she tries to log back in she is getting another error message"This username may be incorrect. Make sure you typed it correctly. Otherwise, contact your admin"I checked and her username is correct. Has anyone had this happen to them before and how did you fix it? Attached screenshots of the error messages."

Hopefully someone has done this and has some text mode samples to share to accomplish. I have a custom field on a form where the values are from a custom list.  We entered the list values on the field in the order the user should see them.  As a result, not in alpha order. How can I have a report sort on this field (field values) by the order it is listed in the values to choose and not in alpha order? Thanks/appreciated in advance!David

Hi community. We want to pull a user name entered into a typeahead field at the project object level into a column in a task report. In the task report, the typeahead field shows up as an available section to report with, but as this is a task report, I expect that it will only pull that data into the report if the data was entered into a form attached to the task. In this scenario, the data is actually attached to the project. Here is the typeahead field as it appears in the 'Show in this column:' section of the task report editor and here is the text mode of that column when selected... when saved, the column returns no data (it is blank) I hoped that updating the valuefield line to project:CAM | Requestor Name:name would do the trick (see below), but it still shows up blank. Keeping in mind, it is possible to pull some project data (such as the owner) into a task report using this method, for example:gives you  Any ideas on how we might achiev

Around mid-day on Monday, July 21, I stopped received any updates or notifications in the Workfront app for Teams. Notification settings have not changed. Before I submit a ticket, has anyone else experienced this?

We leverage Issues to add specific information that may apply to our deliverables per our retention policy (like expiration dates). These can be missed on the Project level, and I was wondering if we could use the Complete - Pending Issues status as a flag that there is an extra action on the corresponding task. Since these are added for specific requests, we are looking to add them to a Project Template so they populate automatically. Thanks! 

Hi, When using custom fonts in a PPT and then needing to upload into Workfront Proof - it looks like Workfront needs access to my fonts because: If we embed the font in the PPT the proof will not generateIf we don't embed the font in the PPT the proof generates but doesn't look right How can I give Workfront access to the custom font ? Thank You Emma

Hello I'm trying to run a report that has the program and then the projects listed with the start and end date in each milestone phase.  For a visual cue:  Is this report even possible or is it possible to create one like it? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Community! Hope you can help me. I am looking to lock specific fields based on the status of a (sub-)task. These concern fields on project and/or (sub-task) level. But I cannot find anything about this in the documentation, other than creating a scenario in Fusion to undo changes I values are changed, which is not acceptable for our setup. Is there anyway to lock the values of fields based on (sub-)task status? Instead of locking, potentially using the 'Display or Skip' logic rules can be used based on (sub-)task status? Open to those kind of opportunities as well, of course. And if not, should I add this as an idea? And would you be willing to vote for that?

I know that this is a topic that has been discussed a few times but I have yet to find a solution that really works. My goal is to create a report that only shows tasks where the actual completion date is at least 1  day after the planned completion date. The issue I am running into at the moment is that since Workfront utilizes the time of day, instead of just the day, the report is showing tasks that have the same planned and completed dates.  Is there a way to update the below text codes (or a different one) to exclude the time of day or add to it? We have an in-house Creative and Marketing team and we are having issues with Marketing looking at a proof when it isn't ready for their review yet. How have others navigated this and what solutions do you have? We still want Marketing to have access to the request and the project, however, we want to remove visibility of the document proof until it is ready for their review/approval. As a work around, we are turning off inherited permissions on the document itself but this is proving to be extremely manual and it is restricting access to others in the Creative/PM team that should still have access. Thank you!

Hi! Is there a way to make custom forms appear in a certain order by default? We have 2 forms, Project Request and Reporting Data, that get attached to a project after it is converted from a request.Separately, we have a form, Asset Intake, within a template.Once a request is converted and the template is applied, the form within the template keeps appearing first. We would like for it to appear in 2nd or 3rd place. Right now, the form order appears automatically as:Asset IntakeProject RequestReporting Data Ideal order:Project RequestAsset Intake Reporting Data Would appreciate any insight - thank you.

Hi, I am trying to set up an automation that auto-locks a proof as soon as the set deadline is met to enforce users to not enter feedback after the deadline is up.The challenge is that I cannot do it via a regular workflow since the approvers are so different every time and a Fusion API call cannot be used for the entire instance since this should really be set up for only proofs created by our team and not other teams who are using the instance. Any workarounds or recommendations?
